Are you trying to print through the airport express wirelessly or the built in wireless of the lexmark? If you want to use the airport express, there is no need to mess with the wireless printing on the lexmark at all. The airport express will be easy to set up, all the wireless setups through the printers are a pain. -
I've updated my phone and I've made a backup. but now it says I must enter my code to restore all my files and I haven't got this code. If I cancel the process or choose something else, all my stuff will be deleted, and I really don't want that.
HELP ME PLEASE!!!If, for some reason, your backup got encrypted and you don't know the code, you'll have to set up your phone as new device and start all over again without the backup.
Warning: If you encrypt an iPhone backup in iTunes and then forget your password, you will not be able to restore from backup and your data will be unrecoverable. If you forget the password, you can continue to back up and use the device, however you will not be able to restore the encrypted backup to any device without the password. You do not need to enter the password for your backup each time you back up or sync.
If you cannot remember the password and want to start again, you must perform a full software restore and when iTunes prompts you to select the backup from which to restore, choose set up as a new device.
If you can't get pass the lock screen, connect in recovery mode and restore the phone, you'll have the option to reset the lock secreen passcode.

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). Do a hard reboot (Hold home and power until Device reboots) and attempt the restore again.

My 160GB ipod classic stopped whilst playing music and will not turn back on despite having almost a full battery. I have tried connecting to itunes and a docking station but will not turn on at all - HELP?!
I've had this from new for 2 years, the battery life is excellent and lasts for days so I know it's not a power issue as it was fully charged that morning. No signs of connection in itunes, it's not showing as a connected device.

My phone started to download IoS 7.0.4 with my hotspot on the phone from itunes. I have no internet connectivity and the phone will only display connect to iTunes on the screen. What do I do?
You will need to find a place where you can connect the computer to the internet so you can restore the iPhone - no way around that at this point.
Were you using your iPhone's hotspot as the internet connection for the computer to download and install an update on that very same iPhone that was providing the internet connection? If so, honestly, that was not a smart thing to do at all. In order to apply the downloaded update,the phone had to restart and disconnect - it could not possible install an update without doing that.
Regardless, it is now in recovery mode. The only way to recover it is to restore it with iTunes on your computer and that will require an internet connection. -
when trying to correct itunes error it said to download it again,

I got an iphone 5 today and tried to sync to the cloud with the apps from my iphone 4. Syncing happended but I cannot open an app on my new iphone 5 for more than second then it closes. I have restarted the phone, added a new app that required my itunes password and manually added each app. None helped. Can you help me?

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
or
Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

I tried to download an app to my phone, but it kept saying that it couldn't be downloaded at this time. To solve that problem, I tried to restart my phone (which did not work by the way) and when the phone turned back on, the wifi didn't connect automatically so I went to do it manually. I clicked on the network and it says it's loading, but it is not connecting. It is not saying that it can't connect, it's just not doing anything. It has the little loading circle, but doesn't connect. All the other devices in my home (laptop, phones, iPods) are connected and are working properly. Please help me fix this! Thanks so much! Hi Peter, Outcome is I look like a real big idiot!!!! When my husband got home I was in the process of writing down all the details to inform apple of the dodgy o2 store, only for him to inform me that he never got it unlocked at the o2 store because they couldn't do it the same day and as I have zero patience he took it a few doors down to a phone shop that advertised unlocking of phones! So now holding my head in shame I have to appologise to o2 and to everyone for wasting their time! Sorry! I assumed that when he gave me the phone and I asked that it was fully unlocked (as we had read up on the jailbreak and red something?) and he said yes! that the o2 store had done it, but he had asked the shop that unlocked it if it would be fully unlocked and took their word for it! so my phone has been hacked and I will now be (with my tail between my legs, so to speak) taking it to the o2 store for help : ( Hope someone else will read this and learn for my (well my husbands) lesson and go through the correct channels, Thanks again to yourself and KiltedTim and Sorry!
