i am using we19 to test an inbound idoc mbgmcr02
i get status 51 qty and/or delivery completed ind or final issue ind are missing
i have the quantity filled in.
so i must need the delivery completed ind or final issue ind filled in.
i cannot find either or these???can anyone point me to them???
also on the e1BP2017_gm_code i am using 02.
can anyone give me a rundown on the valid codes to use here and what they mean

i saw your posting and we are also having the same issue and when i trie to open the link, it's not opening ' page not found'.
we are having an issue while moving the stock to vendor maintained stock.
The scenario is:
We have an externally processed operation in prod. ord and 2 of the components in the prod.ord are batch managed.( These components can have multiple batches) so when we released the prod.ord, P.Req and PO are getting created automatically. here we have two scenarios:
1. When we are maintaining single batch for the 2 components and release the prod.ord, every thing works fine i.e. stock is moving to vendor maintained stock i.e 541(o).
2. The problem is when we are maintaining multiple batches for the same components, the P.req and PO are getting created but stock is not moving to vendor maintained stock i.e 541(o)
when we debugged it's giving this message: " Qty and / or "delivery completed" ind. or final issue ind. are missing ".
Do i need to make any settings or am i making any mistake?
Plz guide me and it will be really helpful if anybody can give some steps to follow.

Hi,
You are posting good movement for quantity 0.
SAP can accept zero goods movements if this meant for setting up the delivery completed indicator.
So either quantity should be entered or delivery completed indicator should be ticked if qty is zero.
Check the quantity you are supplying for this bapi.

I used this to restore my deleted notes from Time Machine, hope this helps others
closed Notes,
turned WiFi off,
entered finder/go+option/ to 'get to library': /Library/Containers/com.apple.Notes/Data/Library/Notes/
entered TM and selected the 3 files/ hit restore/ keep both (just to make sure, then I deleted the newer file, not the 'restored' file when this worked out)
opened notes and my deleted notes were back so I copied my notes into pages as a backup,
turned on WiFi and the notes disappeared!
replaced my restored notes by copy/pasting my backups into notes/iCloud....
notes/mac would not show across iCloud.... don't remeber this being an issue prior to Mavericks when 'all' notes were selected?
Apple needs to hear from us so they can fix glitches like this. TM was created for instances like this, hopefully this is just an oversite. Pass this along to Apple Feedback/iCloud/bug. If enough of us flag such issues, hopfully it's addressed on the next update.
Dear Apple, this should be much easier than it is. We should be able to open Notes, go into Time Machine, and restore anything regardless if it's on my Mac or on the cloud.

I've made a film, and I'm at the point where I export it to post it, and I get the error message that "2 clips are missing"?

So my film is all done, very excited to share it. It's a short thing at about 4:20 minutes long with music with video from several different cameras, 2 types of gopros, and my buddy's nikon DSLR. It plays back fine in final cut but gives me the error message when i try to export.
How do i 'find the clips that are missing' or figure which ones are the ones that are 'missing' ? And the how do i 'find' them ?

Do you see any of your clips in the Browser have have been replace by a red icon? Those are the missing clips.
You can also go to File -> Relink Files. It'll bring up a window showing the missing files when the "Missing" radio button is selected. There's a button to help you locate the files. Once you have located the missing files, click the "Relink Files" at the bottom of the window.
I had to do this for 339 missing files...it's a long story...last weekend. It worked perfectly.

Reader 9 - "Print" and "Open with Adobe Reader..." options are missing from the right-click menus.

Since upgrading from Reader 8 to Reader 9, Windows XP users are no longer able to right-click 1 or more PDF files from Windows Explorer and choose either "Print" or "Open with Adobe Reader...". Those options are no longer listed in the right-click menu. We have experienced this on several computers. I downgraded a PC to Reader 8, and these options re-appeared, then disappeared again when I upgraded back to Reader 9.

Link between PO and Inbound Delivery - Delivery confirmation

I have a question regarding the link of Purchase Order and Inbound delivery completed indicator.
This is my scenario. I had created a purhase order with qty 10, then i created a Inbound delivery with 8 qty then i did GR with reference to inbound delivery. Then looking at the purchase order , the PO is set to Delv. Completed. Looking also in the doc flow of the inbound delivery, the status is "complete".
Now , my question, if i go to VL31N and input the purchase order , i am still able to see the open qty which is "2". Is there is no way that the SAP will prompt me after i input the PO number in the VL31n as " Delivery completed" message or someting related to that. Since , in the PO its already Delv. completed?

Check the toleance limits set in the delivery tab of purchase order. If the quanytity delivered is with in tolerance limits then system will set delivery completed indicator automatically.
Even though delivery completed indicator set you can further post the GR for remaining qty.

Delivery Completed Indicator set during BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CREATE_TT

Hi Gurus,
I am using BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CREATE_TT to perform our production confirmation.
I want to force a goods movement item to be "Delivery Completed". I found the field GOODSMOVEMENTS-NO_MORE_GR in the BAPI which has a component type ELIKZ. When i put an X for this item during the BAPI run, it does not change the status of the item in the production order as Final Issue.
Is GOODSMOVEMENTS-NO_MORE_GR equal to the field "Indicator: Goods movement item completed" (ENDKZ) in the confirmation? They have the same description.
I found another field which is GOODSMOVEMENTS-WITHDRAWN (KZEAR) but it also does not change the status of the item after BAPI run.

