Status Field Not appearing in Transaction

Hi all
We have configure all stuff related to Status management
in IMG.But we are unable to see the Field "STATUS" when
we run Transaction.Please guide us where are we missing?

Hi,
There could be only one reason for this. Your user status is not attached to the status profile in SPRO.
Please check your SPRO settings for Status Management again.

    Hi, gurus.
    For a specific transaction type, the date and time stamps for certain user statuses do not appear within the transaction although these missing date/time stamps are captured in the database upon checking by our ABAP.  It seems that this problem started when I added several statuses and rearranged their status numbers in the status profile last year.
    I'd also like to ask if it's really necessary that the statuses within the status profile and date profile should maintained in the same positions. 
    E.g.
    Status Profile

    We're going to create and assign a new status profile for the concerned transaction type.  We'll make sure that this status profile is sychronized with the date profile.  Hopefully, the date/time stamps will all be displayed in prospective transactions but the problem on the missing date/time stamps in historical transactions will still remain.

  • PO field not appearing while posting Vendor Invoice

    Hello,
    While posting an entry using FB01/ F-43, for posting key 31(Vendor Invoice), despite making Purchasing Document (Purchase Order) field optional in the field status group of both the posting key 31 as well as the Reconciliation (GL) Account, the Purchasing Document field is not appearing. Please provide the solution if it's possible to get this field while posting the entry.

    If you try to book vendor invoice through F-43 or FB01 t codes, then, the system would always show PO open for invoice verification.
    In case of a PO, IV should always be done through MIRO t code.

  • Vendor to vendor entry-profit center field not appearing in line item

    Dear Sir/Madam
    We have gone live with New GL Implementation. Last month we have implemented it.
    Now we are passing entries from vendor to vendor. It is transfer entry from one vendor to another through T code FB01.
    we have made the profit center field mandatory in the Reconciliation GL account Field status group. Also we have made the profit center field mandatory in the Posting key 21 and 31 field status. The profit center field is not appearing in the line item because of which we are not able to post the entry.
    Kinldy help us to resolve the issue.

    Hi Prashant,
    As mentioned by all here.. it is correct that you do not have profit centre in Vendor line items..
    As I understand it is a one time activity.. of transferring balance from one vendor account to another vendor Account.. so you can use a clearing account to transfer the balances.. this way your entries will increase but you will be able to post w/o any customisation. You can also use LSMW to post this.

  • Field not appearing in datasource

    Hello Experts,
    I have enhanced extract structure with a new field. written code to populate the field in CMOD.
    But this field is not apperaing in datasource.
    I have used debug mode in RSA3 and found that field is getting populated but it is not appearing in output.
    Can anyone please help.

    These are steps to appending a field, just in case one was missed:
    Step 1: Append structure via RSA6, by finding datasource and then clicking on the Functional Enhancement button; this will open up the append structure.  NOTE***If this has already been created, you can access the append structure via SE11 (usually ZA and then the structure name)
    Step 2: Add field to the append structure and activate
    Step 3: Go back into RSA6 and find the datasource and click on the change icon.
    Step 4: Validate the the Hide field is not check for this new field that you added and that the 'Field Only Known in Customer Exit' is checked
    Step 5: Save this datasource
    Step 6: Open CMOD, enter your project that you have created and then click on components and display
    Step 7: Choose EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001 for transactional data enhancements (ZXRSAU01) and EXIT_SAPLRSAP_002 for master data enhancements (ZXRSAU02)
    Step 8: Activate associated cmod code above and put a breakpoint (hard or soft one) in your code to validate that it is accessing this cmod code that you created.
    Step 9: RSA3 and execute in debug mode until breakpoint is hit
    If all of the steps above are executed, this field should be populated.  There may be an instance that the view of your RSA3 extraction is not showing you all the fields because of the display of this output but if you highlight a record and then click on the magnifying glass above, you will see all the data in that record but this view will only show you the populated fields so if their is not data, there is probably something wrong with your cmod code.

  • Sys. status :REL not unique in transaction code -- COOIS

       In erp 6.0 , when I run t-code  COOIS and choose the sys. status "REL", the system show me the error :Status rel not unique .
    And I press F4, there are two REL status in fact. I want to know how to define the sys. status. How can we deal with this

    Dear Liting,
    The root cause of the problem is that the status 'REL' is not unique in your system. In transaction BS23, you can see that there are two status with the abbreviation REL: status I0002 (which is the status that is relevant for COOIS) and status I7203 (which belongs to ECM).
    The I0002 is the correct one for the 'Release' status of order, and I7203 is for the status of ECM (Engineering change management),
    Since the status 'REL' is not unique, note 1257156 causes the error message COIS 054 and enforces the use of F4. Of course, there is no error if you use F4 directly, because the user is already using F4. 
    In order to solve the issue, please use transaction BS22 and change the status text of status I7203 from 'REL' to 'RELZ' or to 'Rel' (Lower case). Save and add the change to a transport request.
    After this, status REL should be unique once more and message COIS 054 should no longer appear.

