Status 53 Problem in WE02

Hi gurus,
I'm using the DELVRY03 to modify an outdel. In we02, the idoc has an status 53 yet it does not show the modifcation I encoded on its userexit. If I will re-trigger the Idoc number entered through WE19, the proper modification will implemented. What would be the possible error?

What are you trying to change? a field in the IDoc?.
Did you check if the delivery of the Idoc in status 53 has the change that you want in the standard transaction? VL03N.
I mean, if you are trying to replace a field in the Idoc via user exit, it will never appear appear the change in we02 (or we05) this is because is an inbound Idoc and the Idoc arrives first and then the function which proces the Idoc is launched.
The important thing is that you check if your change is in VL03N.

Continuing the "status message problems" issue...

in response to ralph johns suggestion to delete the buddy list file from my library to solve the outdated status message problem...
RJ- haha.. i'm not sure i'm going to try the "beat it with a stick" approach quite yet.. i think i found out whats causing the problem. when i would use iChat on campus using our school's wireles, i didnt have the problem of outdated status messages. but when i come home, i do.. and i believe the reason is because i'm using a Belkin G Wireless router. although i do hard line, i'm almost positive this is the problem. i did some research online and it isnt one of the approved routers for iChat.
so is my only option to buy a new compatible router to solve the problem? or is there somewhere i can go that can tell me what ports to open for a belkin router?? we're getting close... i can feel it!!! haha thanks..

Hi Anders,
in order to quickly fix that problem, I would just adapt the provisioning function where the warning shows up and make sure that the function uError is called so that an error is created instead of a warning.
Are you using the SAP Provisioning Framework or a custom provisioning framework. Which repository are you using?

User Status change problem in Process Order

Hi,
We are in process of upgrading our system from 4.6C to ECC 6.0. I have a problem with User status change for process Orders.
In 4.6C we are using the profile x with settings:
10     ZNEW     Created process order     10     90     1     1     ZSTA
20     ZLCK     Locked process order     20     90     1     1     ZREV
30     ZOPN     Reopened process order     20     90     1     1     ZOPN
40     ZMST     MES order started     20     90     1     1     ZMST
50     ZMCL     MES order closed     20     90     1     1     ZMCL
90     ZTEC     Technically completed      20     90     1     1     ZTEC
In ECC 6.0 we also use the same profile settings as above.
The problem is in ECC 6.0 when I do a goods receipt the User status changes to ZTEC . The process followed is ..Create process order, Release Order, Goods issue, Phase partuial confirmations, Goods receipt and then Finla confirmations of phases. Now in 4.6C if i do the above process the User status remains at ZMST and it only changes to ZTEC when i technically complete the order but in ECC 6.0 when I do a goods recipt from above steps the User status changes to ZTEC. THis should not happen.
Any pointers will be very helpful.

The log for production order preliminiary costing is not saved. Therefore, once the order is saved, there is no log available anymore (this is by the way a question of PP; none of the logs is saved).

Lenovo 3000 N500 23G Battery Status LED problem.

I am having problems with the Battery Status LED on my new laptop. The LED turns blue at around 22-30% charge and the Hardware manual indicates it should be 95%, also the LED remains lit when fully charged on battery power when it should be off. The biggest problem is that I have no idea on when the battery is charged and I should not need to boot into windows to check this.
I have already returned an identical model to the retailer for the same reason, they did confirm that the unit was faulty and send me another which seems to have the same suspected fault.
Has any one else have the same problem as me, I am not too sure if I should return the 2nd unit for a refund and look elsewhere?
I did contact Lenovo support before and was advised to get it repaired under warranty, I did not need to do this as the unit is less than 30 days old and I wouldbe entitled to a refund or replacement.

The battery is going to fail on this unit; actually it is a defect in the circuit built into the battery the detects charge level. It has been happening quite frequently with IBM/Lenovo batteries these days. If you have warranty left, get the unit in for repair or you will be out of luck like the rest of us who bought these units with failure prone batteries and a poor excuse for product quality. If you care to help your fellow Lenovo owners, call, email, write, picket, jump up and down, do what ever you have to do to voice your concern and complaint to as high a person as you can at IBM and Lenovo. We have to keep the heat on at a corporate level at both IBM and Lenovo, to remind them that there is a price to pay for the fact that they do not care about their customers.

Thread Status Icon Problem

Hi,
A problem that I have been facing for quite a while now is that several threads appear with the status icon which means that "Threads whose contents have changed since my last visit (semi orange icons)" but the issue is that I have never visited those threads. So how come they are marked with such a status (they should just be white icons).

OK I also sometimes have problems, I log in and got a big list of unread or semi-unread threads. And suddenly somewhere in the middle of all them one or two that are white showing that I've completely read them. But it is not possible, unless of course someone other is not working under my account which I hope is not true ;)
Probably someone just edited the post and it doesn't mean that thread has been updated?
Anyway to be frank for me this possible bug is on a very low priority because it happens quite rare and the problems coming out of this are quite tiny. I'd classify this bug as "cosmetic" ;)

Status & Score problem in SEM BSC

Hi all,
In our BSC we are using an indicator 'financial result'. The status of this indicator is determined by the following:
Formula = a / b (a = actual, B = norm)
Formula result < 0,95 = Red traffic light
Formula result 0,95 - 1 = Yellow traffic light
Formula result > 1 = Green traffic light
The problem is that this formula works different for positive and negative inputs.
Ex. 1 : a = 100 b = 50 -> Result = 2, thus a green traffic light
Ex. 2 : a = -50 b = -100 -> Result = 0,5, thus a red traffic light
In both examples the actual result was much higher than the norm, and thus the traffic lights should be green. However, in example 2 this is not the case
How to solve this?
Somehow it seems to me that the formula assignment should be different for positive ( a / b ) and for negative ( b / a ), but how to implement this in SEM BSC?

