Standard report to find out retro run employees list

Dear Gurus,
I would like to know know list of employees to whom retro has been run.
I have tried the following.
1.PC00_M99_CWTR----> I got the total amount of arrears to be paid not the list of employees.
2.Adhoc query for Infotype 0003----> I tried this before running the payroll I got the list of employees whose master data
got changed.
My client requirement is he wants to know after running the payroll how to know list of employees to whom retro has been run.

Hi Ramesh,
As of my Knowledge at a glance by generating wage type reporter for wage type /552 (Arrears)and /561, 563 (Claims). we can say retro has been run or not.
Friends, Please correct me in this.
I suppose, there will be a functional module which calls the schema XPRO to check the retro run for the employee. Please search for that.

Here is what you need to do
The customizing for the change log you have to do following setting in SM30->T77CDOC_CUST.
T77CDOC_CUST:
PlanVersion: 01
ObjectType: S ( position )
Infotype: 1001
Subtype = 'A002' ( reports to)
Activate = 'X'
After that you can analyse the change log with sa38->RHCDOC_DISPLAY
This will work if you have a reporting structure. i.e. one position reports to another position via A 0002 relationship.

I pretty sure this isn't possible. You could write something which uses JNI to call native methods, but you'd have to have methods avaliable to call. So suppose you wanted a process on a Windows machine to read the text in an instance of IE's address text box you'd first need a way to do this with Windows specific code. And I can't think how you'd do that - unless you are directly interacting with the OS. So I'm afraid there is no easy way to do this in Java, and even the very difficult way with JNI may not even be possible.

Standard report to find changes in purchase contract

Dear all,
is there in SAP a standard report to find changes in contract - ME31K?
For example:
I have the contract with number AAAAA and Creation date: XXYYZZZZ. I change some header information on date: CCDDEEEE, Creation date of the change document. I need a report with input parameter Creation date of the change CCDDEEEE and output information Agreement Number AAAAA.

The changes can be seen in the contract.
Alternatively, you can use the report CHANGEDOCU_READ (in SE38) to get the change documents. The object class for all purchasing documents (RFQ, PO and Outline Agreements) is EINKBELEG.

Crystal Report Viewer error out when running multiple instances

Hi,
I am using java 1.4 with BO XI R3.0.
I notice I can only run one report at a time. If I was to run two reports, the 1st report will error out while 2nd report will run to its completion. Reports run on separate popup windows. I have tested with IE6, IE8 and also FireFox 3.0
Depending on the timing, I get different kinds of error.
"A request was cancelled. The necessary security privileges could not be verified. This indicates a problem with the security server. [RCIRAS9190] [RASLIB9002] "
"The Report Processing Server session you are using to connect is in the process of being shut down. You need to retry. [RCIRAS0200]"

I actually was able to resolved this issue by tracking the values inside IEnterpriseSession.

The UserInfo in the SeucuritySession: userInfo was always null so whatever i pass in, it was not storing them.
(EnterpriseSession:logon=(SecuritySession:userInfo=null)
All i need to do is to add   IUserInfo userInfo = null; before IEnterpriseSession then it will store the user & password.

How to find out if running 64 bit jvm

Hi all,
I have an application which can be run using 64 bit JNI libraries, or 32 bit libraries depending on the command line parameters. I want to know if there is any way for me to find out if the JVM is running in 64 bit mode (the -d64 parameter was sent to it) or 32 bit mode. If I could find out the command line parameters sent to the JVM it would be as useful.

D'oh answered my own question about 5 mins after posting :) If anyone is interested there is, starting in jdk1.4, a property called sun.arch.data.model which will be "64" for a when -d64 is used as a command line argument. This property has 3 states, "64", "32" and "unknown" I don't know on what occasion "unknown" will be used

In other words list to see if POs are sent or no.

There is no such Standard report in SAP, you have to develop it yourself.
In ME9F you can do the message output, here you can select according to processing status
you can only know whether a message was created and outputted, but not whether it was sent.
Sending is something a subsystem or a human does. this activity is not recorded in the PO.
if you fax a PO message out of SAP. then the green light in the PO next to the message just tells you that SAP has successfully given the message to the fax server. but it does not tell you whether the fax was successfully send. this can be found e.g. in SOST transaction.

Hi Praveen,
You can use transaction SCI to find the hardcoded text used in the progra. Once you get the programs and text location you need to manually check all the code to find out the literals used in the ' ' are actually hard coding or not.

there is no standard report as such which links BOL comes in GTS or FT&C and invoice number.
you can create a ABAP query as such there are only two tables to link one is
LIKP- BOLNR & VBRK - VBELN.
