Start up problems, lenovo G480

Question

When I turned on my computer it got the blue screen of death and then robooted and defaulted to Startup
Repair.
I dont,t have system recovery disc and image back up files.
The restore point was turn off and no restore point.
The Startup Repair utility runs and can't resolve the issue. 
I get the following error:

Hi,
You don't have any recovery media and backup, this is not recommended behavior.
Please try to start your computer into Safe Mode by pressing
F8 key to troubleshoot.
To boot into Safe mode, the detailed guide is below:
Start your computer in safe mode

If the issue gone in Safe mode, you can eliminate the default settings and basic device drivers as possible causes. If a recently installed program, device, or driver prevents Windows from running correctly, you can start your computer in safe mode and then
remove the program that's causing the problem.
If it persists, you could use Last Known Good Configuration
in the Advanced Startup Options screen to see if it could fixed.
In addition, if the system recovery tools installed on your hard disk, you could use
Repair Your Computer option to repair.
Otherwise, no method unless you get one recovery media from others to repair your installation.
