Just wanting to confirm that the State of Origin covereage will be live streamed via the digital pass? Is this correct?

Did you sign up for a Digital Pass here https://digitalpass.nrl.com/ or did you purchase an In app subscription?
Are you using an external monitor to view the game on your laptop?
All live and delayed broadcasts are only available on compatible laptop devices that are not connected to an external monitor, running the following browsers:
Internet Explorer 9 and above
Mozilla Firefox 28 and above
Google Chrome 31 and above
Apple Safari 6 and above
If using your fixed line connection, please powercycle your modem and computer: Unplug from power > Leave off for 10 - 15 mins > then Plug back in and re start. This will often force a line update through to your modem advising the signal is restored.
To clear cache and cookies on your phone:

• Go to “Settings > Application Manager (or Apps) > NRL
• Click “Clear Cache”, “Clear Data” and “Force Stop” in this order

Creating a duplicate db by using data from a earlier state of original db

Two days ago, a developer updated data from a table and we need to restore the original.
Our backup policy:
Every night, we do a whole database backup. Also, our retention window is 5 days, so we have archivelogs for the past couple of days.
How could I create a new database, whose data is that of the original data 2 days ago?
BTW, we are using Oracle 10g Standard Edition so we don't have Flashback table/database feature.
My plan is to create a duplicate database restored to 2 days ago, so that we can extract the neccessary data from the table of interest. After we have extracted the data, we'll drop the duplicate database.

You would have to do an incomplete recovery of the database, probably onto a separate server. You could then export the table in question and import the table into the current production database. You will lose any changes to that table that have been made in the past 2 days, and may introduce some issues if there are dependent tables that have changed. At that point, you can drop the incompletely recovered database.

CAN'T WATCH STATE OF ORIGIN LIVE

How are you trying to access the stream?
In-app (what device) or Laptop?
If it's laptop, try clearing all cookies and cache from your browser and rebooting your laptop.
If it's app, try deleting the app and reinstalling it.

OBIEE direct DB request query sql statement cannot be edited after saved

I have created direct DB request with long complex query, validated sql and Results appears ok. After I save this request and go back to edit the SQL statement, the original statement is only partially visible. Basically I can not do edit.
Is there any Query related buffer or other configuration parms I have to set up?

I'm not sure what the deal is between Flex/AIR and Visusal Studios, but i descided to publish my webservices and point the wsdl there instead of using the visual studio generated one.

I't worked and worked much much faster than i was anticipating.
So i'll just chalk it up to poor communication between FLEX and VS. But if anybody knows a more complete answer I would still love to hear it.

Location of original files ...

I've a question about the file location of imported media in a Premiere Elements Project:
Do I still need the original files at their original location to build the final video in Premiere Elements?
Or can I delete them without any risk?

As Paul_LS states, the original "Captured" files are NOT edited by PE. This is true for most NLE programs. Only a reference is made in the Project file, as to what is being done to that/those file(s). PE is a non-destructive editor.
Those media files are "referenced" and MUST be available to PE. If their location has been moved, you can re-direct PE to where they are. This might be an easy task, depending on the folder/sub-folder structure, or might be a real headache. If deleted, an unrecoverable, one must re-Capture from the tape. If these Captured files differ, in any way, PE will not be able to use them, and a lot of work lies ahead. Even where I have the original tapes, I always work from a copy or have an archived version, of my Captured files. This might be as simple as just doing a copy of these to an external HDD, until the Project is finished. I want exact dupes of the Captured files, so I will NOT have to re-Capture and run the risk of having any discrepencies between what I get, and what I have used in PE. Even with this redundancy, when I finish a Project, I use the Archvier (Project Manager in PrPro) to copy over every Asset, plus the Project file, to an external HDD. As Project Manager will often miss Assets, like SmartSound files, I make sure to check. Do not know if Archiver is more perfect in this regard.
To restate: until you KNOW that you are done with the Project, do not Delete, Move or Rename your media files.