Since MDX_PARSER is non-unicode as you need to download latest librfc32.dll (though you have unicode SAP version) and copy to Windows\system32 and SAP exe folders as specified in note# 1032461.

Status light problem

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem, or if there is even a fix for it but here goes. On my 8330 I have this strange problem with the blinking status light. Whenever I turn my phone off (at night, or to recharge), then turn it back on the status light will work for a while and then stop. I have to go into options/screen (or whatever it's called) and change the status light option to "off", then save my change (which by the way makes the status light start blinking again), then change it back to "on" then save the change and all worked fine until I power it off (at which point I have to go though the whole convoluted process again). This is not that big of a deal (just kind of a pain in the butt to have to do all the time). Any help would be appreciated.

On the status light what color are you referring to?
Green is the coverage indicator
Blue is Bluetooth
Red is the message indicator
Amber is the low battery/charge indicator.

CFP-DO-401 status indicator problem

Hello
We use compact field point controller for one of our hydraulic test stands.
And cFP-DO-401 is configured for sequence of boolean operations for all the 16 channels.
The problem is during testing, status indicators are turned off but internally the relay still on , so operation gets failed.
When i checked for cause, some of transistors in the cFP-DO-401 got short circuited.
I want to know what might be the root cause of the failure or problem.

Status tab problem in PO header

Hi Gurus,
I am working in R3 version 4.6.
We create a PO with condition type NAVS (Non-deduct.Input Tax) and tax indicator N3.
The system shows in tab status the net value (without tax) referred to u201Corderedu201D field and the same for u201Cstill to deliv.u201D field. However, for field u201CDeliveredu201D takes into account the u201CNon-deduct.Input Taxu201D. This generates an inconsistence between both values so that the value showed in u201Cstill to deliv.u201D field is not correct after making a goods receipt (T-code: MIGO). They might have the same values.
For instance;
We order 50 units of any material with price 10 EUR
In tab conditions (item overview):
PBXX     Gross Price     10,00      EUR     1     500,00
NAVM Non-Deductible Tax                            80,00
Actual Price                                     580,00
In tab status (header level):
Ordered                          50                500,00 EUR
Delivered                         0                     0,00 EUR
Still to deliv.                    50                500,00 EUR

After GR for 49 units, the u201Cstatusu201D tab in header level shows the following info:

There is still one unit to be received and the system shows price 0 for it, which is not correct. Any suggestion how to deal with this issue?

Thanks for your fast response.
Delivery completed indicator has not been set at item level and there is not any account maintenance document posted on this PO (PO history), there is only the GR document in the PO history tab. Anyways I have tested this in other clients and it also happens so I think it should be some standard issue...

as It is found that the idoc created with status of 03 -
data dispatched to port ok (rather than 12 dispatch ok). however, I couldn't find it via SXMB_MONI on XI, there must be something wrong . coudl you please give me a hint ?

you need to check transaction SM58 (remove the user from it) and F8
it might be the reason that you didn't create a port in IDX1 on XI/PI
but you will see that in SM58

Set text of status bar problem

I'm trying to hide the url in the status bar of the links in
a graphic where I have a mapping situation. I click on the map box
and select the set text of status bar behavior but it will not work
while the mouse is over the mapped area. When I move my mouse over
the mapped area it displays the url and when I move away from it it
displays the text that I want to have when I mouse over. Any help
is greatly appreciated. I've including the code below.

Why do you want that? The status bar is part of the browser's
GUI and of
absolutely no interest for the website author. Additionally
recent
browsers will prevent scripts from manipulating it, so you
should think
about it again.

You want to use the 'title' attribute to show additional text
on mouse-

Po status based problem

Let us assume i have got a purchase order on 1st jan and the order got closed on 1st Feb... So the status of that particular PO after 1st feb will be colsed. But when am trying to query the same with date as parameter in between 1st jan and 1st feb after feb 1st am getting the result as Closed but the status should be 'In Process'. Can some1 help me out with the same?

Status bar problem

In my application i click button like save, update buttonetc. Status bar shows task is in progress. The time i move cursor to menubar of my application status bar shows task done. But the task is still going on!!

CProjects 4.0 - Status Report Problem

Hi all,
I am using cProjects 4.0.
I have selected the PDF Print form DPR_STATUS_REPORT_AIF for the project type. I have also marked the Active and Status report checkboxes.
Now, when I go to create Status reports, I can see the template "Project Status Report". However, when I click on the "Preview" button, I get a runtime error saying "OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO" in the ABAP program "CL_WD_ADOBE_SERVICES" in the method "CREATE_PDF".
Pl help provide a solution to this.
