Is there any standard report available per service number to find out how much procurement has happend in given period of time. And to find out the open POs?

Purchasing Number-EBAN-BANFN
Tracking number goto- MELB.

IDOC Processing status-EDIDC-STATUS

Standard reports per Account groups

Dear Sap Gurus!
Please tell me if any standard reports are there to analyse customer on basis of Customer account groups linked with payment received debit credit and other fields....

In ML84, you get Account Assignment Cat. in the output, just change the layout and create as per your requirement.
U can also use following reports for Service Cycle;
ME2S - Planned/Actual Comparison
MSRV6 - For Service

Warehouse space utilization charges per cubic meter - standard report

In my third party warehouse i want to charge customers based on volume per cubic meter per day. Is there any standard report is there because i checked lx04 but it doesnot give any volume related datas. As per my requirement i want a report which gives the following details such as material number, storage bin, total number of days in bin, volume, customer,Cost per cubic meter and total stock....

SAP standard no such report exist . You need to write the custom code to develop such report.

Standard Report to get both PR and PO number

Can anybody suggest a standard report which gives both PR and PO number. I am working with 4.6 release.

choose ME5A and select closed requisition and run the report you will get it after set the dynamic selection,
this is the only way to get the PR and PO no. in a list else you can get individual as per the laxman.

There is requirement like to add new fileds ,Supplier and Supplier Part Number in standard report BBP_BW_SC3(copy to z version).
From which table i can get these values in SRM system.

Thank you so much for your reply, which indeed helped us to a great extent.
The solution works fine for my original example of A & B material. However, we want to find every combination of lower level material used in each rolled up material. In above example, if material B is used in C, and C used in D and D used in final product E.
The suggested functional module explodes the header material as per itu2019s BoM, and follows Top-down approach, whereas we are looking forward to find a link which shows Bottom-Up approach i.e. where-used approach. In above example, we want to start from lowest level material A, then B, and C till final product E.
Since the output of functional module has various fields so we are trying to find a field which helps up to establish the bottom-up approach for multilevel BoM materials.
Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

Based on the description, I understand that you want to add subreport in the main report. When previewing the main report, the subreport can be shown in detail. Please see the screenshots on my test:
In Reporting Services, we can create parameters and pass them from main report to subreport in order to control the data dynamically.

Please search before asking, even in your menu structure.
There are binocluar icons in your SAP Easy access screen to search in the menu.
Or enter SEARCH_SAP_MENU in the ok-field and search for transactions.

Serial number in Assets standard report

We are maintaing serial number for some asset classes but we for reporting purpose this field is not available in standard Asset accounting reports. There no such field in select fields either. Please tell me customizing settings if any to get the field in standard reports.

Here you need to assign sort version to your asset standard reports. For doing that you need to configure the sort version . Please follow as
SPRO...Financial Accounting (new)....Asset accounting...Information system...Define Sort versions.
Take any standrd and copy it. Write the field name and table which i think should ANLA in this case. Having creating this variant go to any asset report and assign this sort version and execute report.

Serial number in standard report

We are using serial number for most of the materials. Whenever material movement happens, system asks for the serial number. But the serial number which is used for this material movement is not appearing in any of the standard report - COOIS-Component/Documented Goods Movement or in MB51 or any other else.
Please guide how to insert the serial number field in all the material movement standard report.

Info Records Per Material Group Standard Report Not Running at All.

Hi Experts,
We had a Small problem Where while Running Info Records Per Material Group(T-code ME1W ) Standard Report the Report is not Showing any output in PRD, where else running Info Records Per Material (T-Code ME1M ) Standard Report the Output is getting Displayed.
Our System is Currently SAP EEC 6.0 & Application Package SAP_APPL is of release 604 & Level 0007, Highest Support Package is SAPKH60407.
is this Issue covered in Some OSS Note?

Hi,
The info-records for the materials which appears in the standard report ME1M/ME1L is different from the one which appear in ME1W.
If you try with the material groups of the ME1L or ME1M info-records it wont be displayed in ME1W.
ME1W will display only the info-records which are created @ material group level.
i.e. try to create a new info-record using ME11 without entering material, in the general data screen you have to enter the material group & other parameters.
Now once you save this info-record,same will appear in ME1W.

Unfortunately, we do not have any VIs in LabVIEW that can figure out the number of pages of a standard report. However, with the use of ActiveX calls you can achieve this task. Here are a couple of discussion forums which discuss this:
