Standard report-Position(urgent)

Hi
Is there any standard report where we can kown an employee assigned to two different Positions.
or Position is assigned to two or more employees.
Thanks
Archana

Hi
1. From Technical point of view it can be checked by HRP1001 , but If user wants to view the Person assigned to two positions is there any standard report.
2. If any person reports to two managers
I would like see his reporting structure in one screen.
So, would like to see his Position(S)&Person(P) reports to (Level-I)Position(S)&Person(P) and (Level-II)Position(S)&Person(P).
Is there any standard report.
Thanks
Archana

  • Standard report with fixed position.

    Hello,
I have a page where i want the first report to have a fixed position.
I have 3 regions with reports, the first will only display product name and number, the next report will display sales. The last report is very long so I have to scroll quite a bit. That's why i want the first report with names to have a fixed position so i can see which product i'm looking at.
I have tried to make a copy of the standard report template, and in the before rows i have this code
    <table class="t3standard" summary="Report" style="position:fixed;">
    this didn't work
Is this a way of making changes to the report template? Is it possible to make theese kind of changes in the report template or du I have to go inside the CSS file to add position:fixed somewhere?
    Anders

What browser(s) are you using? Win IE doesn't support fixed positioning :-(
How about setting a fixed height for the last report and making it scrollable using overflow: scroll? This would make the first 2 reports "fixed" by default...

  • Is it possible to change the position of beining of text in a standard report

    Hi,
I am wondering wether it is possible to change the position of the test (the starting point) in a standard report. I would like to print a label with different texts at different positions. If its not possible in a standard report is there any other way to do it.
    Thank you,
    Mudda.

Hi Mudda, I don't see any way myself to set any particular starting position for your text. It looks like the best way to emulate this behavior would be to add a new line with lots of tab characters or spaces to place your new text at a specific offset from the left. You can also use Append Table to Report and wire in a 2D string array with only a few positions filled in with your various text labels as shown below. This will space text labels pretty well across the page. Try it out and see if it works for you. You could be more clever and build the 2D array programmatically if you wanted more control over position.

    Hi experts,
My boss want to trigger all the staff position movement. Is there any standard reports to get staff position from certain period based on staff number.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
You can consider "Headcount changes" report (transaction S_L9C_94000095) where you can specify action type (e.g. Position change) and see all the activities for it.
    Cheers

  • Standard Report for displaying reason for action

    Hi Expets,
Is there a standard report which displays the action and its reason for the action.
    eg.. ACTION - Direct Highering
          Reason- New Position
    Kaustubh.

I Don't Think the standard report will give you this but you can use Query to extract this information.

  • Double-click in standard report

    Hi,
I'm creating a standard report (not an ALV, just write's...) and I need to control events when I double-click on certain caracters on the screen. How can I do that?
    Thanks
    Carles

    hi,
while genarating secondary list based on uer actions( double click), we provide the logic for genarating list unsder <b>AT LINE-SELECTION</b> event.
    AT LINE-SELECTION.
      <statements>.
When the user triggers the function code PICK, AT LINE-SELECTION is always triggered if the cursor is positioned on a list line. The function code PICK is, by default, always linked with function key F2 and hence with the mouse double-click.
    <b>Example for AT LINE-SELECTION.</b>
    REPORT demo_list_at_line_selection.
    START-OF-SELECTION.
      WRITE  'Basic List'.
    AT LINE-SELECTION.
      WRITE: 'Secondary List by Line-Selection',
           / 'SY-UCOMM =', sy-ucomm.
When you run the program, the basic list appears with the standard list status. The detail list shows that SY-UCOMM has the value PICK.
To pass individual output fields or additional information from a user selected line to the corresponding processing block during an interactive event, use these statements:
    <b>HIDE</b>
The HIDE statement is one of the fundamental statements for interactive reporting. You use the HIDE technique when creating a basic list. It defines the information that can be passed to subsequent detail lists.
    <b>READ LINE</b>
Use the statements READ LINE and READ CURRENT LINE to read data from the lines of existing list levels. These statements are closely connected to the HIDE technique.
    <b>GET CURSOR</b>
Use the statements GET CURSOR FIELD and GET CURSOR LINE to pass the output field or output line on which the cursor was positioned during the interactive event to the ABAP program.
    <b>DESCRIBE LIST</b>
The DESCRIBE LIST statement allows you to read certain list attributes, such as the number of lines or pages, into program variables.

