Standard Reports regarding DMS

i need a report showing, all DIRs wirh ref to Drawings with additional data.

Hi Mangesh,
I am looking for a report as CV04N is not catering my requirement, as my user requesting for a detailed report with reference to Document Inforecord he needs the no of documents assigned to that record.
Each Inforecord may have 5 to 20 attachments....is there any way to view the this in a single report?

I seem to be having a crash report regarding DMS Launch

Hi Everybody,
I am a little concerned as when I am starting up my macbook, everything boots up as normal but I get a pop up on the screen, regarding DMS launch, And I have sent the report that it comes up with to apple, but I have not had no reply to this error at all. I had a similar problem cloning ( with CCC) an Hard Drive with OS Mavericks to a new SDD in a MAC PRO mid 2010.
The solution , taking the sugestion seen in "Apple Suport Comunities " , was to uninstall all de DIV X app, using the uninstall DIV X . app.
I hope this schema also solve your problem.

Hi Ram,
it would be very difficult for you to find an enhancement for such a requirement.
Though i can suggest you to do following analysis and then decide.
See which version you are using if you are using ECC5.0 or above you can use implicit enhancement to append field to the final structure of your report as using implicit enhancement you can add fields to structures.
then find another implicit enhancement to populate this field in your structure.

You need to copy the std report and make necessary changes in the copied report. SAP does not allow changes to std report. The technical details of the report can be seen by selecting from the menu Extras - technical information. Select the library and Report name. Copy the same using t code GRR1. Carry out necessary changes and SAVE. Before execution, you will have to specify the report group in which report needs to be attached. You can choose and existing group or specify a new one.

KSBB transaction - text to be added for standard reports

Hi,
We have a requirement of changing / filling the texts for the Statndard reports and User defined reports in the KSBB report tree.
Client has provided an excel sheet containg the report texts for Languages DE, EN, ES, TR, ZH and KO.
We could see the descriptions if we login into DE,EN,ES,TR but for Languages ZH and KO it appears like below in the Production system - with BLANK description:
RKS1-0
   RKS1-01
      RKS1-011
Wheras, we have values in our development system for these as below:
Cost center Accounting
    Plan / Acutal comparisons
       Cost centers: Actual/Plan/Variance (Standard Report : S_ALR_87013611)
The question is how to IMPORT these values from development system (also with values given in the Excel sheet) to the production system above.
PS: client also mentioned like "for the standard reports it is only necessary to import the reports from client 000" does this have any relevance to this above issue?
Request you to provide solution to the above issue. Also, please let me know in case of further explanation required for analysis.

Can you try in the following IMG path.. I never faced this, but gut feel says importing report from 000 should help
IMG Path is Controlling > Cost Center Accounting > Information System > Standard Reports

Can any one Please guide me How to Install the Standard MSS report in the ECC system.
as of now my customer says to install only the standard reports.

Dear Experts,
In our BI system there are some unused standard reports present.
Due to space issue we need to delete the reports.
I want to ask whether deleting those reports will have any negative impact on the system or not.

They may be in use sometime in future. Its always advisable not to delete the standard reports.

There are some reports which could be generated in Oracle.
Can someone please provide inputs on whether we have these standard reports in SAP?

Hello,
If you are using the SVG charts you can use a custom css file or some custom inline css to change the chart colors, there is attrbitues for both on the chart edit page.
Take a look at the svg.css in each theme directory for examples.

Goto the NACE tcode and attache the own smartform and attach to the output type
NACE is the Tcode used to link the Application type, Output Types and its processing Routines like ( Driver programs and attached Script forms or Smartforms).
You should know the Application of a document first Like:
for PO it is EF, for sales Doc's it is V1, for Delivery docs it is V2, for billing Doc's it is V3 etc.
so first select the Application type (ex: EF) for PO and press OUtput types
then a list will come in that you should know the related output type for PO.
in this case it is NEU,
select that and click on the processing Routines button on the left side
it will display the Medium, Driver Program and the Script form or smartform related to that document..

if you see the report FAGLL03 the vendor field is already available. you just set your layout to have the vendor in your output.

In order to add additional fields to standard report i copied the code into zreport but i am unable to add additonal field into report because the code is looking so complex.

Additional feilds to add is :Region,company code,country

First check whether these three fields are available in the text elements area.
Please write your code in the subroutine %comp_ldesc.
Repeat the code for your three new fields
perform ldesc(rsaqexce) using 'G00010000X010       00 A1'
    %txt1 %txt2 %txt3 'LFA1-LIFNR' LFA1-LIFNR 'LFA1-LIFNR'.
read table %textpool_langu into %textpool_langu_line
                             with key ID = 'I' key = 'A01'.
if sy-subrc is initial. %txt1 = %textpool_langu_line-entry.
else. %txt1 = %txt_unknown.
endif.
So this subroutine will give you the basic list. Now Program is creating ALV with this basic list. So I think you don't need to worry about that. Please have a thorugh look at the code over this perform, and write accordingly.
I think this is enoogh.

I want a standard report on payment discrepancy and balance payment to vendor. Can sombody suggest ?

Use Transaction Code S_ALR_87012078
After Executing this report u can selcet filed Account & Net Due from Layout
Then Subtotal on Account ( Vendor ) , U can get report of due amount for 0,30,60,90 & so on & also u can get Not due amounts
