Starting to get the following on laptops that are turned off

Doesn't seem to show when they are on. Just when turned off. Any cause for it?

Boot the system into ‘Safe mode’ option and check if the issue persists in that also?
Have you checked with connecting external monitor? If the issue occurs in external monitor then it could be issue with System board. If the external monitor is not showing any error then the issue could be with LCD or LCD cable, also check with reseating The LCD cable. Use HMM to guide you on reseating the LCD cable.

I really do not think it is the iPad or your network connection. Other users have reported this very same issue. Try this and see if it works for you - it may not work - but it's easy to try - harmless - and it has worked in the past for others.
Try signing out of your account and restart your iPad.
Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID and tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Go back to Settings>Store> Apple ID and sign in again.

How to get the list of object that are going to modify during the upgrade?

We are upgrading sap 4.OB to ECC 6, is there any place we will get the list of standard object which are going to modify in service market place? Please let me know the link to get those details.

Usually you get this list when upgrading first system (sandbox type) via SPDD and SPAU. (useful for objects modified in your system - SNOTE or mofications) - The whole list of modified objects will be huge, many (most) objects were modified (created, even deleted) those last 13 years.
There are also tools that may help you like [panaya|http://www.panayainc.com/] (but i'm not sure for a 4.0B, it worked fine for a 46c) - look for tools/vendor at [Partner Information Center: Search|http://www.sap.com/partners/directories/SearchSolution.epx]

I cannot activate my iCloud backup of my 4S iPhone, even though I have definitely deactivated Airplane mode, and am connected to Wi-Fi. I also have a correct Apple/iCloud ID and password.
Should I delete my iCloud account and set up a new one??

To unfreeze it, reset it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release.
To troubleshoot your problem with backing up to iCloud, this may be caused by a corrupt existing backup that needs to be deleted, or by data on your iPad that is preventing the backup from succeeding. To troubleshoot these, try deleting your last iCloud backup (if you have one) by turning off iCloud Backup in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, then tap Manage Storage, swipe across your backup and tap Delete, then go back and turn iCloud Backup back on and try backing up again.
If it still won't back up, you may have an app that is preventing the backup from succeeding. To locate which one, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device under Backups, under Backup Options tap Show All Apps, then turn them all to Off (including camera roll) and try backing up again. If it succeeds, then the camera roll and/or one of your apps is preventing the backup and you'll have to located by process of elimination. Turn the camera roll On and try backing up again. If it succeeds, turn some of your apps to On and try backing up again. If it succeeds again, turn some more apps to On then try again; repeat this process until it fails. Eventually you'll be able to locate the problem app and exclude it from your backup.

I keep getting the spinning ball and however long I leave it it still continues. The only way to continue is to turn off, wait and then turn on again.
I am by no means an expert so would appreciate any help.

BUG: Layers that are turned off show up in published pages

Layers that have visibility turned off in the timeline still show up in the published page.
Also, these layers didn't have keyframes, which means they stayed on the entire time once they were instantiated.
This makes it NOT appear within the program, but DOES appear when publishing. Was driving me crazy, and should be considred a program bug, since turning off visibility should be both in the software and the published page.

I can't send a link at the moment, but it should be reproduceable by creating a layer on the timeline, clicking the EYE icon to unset Element Visibility, then publishing or previewing. The element will still be visible on the preview and the published page.
I would expect the behavior of all layers that had visibility turned off to not be visible in the published page or preview.

Can I use GPS while the data and cellular networks are turned off?

Here's the deal: I am traveling on the Alaska Highway from Alaska, through Canada, to the lower 48 states. AT&T has advised me that while I am in Canada I will be charged 79 cents a minute for airtime and 2 cents per kilobyte for data. Ouch. Given this, I intend to turn my iPhone on "airplane mode" while in Canada, so I don't accidently fetch mail, or do some other thing which would load data at the cost of 2 cents per KB.
BUT! I would like to be able to take pictures with my iPhone 3G and have them tagged with location by the GPS. Everything I have read indicates that GPS is turned off when the phone is in Airplane Mode.
So, my question is: can I still retain access to GPS for my photos while turning off all other radios in my phone? With the new Places feature in iPhoto, I'd really hate to have 2,000 miles worth of photos and no location data to go with them, ya know?

In other words, is there SOME WAY--ANY WAY--to turn GPS back on, like you can with Wi-Fi? Or maybe there is some way, any way, to turn off all the cellular functions only, while leaving the GPS receiver on?
I am aware of the "Data Roaming" setting in the Network settings. I have always had that turned off, but I cannot experiment with that setting, as I am not in an area where roaming would occur.
I'm just hoping to avoid a surprise huge bill due to GPS grabbing some data or relying somehow on the cellular network, and am hoping to know if anyone has any experience with these issues. At 2 cents per KB, an average email would cost $1 to download. I have no idea what kind of data flies back and forth when GPS is used, or if the ONLY data received by GPS is from the navsat system. I seem to recall that iPhone GPS also relied somewhat on cellular data, though for photo geotagging it probably shouldn't have to.

IPhone makes a random water drop sound through out the day. All notifications are turned off? Not sure what the cause is.

Let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you? If so, does iTunes launch properly now?

I started to get the following error every time I open Firefox. The message is chrome://webvideodownloader/content/webvideodownloaderbar.js:172
I started getting this message when I updated to Firefox 5. Every time, and I mean this literally, I open Firefox the above message appears. A box appears in the top right corner. Strange thing is that the whole box doesn't appear and the error doesn't appear completely either. It is like half the box is cut off at the screen's edge.
When this box appears there are two buttons: Continue and Stop. I have to click on one or the other for the Firefox browser to open. I looked at my plugins but don't see one with this location.

That can be caused by clearing the cookies via "Clear Recent History".

* Firefox > History > Clear Recent History or Tools > Clear Recent History
If you use "Clear Recent History" to clear the cookies then Firefox also tries to clear the cookies from plugins like Flash (LSO) and starts a plugin-container process for each plugin and that can add extra time and can cause an unresponsive script error to appear.
Make sure that all plugins are up to date.
Try to exclude the cookies to see if that helps.
Let all cookies expire when you close Firefox to remove unwanted cookies and keep the ones with an allow exception.
Make sure that you do not clear the "Site Preferences" as that will remove all exceptions.
