Status 29 when creating and distributing IDocs

Hi all!
I try to create IDocs for distribution via MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE without providing a specific receiver.
The distribution model contains for my message type a distrubution and generated partner agreements. In one example this is a bapi for a message type, in another example this is a message type directly.
I get in BD87 the status 29 but i have no idea why the receiver could not be determined, as explained in the3 belonging message B1 003.

the partner agreements are ok.
We were sure yesterday, that there was no difference for the bapi example and for the message type example. Today we found a result for the message type example what was our example to compare with.
The example in focus is a bapi with the message type VCUI_SAVEM coming from business object BUS1401. I do not understand the difference between directly assigned message types in BD64 and indirectly assigned message types belonging to a assigned bapi when reading the documentation.
When debugging the suggested modules i found out, that with bapis the message type is not contained in table TBD05 and nothing else is considered there.
So the question is, what is the difference between bapi and message type assignement in this case and what is to do to use the distribution model with a bapi without providing the receivers by the caller.

    Yes - in both the "Basic" and "Plus" level account you will be able to "Download Response as PDF Form" which downloads a PDF that looks like the original form filled out.  There are a few caveats to that, the layout may change in the PDF to accommodate fields where the text input was larger than the field, the field will "grow" to display all of the text so it can be printed correctly.  Also, attachments would not be included in the downloaded PDF response.
    Have a look at this PDF since it goes over designing for PDF, and the information on "Page Breaks" in "Page View" will apply to any PDF saved from the form (not only for distribution, but also the Response PDF), you will want to use that info to add Page Breaks in Page View for your downloaded PDFs: Tutorial: Creating and distributing fillable PDF forms

  • Send idoc when bp created and receive idoc from external

    I am sap abap developer and  am new to CRM technical side.
    *****my requirement is : when we create business partner and save it then i need to send that as an idoc to 3rd party theru ESP system.
    I planned to create BP using BAPI BUPAFS_FS_CREATE_FRM_DATA01 and generate idoc in CRM and should send to ESP. They will send to 3rd party and collect some data from tham and they have to generate idoc using BAPI which i specify (I dont know which bapi) and send to us. But i dont know what bapi i have to used at ESP to generate and send idoc from ESP to CRM. Is am not sure how to use bapi exactly.
    Please help me out as soon as you can. I was struct in project.Urgent

    Hi Mehar,
    SAP CRM supports this functionality in the standard. All you need is some customizing to get changes in CRM mapped to an outbound IDOC and send it out to an external system.
    Inbound is also covered. You can post IDOCs to the CRM system using an inbound port. No need to call a BAPI, you can create the IDOC externally and simply post it as a file to the CRM system.
    Alternatively, you can use XML to achieve the same.
    I've sent a configuration document to your email address. In it you will find all you need to perform the customizing for a working XIF scenario.

  • PE2 hangs with Windows 7 when creating and exporting files

    My computer running WinXP just broke down on me for the 2nd time in 7 years, so I finally decided to upgrade. I put it off because I was afraid of windows 7 having compatibility issues with my old software, and now I'm having trouble with Premiere Elements 2. After it opens up I can cancel and exit but if I try to create a file it stops responding. The tutorial opens up as if there's no problem and it plays on the timeline like normal. When I tried to export that sample video the computer hung for a long time before letting me change the output settings. The file rendered at a normal speed, and the exported video looks fine. Since then I've transferred my old files and have no problem working with them or importing new media to an existing file. It's just creating and exporting that causes problems. I'm using Windows 7 home premium, 64 bit.

    Have you tried right-clicking the application icon and setting it to run in XP compatibility mode?
    If not you could install a Virtual Machine to run using your existing XP Licence. Or upgrade your W7 to Professional/Ultimate that includes Virtual XP Mode.