    Hi Jayapal,
    i dont know whether it would help you...you can give a try on it.
    Instead of deleting the Transformation, just delete the mappings if any in the transformation.
    Goto DS->Fields Tab-->In the Column Template info Object. Try mapping corresponding IO with the Source IO.
    Then it will show a pop up give Copy . Activate the DS.
    Goto Info Provider>Select the Transformation> If it is active-->reactivate it by clicking the Pencil Icon with glass and click activate icon.
    If its not active, then reactivate it again by clicking the Pencil Icon with glass.

  • New field not appearing in component configuration for standard web dypro

    I'm trying to add a new column to a table in an sap web dynpro component. I've enhanced the view to add in the new column but also noticed that it's using component configuration. When I go into the approriate configuration, however, all of the existing columns are there but my new column does not appear. Is there something else I need to do to pull the new field into the configuration?

    Standard object 0020 gives fields only available in standard tables MARA , MARC , MBEW, MAKT . I too faced this problem for ML based fields in accounting & costing views ( as these fields are not in MBEW they are in CKMLHD). The said Z field if it does not exist in MARC it cannot be seen through std object. U need to do a saperate recording to upload this field. I dont see any other option to my knowledge.U can up load remaing fields through the std object 0020 & create a saperate recorded LSMW only for this Z field.

  • Price_C field not appearing in  Shopping cart

    Hi All,
    I am using MDM5.5 SP02 and SRM server 5.0 and facing problem for price field
    Earlier I tried to upload catalogs price with price information field , but didn't succeded.
    Then I created new field in MDM console as Price_c and uploaded the price.
    In UI config I mapped the New_ITEM-PRICE with the new field Price_c.
    But when I go to create shopping cart , this field is not available.
    Even whatever setting I have made User specific fields i.e Customise display fields  ,Customize Search fields are not appearing in the Shopping cart

    Hello Suds,
    If you create any extra fields or tables then make sure that they have proper codes assigned to them or not in MDM Console.
    If not then assigned the proper code name.just follow the code name as MDMSRM_FIELDNAME.
    If the field which you have created related to any OCI field then just map with that in UI else map it with NEW_ITEM-CUST_FIELD1.
    By doing this, you will get the field which you required.
    I hope this will solve your problem.

    We developed a program which creates settlement rules automatically on uploading data from excel file.
    We encountered the following error.
    cursor field COBRB-BRTYP does not exist in the screen
    In the Settlement rule screen, under distribution rules, the field amount rule type is not appearing.
    We have 3 level WBS structure. For the 1 level WBS this field is not appearing. But this field is visible for below WBS.

    As i said, we are using an excel sheet upload to create settlement rules for WBS elements.
    While uploading we got this error. COBRB-BRTYP does not exist in the screen.
    Now we need to check with abaper, why the program is checking that field in particular.

    Within the conversion process, we have to load "Z" specific fields whose values are stored in the MARC table but that are not appearing in the standard LSMW object 0020 - Material master. Is there a specific step or action to be taken (or object to be selected in LSMW) so these fields would appear in the structure ?

    In my ZDOM customer account group, i have made credit control field as mandatory. Hence it appears in sales area data when i create customer (i.e. XD01).
    When i do XD02 (to change credit control area), credit control area is getting hidden. Its not appearing in XD02. Please help

    You will have to use T code OB20 here in order to make the Credit Control Area field visible in T code XD02.
    The only problem here is that when you make the field Credit Control Area visible in T code XD02 using T code OB20, it will be visible for all account groups, not only for account group ZDOM.

  • Storage Location field not appearing in Mat Doc.

    Dear All,
    While doing GR 105 for PO, the Storage Location Field is not appearing in Mat Doc. Moreover, the TO is not getting created immediately while saving the Mat Doc. I don't know why this is happening?
    The material has both Qty/Value Updation ticked and all other related configuration is perfect like Mvt. Types/Ref. Mvt. Types etc.
    Please help to resolve.

    Thanks for your inputs. As I already mentioned confirguartion is perfect yet there is no St. Loc. field being displayed while Mvt. type. 105. I'll provide more information as below:
    - PO has Acct. ***. Cat as "P" as it has WBS element.
    - Material Type is ERSA
    - GR 103 has happened.

  • WBS field not appearing in the down payment document posted via FBA7/F-48

    i have created several down payment docs wrt PO, acct assignment WBS, but none seems to populate the WBSE field in the payment document, when using FBA7/F-48. All the down payment documents appear in the PO (Purchase order history) but only those which have been paid through F110 populates WBSE and the ones paid through FBA7 does not populate WBSE field. We are clear that the down payment documents are posted rightly w.r.t PO but its just that they dont get linked to the WBSE when FBA7 is used and gets linked when F110 is used. Please suggest if am missing any config setting. i already raised this in PS Forum but it now seems more of FI.