  • Report Toolkit Standard Report Print Problem

We are trying to print a label out on a Zebra QL220+ Thermal Printer.  Using the Report Generation Toolkit and selecting the Report Type as "WORD" it works fine.  However by ONLY changing the Report Type to "STANDARD REPORT" it still prints out the label OK, but then scrolls out another blank label - it's like some sort of form feed character/command is somehow being appended.
We don't want to use the WORD Report Type, because I assume we have to install MS Office, which we don't want.
As you can see from the attached VI, it is just some very basic text that we are writing to the Label.
Is there some way we can see what data is actually being sent to the Printer for the two different Report Types?
    Chris
    Attachments:
    Zebra Label Print.vi ‏43 KB

If your printer is networked you would open a TCP connection on port 6101 to the printer. If serial simply send the data via normal VISA commands.
Here is the CPCL for the one example label in your code:
    ! 0 200 200 440 1
    TEXT 0 2 10 10 Date: <DATE>
    TEXT 0 2 10 30 Time: <TIME>
    TEXT 0 2 10 50 Operator: <INITIALS>
    TEXT 0 2 10 70 Location: <LOCATION>
    TEXT 0 2 10 90 Reason: <REASON>
    TEXT 0 2 10 110 Post Comment: <COMMENT>
    TEXT 0 2 10 130 S/N: <SN>
    TEXT 0 2 10 150 Dryness Fraction:
    TEXT 0 2 10 170 Signature:
    LINE 100 190 300 190 1
    PRINT
In the above label you would programmatically replace the "<x>" fields with the actual data you wanted printed. For your multiple S/Ns you would use a loop to add the lines with each S/N.
From the CPCL manual here are the pages for the elements I used above:
    TEXT Commands
The TEXT command is used to place text on a label. This
command and its variants control the specific font number
and size used, the location of the text on the label,
and the orientation of this text. Standard resident fonts
can be rotated to 90° increments as shown in the example.
    Format:
    {command} {font} {size} {x} {y} {data}
    where:
    {command}: Choose from the following:
    TEXT Prints text horizontally.
    (or T)
VTEXT Prints text (vertically) rotated 90
    (or VT) degrees counterclockwise.
    TEXT90 (Same as VTEXT above.)
    (or T90)
TEXT180 Prints text (upside down) rotated
    (or T180) 180 degrees counterclockwise.
TEXT270 Prints text (vertically) rotated 270
    (or T270) degrees counterclockwise.
    {font}: Name/number of the font.
{size}: Size identifier for the font.
    {x}: Horizontal starting position.
    {y}: Vertical starting position.
{data}: The text to be printed.
    LINE Commands
Lines of any length, thickness, and angular orientation
can be drawn using the LINE command.
    Format:
    {command} {x0} {y0} {x1} {y1} {width}
    where:
    {command}: Choose from the following:
    LINE Prints a line.
    (or L)
    {x0}: X-coordinate of the top-left corner.
    {y0}: Y-coordinate of the top-left corner.
    {x1}: X-coordinate of:
    - top right corner for horizontal.
    - bottom left corner for vertical.
    {y1}: Y-coordinate of:
    - top right corner for horizontal.
    - bottom left corner for vertical.
{width}: Unit-width (or thickness) of the line.
    <!> {offset} <200> <200> {height} {qty}
    where:
<!>: Use '!' to begin a control session.
{offset}: The horizontal offset for the entire label.
This value causes all fields to be offset
horizontally by the specified number of
    UNITS.
    <200>: Horizontal resolution (in dots-per-inch).
    <200>: Vertical resolution (in dots-per-inch).
{height}: The maximum height of the label.
The maximum label height is calculated by measuring
from the bottom of the first black bar (or
label gap) to the top of the next black bar (or label
gap). Then 1/16” [1.5mm] is subtracted from this
distance to obtain the maximum height. (In dots:
subtract 12 dots on 203 d.p.i printers; 18 dots on
    306 d.p.i. printers)
{qty}: Quantity of labels to be printed.
    Maximum = 1024.

