Status for Documents in RMAUTH
Hi everybody!
Does anyone know, where I can change the status values for roadmap documents? Or where I can add status values. (TA RMAUTH)
In standard, there are status values like COPY_EDITING, IN_PROGRESS, MIGRATED, RELEASED, REVIEW.
My problem is, that I need some other new values for RM documents.
Where can I make the change? Is there a table or in SPRO a customizing option?

I am not sure, but reading the possible document states it seems that they are the same as for the documents in SOLAR01/SOLAR02 transaction. They can be edited in SPRO

This path is for SPRO of SP10. In newer SPs the SPRO structure changed significantly, so try the search for the IMG activity SOLMAN_DOC_STATUS instead.

Field status for document entry

Please suggest what are the different ways we can control the field status in a document entry.

Field status are defined outside the master record.
Mark each field as optional or Required or supressed.
Now assign in master record.
Each company code can have only one FSG variant
If we don't maintain FSG all the fields by default would be supressed
Different GL accounts would have different FSG assigned to them. Say, all material accounts , bank accounts, reconciliation account would have typical FSG for specific purpose.

How to delete a document status for a document type
Hi,
May i know how to delete the some document statuses for a document type. Because present we are having many document statuses, In that we want to remove some statuses.please find the screenshot and help me please.

As per the above requirement, i have deleted some statuses, But now i want in cv02n, the following statuses,
In first step, i have changed the status in cv02n, from work request to Reallocation status. please find the screenshot.
After this step, i want get the status in cv02n, as PPC head Status, But while changing status, i am not getting the status pop box as per my requirement and i got as per below pop screen.
Please guide me how to get the status of PPC head in pop box when clicking the Document status icon. And also please guide on that, if i am deleting the existing statuses, what i need to check.

Additionall status for closed document if it was printed
It would be great to have additional Status for closed document if it was printed e.g. Closed - Printed. The same way as it is when a document is opened and printed (Open - Printed). Now if the document is paid user doesn't know at the first look if it has been printed or not. User has to look at the print preview to recognize this.
Try moving the Catalog to a different location, preferably to the location that you normally keep it in. Then double click on it and it should open.
It is important to keep several backups of your catalog, and your images. -
Object status for a sales document

I have maintained one status profile with 3 status and assigned it quotation document (Quotation -> Stauts Data - > Object status -> 3 new status in radio buttons ). In which table can i see that this document number and status of document?

You can get document number and status details in V.26 transaction code.
Goto V.26, enter status e.g BLK ( blocked) and choose user status and execute.
System will show you list of the documents with status.
If you are using header status, then goto VBAK table get the value from the OBJNR field (Object number).
Goto JEST table and enter Object number and system will show the status. E.g E0001(Tehnical name) . (The sequence you maintained in status profiles)
E0001 CRT created
E0002 BLK Blocked
E0003 REL Released

Changing Status of document should start workflow
Hi WF-experts,
another issue I have to deal with:
My WF should start after the status of a document has been changed.
The process is that the customer creates a document and saves the entries (status is "in process"). Later he wants to have the opportunity to change the sales document. If he sets the status to "for approval" the WF should start (with the approval process).
First I defined the event "CREATED" as start event but that is not right. I enhanced my business object (BUS200115) with a new event and mentioned that one in the start event tab of my workflow. But it does not work.
Do I have to define an action profile?
How can I start my workflow after changing a status of a sales document which was already created?

For example this works for "classic" SAP objects like production orders, document management documents, etc, and is a very nice way to handle it, because you can easily customize your status profile to support your business process. These status profiles are maintained in the IMG or transaction BS02 (BS22 displays system statuses for objects that use this status type).
I've noticed that a lot of newer SAP components don't support this though.
I hope it is helpful, if not in this case maybe in the future.

Field Status for Vendor Line item or Customer line item

Can i need to check the Field status for Vendor or Customer Line item when i use the transaction codes F-43 or F-22. This is very urgent.

You cannot check the Field Status directly when posting a document. The Field Status is controlled by the Field Status group. This is controlled at 3 levels, the company code level, G/L Master level and at the Posting key level. Field status at the posting key level overwrites other groups. It is basically to control which fiedls need to be supressed, which are required and which are optional.
In FS00 under the create/bank/interest tab you will find the field group. Check the Recon account assigned to your vendor/customer master and check the field status in FS00.