Hello John
Indicator NO_MORE_GR should be used only for the goods receipt with movement 101 and it will not affect the components.
Field WITHDRAWN is the correct field to be used to set the final issue indicator for a component, however, you must ensure that you are sending the correct reservation number and item.
I suggest you to use BAPI BAPI_PRODORDCONF_GET_TT_PROP to get the proposed data for the confirmation, including the components, and change the values when necessary.

The standard behaviour of SAP is as below.
If have created a PO for say 100 kg.
You receive 70 KG.
For some reason you don't expect to receive more and set delivery complete indicaor.
The effect is,
1. The PO will not come as open PO in the reports, even if 30KG is pending.
2. If you still want to post this 30 KG, system will NOT stop you, however. You can post.
So I think you don't have any problem in your system. Just the understanding of the effect of the indicator was not correct.

Delivery completed indicator for STO cannot be set!

Dear colleagues,
There are number of STO’s those goods issue quantity > quantity of goods received. Because of this delivery completed indicator cannot be set due to message “06 848 - Delivery completed indicator cannot be set for item XXXXX”.
There is an OSS note (167795) that allows to set delivery completed indicator for such purchase orders. Even though our SAP release is 6.04, report RM06EV70 does not exist (yet BADI ME_ARCHIVE_ACTIVE is active) in the system and OSS note cannot be implemented.
Any help would be appreciated.

PS. Please do not provide answers like “the goods receipt must be first posted via the entire goods issue quantity; then you can post a scrapping via the shortfall quantity” since there are backdated STO’s.

Find STO created for which plant in t.code:ME23N and check MRP parameter maintained for that plant in t.code:OPPQ( also check entry of that plant in t.code: OMCD).
Also cross check which Field Selection Key assigned to your STO PO document type and check “Delivery completed" indicator” available as Optional entry in GR/IR control segment in your Field Selection Key.

Prevent GR with the delivery complete indicator set in the purchase order

Dear friends,
During GR reference to PO, if goods are received partially and the delivery complete indicator is set, the PO line item is deemed to be closed.
However, if reference is made again to the same PO line item, GR can still be done to the item that delivery complete indicator was set.(due to there is still quantity to be received)
Is there anyway, we could prevent reference to be made to a PO line item that has delivery complete indicator set?

it is by design that you still can receive material.

The delivery complete indicator only reduces the commitment values to zero.
If you want restrict further good receipts, then you have to reduce PO quantity to equal the received quantity and must not allow overdelvivery. Further you can enter a latest GR date, which will not allow receipt beyond this date.
Locking the item will as well prevent further actions, but this should only be a short term solution, because the PO will still be considered in MRP runs and will never treated as beeing closed. And you will not be able to archive such POs

Qty and value in PO list are not updated (after a Service Entry)

I have performed a service entry (ML81N) but qty and value are not updated in the list of the PO in the ME2L.
Could anyone explain?

I do not configure anything in SPRO (Define release strategy for SES) but I got a red light in the top of the screen near the field "No acceptance" so I presume that the SES should be accepted but as I do not configure anything regarding release startegy, I do not know how to accept the SES.
Besides, I cannot perform MIRO: when I put the PO number, system indicates that there is no (suitable) item found for PO
I should have miss something. Could you please guide me?

Qty and value update

hi all sapians,
Can any one give me a very clear idea or story behind the check boxes of quantity and value update in OMS2 and for some material there boxes are checked and for some materials boxes are not selected.

Quantity Updating Specifies that the material is managed on a quantity basis in the material master record for the relevant valuation area.
Value Update: Specifies that the material is managed on a value basis in the material master record for the valuation area concerned.
The values are updated in the respective G/L accounts at the same time.
as you said at for some material there boxes are checked and for some materials boxes are not selected
the Qty and Value are updated based on valuation area
Valuation Area
Organizational level at which the material is valuated. A valuation area can be one of the following:
Plant: All plants belonging to a company code, in which case the valuation area is the company code
1: Based on valuation area and as required some material types are selected and some are not
2: Based on material Type we select Qty and Value updation: like for NORM for your valuation area (and also might be for plant valuation) all boxes are selected and for material type KMATConfigurable materials it is not selcted

Do a search for the Settings App first. If you are running iOS 7, swipe down from the middle of the home screen to get to the search field at the top of the screen. If you are running iOS 6, swipe to the right from the first home screen to get to the search area. Type Settings into the search field. When the app appears in the search, tap on it to open the Settings app.
From that point, do one of these two thins to get the apps to reappear. Most likely, the second suggestion is the one that you should try since not all apps can be restricted.
Check Settings>General>Restrictions and make sure that you didn't disable it.
You can also reset the home screen layout and the icon will reappear - but the home screen will return to the way that it looked when you first activated your iPad.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.

Delivery status B and TO status C , Deliver qty and Pick qty are equal

OBD status is wrong and its coming as Partialy picked for a item however the delivered qty and pick qty are equal. also TO is created and confirmed for delivered qty.
I have checked TO is not pending for confrimation please advise.

Please check the OSS note
1475784 - Delivery header status is not consistent with item status
Try to run report RVDELSTA in simulation to check whether system propose any change. if at all you are not getting any positive result from above steps raise an OSS note with SAP