  • Standard Report in SAP

    Hello Experts
We would like to have Some standard report to check whether Any standard schema or rule changed by Anyone (Consultants)
We want to target specifically for a country and standard schema and rules.
    Any updates appreciated.
    Regards
    SK

    1. T52C0 table contains the standard SAP delivered schema.  If a customer changes it, it is saved in T52C1 with the same name.
The transaction PE01 always brings the one from T52C1 (not from T52C0) when you next go to display / edit the changed standard schema.
However PE02 txn always stores a PCR in T52C5 irrespective of whether it is a standard SAP object or a custom object.
To see the standard schema, in txn SE16 or SE16N, you can display T52C0.
Or display it in client 000; usually this client access is not allowed for even SAP consultants normally.
In view of the above, it is not recommended in any case, even for changes from an OSS note, for a user to change the standard schema/PCR, in PE01/PE02 or other way except the processes used by Basis team - e.g., SPAD, SPAM.
To make such changes in a standard object, it should be copied to a customer name range; then the copy should be changed and used wherever required.
Such changes in SAP objects (e.g., schemas, PCR's, Dev objects) should be documented for future reference, so that when the standard object is changed by SAP, the customized object can be changed as required.
    2. To see which transport has changed such objects you can search table E071 for dev objects including schema and PCR; and E071K for tables.
However I am not sure if this is dependent on transports containing such changed objects.  Many times it has been observed that config consultants delete objects from a transport, before releasing it; this deletion may be because the change was saved in a wrong transport or whatever.  In such cases, these tables E071 & E071K may not contain these changed object entries.
Following are the tables in this subject:
E070     Change & Transport System: Header of Requests/Tasks
E070A     Change & Transport System: Attributes of a Request
    E070C     CTS: Source/Target Client of Requests/Tasks
E070CREATE     Change & Transport System: Creation Date of Request
E070DEP     Change & Transport System: Dependencies of Requests
E070L     CTS: Index for Assigning Numbers to Requests/Tasks
E070M     CTS: Target Development Class/Layer for Requests
    E070N     UNIX/SAP User Connection
E070P     Path under which a C correction is created
E070TC     Help Table for E070 for Client-Specific Imports
E070USE     Use of Current Requests by Users
E071     Change & Transport System: Object Entries of Requests/Tasks
E071C     Change & Transport System: Client-Specific Lock Flag
E071E     Lang. Transport: Positive List for Generic Object Selection
E071K     Change & Transport System: Key Entries of Requests/Tasks
E071KF     Change & Transport System: Nametab Information on Key Fields
E071KFINI     Change & Transport System: Nametab Information on Key Fields
    E071L     Language Transport: Transport Information
E07T     Change & Transport System: Short Texts for Requests/Tasks
    3. Provided the table is set for logging, you can use program RSTBHIST. to report change log for such SAP objects,   However, such setting for log should be in development system/cliernt.
It is not recommended for production system/client.  Otherwise for each schema transport, the log database will be updated and this is a burden on production resources.

    Hi Laxman,
I have checked the program and found out following:
the field "acc_mode" which gets populated by FM "GET_ACCESSIBILITY_MODE".
If this field is initial, then normal list gets displayed and
If this field has value, then ALV grid gets displayed.
    regards,
