Just a simple question.
I have just bought a iphone4 and i want to start it despite my phone operator has not send me the simcard
Can i start my iphone with itunes without the operator simcard

Well even though your iphone can connect to other pc but you will only be able to sync with one of them, not both. So if you sync music/video/apps, on your home computer, and synced it with your home computer, If you then take it to your work and plug it in there, it will then ask you if you want to sync with this computer and thus deleting what's in the iphone that you have synced at home.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that some of your applications are not appearing under Settings > Cellular on your iPhone so that you can restrict or allow use of cellular data. If you have some installed applications on your iPhone that are not showing here, the first troubleshooting step I would suggest would be to reset your iPhone. Please refer to the attached article for information on how to perform a reset.

Not sure why only one particular phone is having this problem but this article will help you check and restart it if it's in fact not started: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1567. Even if it is running, suggest you stop and restart it.

I synchronize my contacts and calendars across multiple computers (and iPhones) via iCloud, but all of the devices end up with the same versions.
I don't want our different mail accounts synchronized between computers, so I don't sync that with iCloud, but you can (I don't recommend it with your work computer).
You should be able to sync the music with iCloud.
Give it a try and see if that works for you.

Try resetting your phone by holding down the home and off button until the apple symbol comes up. Then if still doing, restore your phone in itunes from your backup.

Log in to icloud.com with your Apple ID. Once you're logged in, click on your name on the upper right corner. Click Advanced and then Reset Photo Stream. This will delete all your photos in the album Photo Stream in your iPhone 4S so make sure you have backed up (copy to Camera Roll or new folder) all those that you want to keep.
This is the only way to do it with iOS 5 (not the beta releases)

Sounds like you have auto app down load enabled. Which is by default if I recall.
Settings---> iTunes & App Store---> Auto App Download.
