Startsap

Question

Hi all, im having problem on starting the sap system
it can be start manually by using
STARTSAP SID 00 /usr/sap/SID/SYS/Profile/START_XXXX
but not using the Menu
1. Start R/3 System         
2. Work with R/3 System Jobs
3. Stop R/3 System          
4. Stop SAP OS-Collector    
Anyone can give some advise ?

Hi.. the version is 4.6c
and the trace file does not say anything. seem its just failed to call up the script.
this is a centralized installaion. one db and host together in 1 system.
and upon IPL the sap also suppose to be up.. but it wont..
using wrkmbrpdm