Web Layer locked into sharing on all states?

Is there any way to unlock the web layer so that it doesn't share all hotspots/slices on all states within a page? I would like to modify the hotspots of a page based on the current state.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To go to a specific state via a hotspot link, you'd need to be able to target that state somehow—for example, by assigning it an ID. But I don't think Fireworks offers that ability. Again, I think that's because states are intended primarily for creating animated GIFs. (FYI: States were originally called "frames".)
You'd also have to think about how the state is being output. Pages are output as HTML files, but states... are usually components of an animated graphic, I think. Unless you export them separately as standalone files.

I imagine you could design your calendar and its components in Fireworks, using separate pages. Then you'd output to HTML and have to do a bit of hand-coding to add the lightbox script and its accompanying javascript library (if required), as well as making any other small modifications necessary to "hook up" the lightbox to the HTML page, as directed by the instructions provided with the lightbox.

Read-only radio button or checkboxes save as null

Hi,
I have a form with some fields that are editable by 1 group of users and read-only for another group in certain conditions.
Before the header there is a fetch process to retrieve values from tables. So most fields (read-only & editable) are populated including checkboxes & radio buttons.
All users can edit at least 1 field on the form.
When the save button is pressed a PL/SQL process runs to save the data.
The save works if the field is editable.
If the field is read-only and text it also works.
But if the field is a radio button or checkbox a null is saved in the table.
Any suggestions on how to get the PL/SQL to pick up the read-only radio buttons and checkbox values?

I had the same problem in my application and I found another solution instead of using two items. I'm using a computation on page processing that makes a select on my table to get the value for the checkbox. I'm doing this with the same condition as my read-only condition on my checkbox item so I can get the database value when it is lose in the submit process.
Also, I found a difference in the html code between the read-only state of the item and the standard state.
Original state : name="p_v07" (7 because it's the seventh item on my page)
Read-only state : name="checkbox"
I tried to modify this using firebug in execution of the page but without success, the problem is still there.

Multiple tables in a recordset.

I have got a bit stuck with creating an advanced recordset that calls from multiple sub tables. I have created the SQL statement below (originally used inner joins but the code got too long and still didn't work).

The idea is to get some text values from the sub tables by passing through the relevant ID of the main table to the sub tables ID. To add to the complexity the "cust_id = colname" is a passthrough from a prior page that only brings up a specific record from the main table. Further complexity may come where the two bolded sections are using a single ID from the main table to call from multiple sub tables.
Ideally at the end of this I just want to pull the value from the recordset and drop into the page design. The page is PHP and the database/web server is using WAMP, if that helps?
I feel i'm so close (but i'm probably nowhere near!). Can anyone help me before I lose my hair and develop a nervous tick? Unfortunately, I am still a bit of a novice with these things, so if it's my syntax or a coding issue please could you explain it in noob terms for me?

The database was an access DB of 1 main table and 15 related tables that was then converted to MYSQL. The idea is that it will serve two purposes from web pages setup to point to it;
1) To add records to the main database with dropdowns. Certain data will be shown depending on the dropdown selected.
2) To show a data-only details screen.
The data is complicated survey data and it was decided that the main table would store the variables and the sub tables would store the constants (Between 2 to 6 records) using the ID to link them.
e.g.
Name = Main table.name
Address = Main table.address
Position = Table 2.position
Department = Table 2.Department
etc...
Have tried the AND statement above but the system just times out.
Would it be easier to create multiple recordsets (15 recordsets of 1 main table and 1 sub table) and link it somehow to the cust_id? If so, how would I best set each up so only the relevant fields are pulled from the sub table for each recordset? Or am I being to adventerous and should I just give up and flatten the tables to 1 single table?
Am starting to thin up top with this one! lol!

