STARZ PLAY...How to report a corrupted movie?

I was watching on Starz Play 3/4ths of "Bounce" with Ben Affleck and Gweneth Paltrow and it just totally shut down. I tried again....and the same thing. I even went so far as to delete the movie and re-download it, thinking it may not have installed properly. The second download quit at the EXACT same point in the movie, confirming that there is something wrong with it from the Starz Play end. It stinks when you actually get caught up in a movie and can't see the ending! Hoping someone here knows how to contact Starz Play to report it. I looked but to no avail. Thanks.

If it isn't in the Rentals category in the Movie menu, check the purchases history in your iTunes account and see if it's there. If it isn't, you might try one more time and see if it works.
If not, you might want to contact iTunes store support. I had a problem a few months ago with my purchases not completing because of database corruption in the iTunes store that was affecting my account.

How can i recover corrupt .mov files that quicktime does not recognise?

we recently 'lost' a whole day's footage by accidentally deleting it. in trying to recover these files we have used many different programs and have had odd results.... sometimes the data is recovered and shows only thumbnails but not the proper film and othertimes says tht quick time cannot open the link because it doesn't reconise the codec. these clips were filmed with a Canon SLR camera and we have searched the reformqatted sandisks as well with the same result.... quicktime does not recognize the file.
any thoughts? it would be a tragedy to lose this footage... well not really, but you know - a whole day's work!

I managed to rescue damaged AVCHD footage using photorescue. Some files were not complete, but I got them to play by trying different players like VLC, or mpeg streamclip, then exporting the clip as a new same format file. One or two were too badly damaged to rescue, but I got most back eventually.

Depending upon what country that you are in (films can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the film from your iPad and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app (or the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes).
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download films, or if you have problems with the re-downloaded version, then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

Why it's like that I don't think that Apple have said (these are user-to-user forums). If you haven't downloaded it on your iPad then have you checked to see if you can download it on your computer's iTunes (Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option) or Apple TV ?
If it doesn't show on either of them then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will let you download it on a different computer/device or refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

I am trying to create a disc of player highlights for a collegiate coach, and I am using movie files downloaded to my hard drive from a DVD created on a PC.

No unfortunately it won't open in quicktime either. It does the same thing that Imovie does, separates it into two file folders audio and video, and if i select video it opens to reveal 8 files that cannot be selected. VIDEO_TS.BUP, VIDEO_TS.IFO, VIDEO_TS.VOB,VTS_01_0.BUP, VTS_01_0.IFO, VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VB, VTS_01_3.VOB. All of which cannot be opened or selected.
Opening it in Idvd and folllowing your suggestion works and I get a format code of NTSC. Is that the same? Thank you for your time and response.

When loading pics to iphoto 11 from my camera, occassionaly it will include some video clips with the description of Movxxxx. I wonder if someone could direct me to some straight forward instructions as to how to transfer these video (movie) clips, which now exist in iphoto, to a dvd that will play on a dvd player as one might expect to see a video play, including the audio that was captured at the time of filming.

You need to open iMovie and it will have a event library called iPhoto Videos, click on that and the videos will load in the window next to it, then you make a new project in iMovie. Then open iDVD and make a new project then import the movies to the program then burn to a DVD..

I have the same problem on the latest iTunes software and Windows 7. My window is maximzed and I do not see any tab for photos. Seems related to a recent update (IOS7?) as this was there - at least before the very big change to the interface.

Corrupted movie how do I fix this?

I have a movie that I downloaded a while back I have watched it several times with no issues. Today however when I went to watch it I got toward the end and it started to get chopping then went into a full on fit. The audio stops the movie has a fit it just keeps playing the scene but only like a few seconds of it, the counter is still rolling like it is still playing but it id not. The screen intermediately flashes a fluorescent green color then it just all goes green. If the movie is corrupted can you delete it? Will iTunes download it again (a new not broken) copy? If not is there anything else I can do? It plays other movies in my collections just fine.
Any help is greatly appreciated

So after a little troubleshooting myself this is what I found out. If you have purchased the movie from iTunes store, then you can delete the corrupted movie. It will tell you that is is avaible from the iCloud. Once it has the iClound symbol in the top cornner, right click and at the top find download> select it and it will download a copy to your computer. Once it is done it should be repaired. It worked for my issue with movies and a few songs I had lost.

I have this same problem. On the photo tab I used to have it checked for everything to sync. But it gets stuck on syncing the photos and doesnt complete. The events on my Mac stopped syncing to other devices as soon as I got a new ipad air. The events that were on iphoto at that time are the last to show on all other devices. When I am in photo tab i cant even select the events that havent synced because they are showing as a choice. But they are an event in iphoto on the Mac. Frustrated.
