Stationery not viewed properly on PC

I am trying so send a few emails to customers using Stationery, but I have just tried sending it to a colleague using a PC, and only half of the message appears properly. The backgrounds seem to appear correctly, but the rest of the template, for example the postcard frame, is cut right in the middle.
Any ideas? Can this be solved using Mail?

Hi, I have been testing sending the same stationery html email to several different clients. It appears OK in Vista Mail, but appears all broken up in Outlook. Obviously it looks OK on another Mac. The problem is I don't want to send this out if half my clients are just going to see a broken up email - not very professional at all.
My only way round this is to use the PC to send it - but I am loathed to do so....
The headers and footer appear fine, but the middle image section just isn't showing, and so the text is on a black bkgd....
Anyone any updates or ideas?

  • Just updated my MacBook Pro to 10.6.8 and now my Filemaker 11 databases (.fp7) do not view properly on my desktop.  Is this a java issue?

    Hi,
    Wondering if anyone knows what's going on with my Filemaker Database that will not view properly on my desktop after upgrading from 10.5 to 10.6.8 on
    my MacBook Pro.   Is this a Java issue?  The data is all there but all I see is blank boxes when I open or click on a specific area in the database.
    My Java version is SE 6 1.6.0.37-bo6-434.

    Let me understand:
    - you have purchased named canon, which is conencted to your PC running windows xp
    - downloaded driver for win xp, and canon works fine
    - canon is connected to that PC via USB
    - that Canon is also activated as network printer, by allowing print sharing in windows; how did you set that option?
    - now, you are in Mac OS x 10.6.8, downloaded Canon driver for Mac OS X, installed it, detected printer on the network, printer was installed; was it detected as attached to that PC running win XP? or not?
    or you set canon by being connected to your mac directly via USB?
    Now, there are some questions you should answer as some details are missing, and your initial text is not clear. Can you print if Canon is connected directly to your mac? did you try that? if not, do it before answering.

  • Lists not viewing properly in Netscape and Mozilla

    I am in the process of designing a website which has left and
    right column lists (with different styles/formatting). It views OK
    in Internet Explorer but does not view properly in Netscape or
    Mozilla.
    Below are some links to see the problem:
    www.ambientdesign.com.au/indexoriginal.html
    www.ambientdesign.com.au/Services.html and
    www.ambientdesign.com.au/portfolio.html
    The portfolio pages are still being worked on. At this stage,
    I am only concerned about the problems with the first portfolio
    page- the rest have other changes that I am in the process of
    doing.
    If anyone knows how to fix the lists so that they view OK in
    all the browsers that would be very appreciated. Thanks for your
    help.

  • Scans are not viewing properly

    The pics & doc scans on an HP All In One are not viewing properly after saving in the folders, they do view properly in the HP scan app though
    Is this a Mavericks issue

    Hi clarence50,
    I understand you are having an issue saving your scans on the Mavericks operating system. HP has released software for many of the HP printers. Because I do not know what printer you have I recommend you check the link below to see if the software for your printer has been released.

  • How do I change color on visited sites without causing websites to not view properly?

    I go to Content/Colors, change color of visited sites, uncheck "allow pages to choose own colors instead of my selections above".
    The visited sites change colors, but the websites that I go to do not view properly. They do not have names or headings or shopping carts or search boxes and are very hard to maneuver through.

    You can use code in userContent.css or use the Stylish extension to override the page colors.
    I use code like this:
    <pre><nowiki>a:visited {color:#e08!important;background-color:#eee}
    a:visited * {color:#e08!important;outline:1px dotted red!important;outline-offset:-1px}
    a:visited img {background-color:transparent}
    </nowiki></pre>

  • When moving a page from one pdf to another I see a message "consolidating fonts" and the added page does not view properly

    I am working with multiple PDF files in Acrobat Pro XI.  Sometimes when I move a page from one PDF to another it does not view properly.  It was fine in the source PDF, but not when moved to the desired PDF.  I also see a message momentarily across the bottom of my screen that says "consolidating fonts".  What must I do to fix this?