Workflow for Document Approval
Hi all,
I'm a newbie to SolMan and is trying to figure out how to implement a workflow for document approval. A similar question has probably been posted in the past, but I can't find a definite solution, only some hints.
Basically, what we're trying to achieve is the following:
When a document is uploaded using SOLAR02, and the creator of the document changes the status to ready for sign-off, we would like to trigger a workflow which will send an email to a couple of persons who are responsible to approve the document. We already implement the digital signature, we just want to add an automatic email notification to be sent to the approvers.
Based on my research, it seems that this is not supported by SolMan and hence we have to do a custom development.
There's an object key called SOLMANDOC and we should raise an event (something like SIGNATURE_PROCESS_START) to send an email notification to the approvers. Can somebody confirm whether my understanding is right ? Does anybody know the name of the BADI that we can modify to achieve our goal ?
FYI, we're using SolMan Rel 7.01 SP 19.

I created two roles with object c_sign_bpr one with the value "EING" and the other with the value "VERIF"
I assign this status scheme to a document type in my project.
I tried to release a document the first step was the author of the document move the status to "REVIEW" and I got a window that i need to enter my password and it worked ok.
The problem is in the second step that I need to release the document (now is in a REVIEW status) When I press on the icon in order to release I didn't get the option to release only to cancel there is no "V" option in the small window.
Can you please tell me if I did a correct customization? also can you tell me if my problem is maybe missing authorization? Can you direct me to reading material or to an example?

I want to delete the originals of document while changing the status of document based on CAD indicator status. For this I have implemented BADI DOCUMENT_STATUS01 and the method AFTER_CHANGE_STATUS. From this, the BADI is triggering whenever I am changing the document status and I can able to delete the originals. But here my requirement is to check the CAD indicator status to delete those originals. I.e. whenever the document status will change first time the CAD indicator status will also change. Based on that old and new status of CAD indicator I have to do delete operation.
If anybody has an idea about SAP documents please help me

RameshFirst the document is exists in SAP in FR status. But when the CAD system will connect to SAP then the status is changing from ‘FR’ to ‘IN’ after that the CAD Indicator is populating from Blank to ‘X’.
I want to know in which place the CAD indicator value is changing (any user exits available or any BADI s available when changing the CAD indicator) when connected to CAD system. -
Status of Document (Release) not available

"Release Status" is not available in the document which is created/changed using CV01N/CV02N transactions.

If you have a predecessor status for 'Released' status, then this status will appear only if you reach the predecessor status in the DIR.
If you are using standard 'DRW' document type, then PR-Checked & AR-Archived are the predecessor statuses for 'Released'.
Check the status graphics on the top right of the second screenshot for details on the status flow.

Signature status for just submitting signature and yet to validate the email
Hi,
I need to get a specific signature status for just submitting signature and yet to validate the email. I need to restrict the user to submit my web form with out signing in the widget. So here, while submitting the form, Im fetching the signature status via ajax though API and based on the status the web form is restricted to submit.
But using API, I could only able to get the complete signature status(submitting signature and validating email). Is it possible to get the status of only submission and yet to validate email ?

IDOC status 52 - Document not fully posted
Hi all,
On transferring HR data from R/3 to CRM shows two IDOCs, one which is posted- status 53, and the other with status 52 - document not fully posted. IDOC details show that central person for employee and relationships could not be created. The org. structure is replicated but employees are not.
Now there seems to be a reason behind this, this is the second time I am having problems with IDOCs during HR/CRM integration I have had the same problem when earlier a system client copy was taken and faced the IDOC transfer problem in the copied client. In fresh installations the integration works fine. Are there any system buffers to be refreshed or anything else on the technical side or am I missing settings on the CRM side ?
Please help ASAP.

For an employee(18730) 1st idoc has been generated on 03.06.2013 from ECC to CRM with these infotypes data (0,1,105) but idoc status is 52, and again changed on 04.06.2013 infotype (2) and idoc hase been generated but status is 52 in CRM and same again changed on 06.06.2013 infotype (6) and idoc hase been generated but status is 52 in CRM. But still Business partner has not been created in CRM.
We are facing for few employees related this issue.
I have been checked SLG1 and WE02 in both ECC & CRM, Please find the attached screen shots for your kind reference.
Please let me know is any other process to solve my issue.
