Where does Apple Mail store the stationery templates? Where can I get free ones to add?

Will the new stationery feature
in Leopard Mail enable me to create custom email
messages that will work as an Outlook (for PC)
stationery template?
I find it hard to imagine that the answer to this question would be "yes." It seems like the last thing Apple programmers would think about when developing the new Mail.
But no one here can tell you any more about Leopard Mail than what you can find on this page:

Is a script available to set a default background for email messages?

I am new to the community, not to Mac though. Currently I am on a new MacBook Air, Lion installed.
I had a couple of minor issues about mail, the first I solved myself using automator, and succeding in sending an attachment file from finder. It went on working also after the upgrade from snow leopard to lion.
I could not find out how to set a specific default background for new email messages (e.g. a color, or a certain template); I do not want to do it everytime for each message. I tried automator, the workflows runs ok, tried to save it as service for mail and for finder but it did not catch; as application it works, but veeeery slow.
When I pull down the mail window, the Services line says "no services available".
Anyone who worked on this?

How to set which User Profile attribute is used for email messages?

I am having a problem setting up User Profiles in SharePoint 2013. I have users that are both (1) Active Directory users authenticated using Windows Authentication, and (2) Active Directory users, existing in another distinct OU, authenticated via ADFS (active
directory federation services).
My problem is with the ADFS users. I want to have the users unique id be their logon email account ([email protected]), but want to populate their work email attribute with their "actual" or real email account.
If I have an OU (External Users) and within that OU (XYZ Company Users), AND my domain is contoso.com, then I want to add a user such that they have a unique id in active directory ([email protected], but want their email address to be whatever
it is (I.e. [email protected]).
MY PROBLEM: I can setup the User Profile Synchronization service to map the properties perfectly, but when I I try to add/share a user in a SharePoint site, the user's account email ([email protected] is sent the message, not their "Work Email"
([email protected]).
QUESTION: How do I get SharePoint to use the "Work Email" attribute (NOT the account email) of a User Profile when sending email messages?

Okay, within Active Directory, the user's email IS set to
[email protected] The "unique value" (Using the account logon name) works just fine. The problem is SharePoint. When I logon with another account and choose to share a site with this particular test user, the Email for sharing the site is sent to
[email protected] (the account logon name), not
[email protected] (the user's email address)
How do I get SharePoint to actually use the email address of an AD user, and not use the account logon name when sending notifications?

Using Rich Text Formatting Tools for Email Message Text Box in Webdynpro.

I would like to know whether WebDynpro provides a feature of including the Rich Text Formatting Tools (like Font, FontSize, Spell check .....) inside a Text Box.
I need to allow the user to format/indent text inside the Email message box, before sending the Email.
Is ABAP/Java Webdynpro providing us the above feature currently?

What happened to the icon for email message addresses in Yosemite?

Yosemite code has eliminated the email icon for outgoing message addresses. Doesn't make sense. What am i missing?

If you open a compose message, then in the addressee line, there is a blue plus + in a circle. Click that and you will get the Contacts (AddressBook).

Attach sapscript for email message in sales order

Hello to all.
I need some help..
I'm trying to include a sapscript form in a message on sales order in VA01. I can already send email to outside SAP, but can't include de sapscript form into the mail.
I make a copy of the standard message MAIL, and include de sapscript form that i want to attach.
Anybody have an idea how to solve this issue?

I think u need to create a message type MAIL just as u done, but u should check if this kind of message is managed by your driven program.
Check the call of FM OPEN_FORM, here the parameter DEVICE has to have the value MAIL, perhaps here it's always transfered PRINT.
The second control is on master data of the partner of the message: he has to have the mail address.
The last control is on the master data of the user: he has to have the mail address.

Search for a particular email message

How do I search for a particular email message, or set of email messages, by sender, topics, etc. on the iphone?

When searching for email messages from within Mail or when using Spotlight, you can search the To, From, and Subject fields. Search "All" searches all three of these fields. The text, or body, of messages is not searched.

Interactive notification BUG for email

I've found a bug with the Interactive Notifications for email messages on my phone:-
When the phone is locked and an email message comes up on screen, if I swipe to the left to reveal the options and select "Delete", the phone prompts me for my passcode (so far so good).
The problem is that it is almost impossible to enter my passcode as the keyboard "jumps" about on the screen as I do so. The only way I've been able to enter my password is to "double click" each letter, and eventually I can get my correct password entered, which then returns me to the lock screen, and the message is erased. I then subsequently have to enter my password again to unlock the phone (at which point the keyboard behaves normally!!!)
On testing this, I've found the problem only exists if you are using a more secure passcode, if you are simply using the 4 number pin option, the problem does not manifest itself.

I Have the same issue but have a simple passcode. But it is part of a security req for corporate email. Is this the connection?

How do I search for email messages on my exchange server more than 30 days old. iPhone allows this.

Spell Check email messages ??

Hey all, I got my new iphone yesterday and after showing it off to the family I had some quality time with it and dug into all the features. One thing missing is spell check for email messages ? Or at least I cannot find that option. I see the word completion feature which is fine for the occasional spelling mistake but how about a real built-in spell checker?
My fat fingers are the cause of way too many spelling errors ;>

I don't believe there is a spell check.
I too am a fat finger guy and to be completely honest with you, I did what Steve told us too and I trust the keyboard. 9 out of 10 times it correctly fixes my errors. No, it's not 100% but for the most part it does exactly what it's supposed to. From what I understand, the keyboard is always learning from you, so it will pick up your most common words, slang, etc..
I think they did a very good job with it and I have far less problems typing on this than I did on my blackjack.. Those keys are WAY too small.

My iPhone no longer gives me audible alerts for email and text messages. Just stopped. Help.

My iPhone just stopped giving me audible notifications for email and text messages. It still rings for calls. I have checked the settings for "Sounds" and they have not changed. However, in these settings when I try to change the sound I get only the vibration and not the sample sound. Can anyone help?

Different alerts for email and sms messages for a contact with custom ring tone

Hello,
I have a Curve 8530 with OS 5.0.0.395.
I have my default sound profile set up to play one type of alert sound when I receive and email message and another when I receive an SMS message (so I know the difference without looking at my phone). That works fine except for contacts that I also have a custom ring tone set up for. It seems that under the Custom Ring Tones/Alerts section of the contact there is only one entry for Messages and it applies to both email and SMS. If I have the contact's message alerts set to the alert I have for email, then their SMS messages play the same alert and I might think it's an email. Or if I have the messages alerts set to the SMS alert sound then their emails sound like SMS messages. Is there a way to have a custom ring tone set up for a contact but still allow their emails and SMS messgaes to follow the current sound profile's settings?

Have you had any luck resolving this issue. I had a 8230 and this was possible. But like you I can get the 8530 to work. If you found the solution, please let me know.