    Lloyd ,
    Follow these steps for Acrobat 11 .
    Launch Acrobat>Tools>Print Production>Acrobat Distiller
    Now in Acrobat Distiller follow these.
    Select Standard in Default settings.
    Go to Settings and select Edit Adobe PDF Settings.
    Select Fonts and in the font source window select the fonts you want to Add.
    Click Save As and then OK.
    See if this helps.

  • HT1414 Linksys webcam does not view properly after upgrading to ios6

    I upgraded my iPad 2 and iPhone 4 to the new ios 6. Now when I go to view my linksys web cams they do not view properly. I see the camera view for a few second, but then it goes blank.  I have another iPad 2 which I did not upgrade and am still able to view with the old iOS. Seems like the new iOS 6 did something, but not sure why it will not work with the new iOS.
    I access the site through the web browser.

    Same problem. I two nights ago I upgraded to IOS6 on my iPad2 and can no longer call up my LinkSys cams in Safari. My iPod Touch 4 is still on IOS5 and no problem viewing cams in Safari.
    I am still in Lion on my iMac but last month upgraded to Safari 6. I then lost the ability to view my cams in Safari. I went back to Safari 5.1.7 and then no more problems.
    Obviously this is a Safari error. Until this is fixed, I will not upgrade to Mountain Lion.
    I spoke to Apple last night and the tech said he will contact engineering. He took detailed notes so let's hope for the best.
    If you need to view your cams on your devices, investigate iCam by SKJM or LiveCams Pro by Eggman Technologies. Both apps do way more than just viewing your cams. I have been using iCam for about a year for security reasons. Your cams can be set up to record on motion where images will be stored on your devices AND Dropbox.
    iCam, however, is slightly difficult to set up (and sometimes maddening) but lots of info on their site as well as direct response to any problem by email. Some idiosyncrasies but hey it's only $5 and does provide security when you leave your home. Not to mention all your cams on one page if all you want to do is look at them.

  • After uploading to FTP, my site does not view properly

    after i have uploaded to FTP i checked my website www.johnandsarahswedding.com and it doesn't view properly. only text and no images etc and no alignment, like the styles weren't exported etc.

    Did you use Muse's FTP upload feature or a 3rd party FTP upload client?
    Usually if you upload your site and it appears scrambled it's caused by one of these things:
    1) Not all files were uploaded. If you use Muse's FTP upload feature, it should automatically upload all the files that have changed. If you're uploading using another FTP client, be sure to upload all the html,css,and js files that have been modified by Muse on export. A common mistake is uploading the changed HTML files, but not the changed CSS files that go with them.
    2) If you've verified that you uploaded all the changed files, try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.

  • Ordered list not viewed properly in ADE

    Hi,
    My requirement is to display the ordered list in two columns using XSLT in ePub Output. The output should be as follows
    a. Apple               c. Pears
    b. Orange             d. Strawberry
    The second column should continue the numbering where the first list has stopped. I am using <div> elements to implement this. I have not implemented using table tags. When I view the output in ADE, it is displayed as follows
    a. Apple               a. Pears
    b. Orange             b. Strawberry
    It is viewed properly in other ePub readers. Can you please suggest a solution to fix this issue?
    Operating System: Windows XP
    Thanks.

    Not the answer yet but:
    Step 1: in CSS, you can only have one id per page. As many classes as you like, but only one id.
    You have 3 x <div id="content"...>
    If you want to use the same CSS rule on multiple tags then rename the id to a class
    i.e. in the CSS change
    #content {
         margin-left: 10em;
    to
    .content {
    margin-left: 10em;
    and change each occurrence of <div id="content"...> to <div class="content"...>

  • Site not viewing properly on iPad

    Hi - i'm hoping someone can help me. The site i'm working on centers properly on everything i've tested except on my ipad. The beige background you can only see on the top and left hand side, but not on the right side. Also, there appears to be some fragmenting (?) going on where the background shows through in very fine lines around my tables. I'm wondering if there is any way of fixing this? Site link is www.theoldsaltboxco.com