    The requirement is to send an email containing biiling document converted to pdf format when a billing document
    is created and saved in VF01 transaction.
    I have already converted the output to pdf format in my driver program and also know how to send an email containing the same ..but this works only when user prints using VF31 .
    Kindly tell the configuration steps which are required...and hot to achieve the same.

    There is a blog on a similar topic which explains how to email purchase order in SAP to the vendor. The settings are required in Vendor Master, NACE and SCOT.

    I have a dump in WebUI when I try to create and save organization and contact.
    The problem is not in the saving but in the validation of address that i entered.
    When I put a value for example on street number, then I change it, the system check if there was relevant modifications.
    So, the system call the method compare_fields_of_addresses of the Class CL_GEOCODER:
    check given attributes of ADRC_STRUC
      LOOP AT fieldnames INTO lv_fieldname.
      get attribute value of first address
        ASSIGN COMPONENT lv_fieldname OF STRUCTURE address1 TO <fs1>.
      get attribute value of second address
        ASSIGN COMPONENT lv_fieldname OF STRUCTURE address2 TO <fs2>.
      compare values
        IF <fs1> <> <fs2>.
        if different, add to table of different fields
          APPEND lv_fieldname TO different_fields.
        ENDIF.
      ENDLOOP.
    fieldnames : contains all the fields of Structure ADRC_STRUC from table DD03L
    address1/address2  : contains data of the above adress with structure ADRC_STRUC from DDIC(se11)
    ADRC_STRUC contains specific fields and in DD03L, it insert field .INCLU--AP
    in DDIC, it insert field .APPEND
    to say that there are extended fields.
    So, there is normal dump because we try to compare field symbol that is not assigned
    Could you help me to resolve it please? As I know, we don't have rights to modify standards methods.

  • Force an error against an order when creating a Distributed Sales Order...

    We're raising Distributed Sales Orders via IDOC (Type ORDERS05). There are however certain bueiness checks (which probably should be made at the order level but are not) being checked for by the IDOC processing code. When certain checks fail I need to ensure that the IDOC is updated with a suitable error messagem but also that the Sales Order fails and therefore does not get distributed through to SAP. Is there a standard way for forcing an order to fail, or should the sales order itself check this and fail the order. Are our Functional people just being idle ?.

    Unless I am reading this incorrectly, in Acrobat Help, webpage http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/acrobat/using/creating-distributing-pdf-forms.html, it looks like step 5 under header "Distribute (send) forms to recipients" is incomplete. Step 5 ends with "...do one of the following:" and that is simply followed by a notation, not two steps.

    I am trying to remove a status icon for an application I uninstalled. When I try to drag it, nothing happens, so removing it by the "command"key & drag method isn't effective. Is there another way I can get rid of it?

    A status bar item should go away when the application quits, otherwise it belongs to some other helper application that is still running.  Using a launch agent or something like that for a status bar item may or may not be the most user friendly thing, but it's no hack - there are Cocoa API's for status bars.  If anything, the Menu Extras provided by Apple are the hacks, but I digress.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

    My requirement is , when the customer create sales order i want create one more sales order with some changes in same client.
    i am using the inbound and outbound idoc with orders message type and process code sd10 for outbound idoc , and i have created new process code for inbound .
    and i have created logical sys for client 030 and one more dummy logical sys with ports .then generating the partner profile everything ok.
    i am trying to distribute model view while i got error ,model view has not been modified reason is distribution model currently being processed.
    Outbound IDoc was created and inbound IDoc was created with status 56(IDoc added with errors ).
    means my function module is not triggered.
    How can i solve this prob.
    have any alternative code for this object.
    please help me.

    I think if you're using a UDF to set this Status for Marketing documents
    First you need to set what item corresponds to each Status level you're tryinf to deploy
    After that you can use SDK to set this new property or Formatted searches to change the Status you re creating, and save the document as a draft during your process and your status.
    But if you're trying to change the fiel Status used on every Marketing document (i mena the system one), you should know that it is impossible 'cause this is an only read system field.