Weird behavior: PLSQL-generated SQL Report Region

I am trying to tune my PLSQL-generated SQL Report Region. I put in some code to write the resulting query to a table. I turn it on, run the page, and then turn it off and look at the SQL. Instead of getting one query for each time I load the page, I get five. Trying to find out a bit more about why, I concatenate :APP_USER and to_char(sysdate, 'hh:mi:ss') to the resulting SQL. What I find is that four of the entries in the table have my ApEx dev username, and all of these writes are 3 seconds before the SQL generated under the app username is written!
It probably goes without saying, but in all of the writes under my dev username, there are no session values and so any PLSQL if statements that depend on a session value act as if the session values are null. Also, any place I have :APP_ID show up as 4000 in those writes instead of the app number that shows up under my app username.
Do you follow this?
Well, on a hunch I copied the whole region back on to the page and disabled the original. This time, no writes with the dev username, only one select statement as originally expected.
Is that wierd or what?

Scott, Your last comment - that was it. I should've paid more attention to the time. The minutes must have been off. I made sure to log out of the dev environment before I ran the page, but the writes under my dev login were occurring when I saved the region. I still don't see why that process causes four identical writes, but it's not that important.

ITunes thinks songs are missing when they are NOT...

I've written about this in the past and I thought I had fixed it manually. For some reason a large number of my songs (about 1300) in iTunes are not able to be found on the drive when I try to play them. Once I try to play them I get an error message saying "The song "song name" could not be used because the original file could not be found. Would you like to locate it" and then the "!" symbol shows up next to the song. The songs files ARE there though.
In the past I thought I solved this problem because I "re-added" using all the songs in my library (about 4500) "File->Add To Library". If the song was one of these "missing" songs it was re-added to the library. The songs that were not "missing" were not re-added. (and again, the song files iTunes is re-adding are the exact song files it is saying aren't there in the first place) After the "re-add" I essentially had two of all the missing songs. One with the "!" and one without it. The newly added songs did not have any of the stats the original song had. So I used a script I was told about that goes through and syncs the song's statistics. Then after the song stats were synced I removed the "!" song from the library. I had to do this one song at a time. Of course, this took a VERY long time and I don't really want to go through it again... especially now that I know it may not be a permanent fix anyway!
However here is something new I noticed now that I have Leopard: The files that are showing up as missing are also the ones that don't have a "thumbnail" icon of the album cover in the finder. Also, if I go into coverflow view in the finder those files don't have the album as the other files do. However, there should be no differences between the files. For example, one album where each song was ripped at the same time in the same way will have some songs that have the cover icon and some that don't.
As I reported last time, this is not specific to one machine and has noting to do with the drive the songs are on. This also was happening on both 10.5.1. and 10.4.11 and lower.
So, why is this happening and how can it be fixed. I'm not going to re-import the songs because then I loose all my stats, ratings, etc and have to re-do the long method of fixin the stats.. There needs to be some way to permanently fix this problem. Is it with the song files or the library? Is there some sort of validation script that can be run?
Oh, on a side note... pre-leopard the "!" would show all the time. Now, if I close iTunes and re-open the "!" are gone until I try to play the song that should have the "!". This makes things even more challenging because I can't quit iTunes if I want to know which songs are "missing".

I have this same issue. I use an external HD connected to an Airport Extreme Base station to store my music. On Tiger 10.4.11 iTunes created a music database just fine and found every mp3. I just installed Leopard last night and left iTunes to create its database overnight. It found every song, but there are plenty with the exclamation just as you described. If I want to play these songs I must hit "Yes" to locate the song manually. I can then play any other song with an exclamation point in that particular album, but if I go to try to play another song with an exclamation point from another album I must repeat the process again.
It's definitely a problem with Leopard as I just got my mac back from the Apple store with a replaced hard drive. I created the iTunes database in Tiger on one day, then the next decided to purchase and install Leopard. So one day passed between each instance of building the database and it worked fine on a clean install of Tiger but not on a clean install of Leopard.