    I don't have access to an ipad right now to verify the below, so this "may" not fix all of the issues (but it's a good place to start)...
    You have some errors in your html. Mainly the use of deprecated attributes like marginheight, topmargin and background. You should be using css for these instead.
    Code errors are the number one cause of display issues between different browsers. Run your site through this validator and clear out the errors...
    http://validator.w3.org/
    You are missing your Doctype Declaration (DTD). Go to Modify > Page Properties and select Title/Encoding. Given the code you currently have, I would choose HTML 4.01 Transitional or XHTML 1.0 Transitional.
    For the margin issues, remove all 4 of the attributes from the body tag and add this to your css...
    body {
         margin:0;
    For the background image issue, remove the background tag and add this to your css...
    #textarea {
         background-image:url(images/text-area.jpg);
    Then in the <td> for that text area, add this to the html in place of the background="images/text-area.jpg"...
    id="textarea"
    You can also get rid of all the border="0" on your linked images and add this to your css...
    a img {
         border:none;
    Since you are using tables for your layout, you'll need to collapse the borders in your css as well (this "may" be why there is that "fracturing" effect) Mobile browsers were invented after most designers stopped using tables for layout, so there are some items they were never really programmed to handle without explicit css instructions...
    table {
         border-collapse:collapse;
    If is still isn't working right after the above fixes, let us know and we can take a closer look.

  • Website not viewing properly in browsers

    I am totally not a web designer so any input would be
    appreciated. For now let's just deal with my agencies homepage,
    http://www.casra.org/casra/home.html
    and hopefully any fixes I can take to other pages having problems.
    In Firefox, part of my header is not displaying. Scrolling
    down, under "CASRA Spring Conference" there is a normal text link
    and then a text title done on .swf format that is not showing. To
    the right there is a graphic in that red box that isn't showing. I
    discovered on a different machine that this isn't displaying
    properly in IE 7 but seems okay in IE 6.
    To see my header displayed properly go to
    http://www.casra.org/social_rehab/home.html,
    works in both Firefox and IE 6 & 7. What I find interesting is
    the header is a library item that should be consistent through all
    the pages but it displays right on some pages and not others.
    My boss designated me our web designer, I am a policy analyst
    so any help would be much appreciated.

  • I am viewing a PDF in the new PDF Viewer in Firefox 19 and parts of the document look corrupted and do not view properly. Why is this?

    The PDF is a newsletter for my company that can be found here:
    https://www.uucsr.org/UserNewsletter.aspx
    Thank you
    Kim

    This is a new feature, and not perfect. Also there are various versions of pdf file about. If necessary download the file instead, or consider using an add-on instead to view the files.

  • PDF created with Onenote not viewing properly with reader XI

    A PDF was created by Onenote export to PDF. The screen clippings are gray boxes. When viewed with the preinstalled (MS ?) reader app it views normal. I am using Adobe Reader XI, Windows 8.1, Onenote 2013.

    Well, since I fixed it in Chrome, it works for me.  However, my partner beside me doesn't have Chrome and he gets the same generic screenshot that I had earlier, even though we made the changes in his Firefox.  We're baffled...... The interactive form is the only form we can't pull.

  • Scanned Images Not Viewing Properly

    So a weird thing has happened this evening. I spent most of the afternoon scanning in old photos using Image Capture. I have a bunch of jpeg files at 300 dpi of these photos. I can see all of the images in Finder on the folders I created on my desktop, however when I import those folders into iPhoto the images just become black squares. If I double click on the black square I can see the image, but I don't understand why I can't see the images without clicking on them. I have done this the same way previously with satisfactory results. What am I doing wrong this time? Some of these images are b/w and some are color...

    Welcome to the Apple Discussions. You scanned the B/W photos as grayscale color mode and iPhoto doesn't support color scale. You'll need to convert them to the RGB color mode and add the sRGB color profile with a 3rd party application or rescan them as color photos.
    You can use ColorSync Utility to assign the sRGB color profile to the photos.
    If you have Photoshop Elements or PS you can convert them also.
    TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto (iPhoto.Library for iPhoto 5 and earlier) database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
    I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger or later), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 6 and 7 libraries and Tiger and Leopard. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.≤br>
    Note: There now an Automator backup application for iPhoto 5 that will work with Tiger or Leopard.
