In a mixed client environment, mostly Outlook 2010 & 2013 clients. Only Outlook 2013 clients (about only 4 mailboxes) are receiving this error immediately after sending an email. My temp band-aid at the
moment is to: from the client, go into the "address book" & select a different address book like "Contacts" & then select the address again & select the Global Address List, which is the default. (it will have the users email
+ at the beginning of the field, it reads, Global Address List - (email of the user), then I close Outlook & open it back up, & the problem is solved. But on some mailboxes, not all, the issue comes back. From my research, I know that our individual
mailboxes do not send out over 500 emails in one day. Most users will send out maybe 20 or 30 in one day, so I don't think it's that.
But I'm not sure if this is related, but I have noticed that the log files for the Exchange 2010 seems to only hold logs with date stamps of only a couple of days. It used to hold log files indefinitely until they were archived, deleted, etc. So, this is
a new, unusual issue I have seen as well.
We have 2 .edb's, one active: 78 GB's and one disabled at 7 GB's. Exchange 2010 is running on Windows Server 2008 r2, Enterprise Ed. We have had Exchange 2010 running now for about almost 2 years now and this is the first time this particular issue has come
    up.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
You can refer to the following steps to rebuild an Offline Address Book.
    1. Open EMS. Update OAB using the Update-OfflineAddressbook "offline address book" cmdlet. Restart Background Intelligent Transfer Service on the Mailbox server.
    2. Initiate OAB replication from mail box server to CAS server. Execute for each CAS server using the Update-FileDistributionService "CASServerName" cmdlet.
    3. Start Outlook and download OAB.
What's more, here is an article for your reference.

  • How can I leave a group in iMessage. I delete the group, but whenever a member sends a message, I get all the messages again

How can I leave a group in iMessage?
I delete the group in iMessage because I don't want to receive any more messages.
Nevertheless, whenever a member sends a message, I get all the messages again. I have only deleted the previos messages.
In the users manual, they only tell how how to create a group, but not how to leave it.
    Thank you.

    Sorry you can't.

All three of these users are in her address book, and are all in her office residing on the same Office 365 domain account.
I have tried the troubleshooting methods outlined in this article, but they did not resolve the issue: http://theitbros.com/office-365-this-message-could-not-be-sent-try-sending-the-message-again-later/
    - This entailed manually downloading/updating  the address book via 'Send/Receive --> Download Address Book...'. The second method in that article had me rename/move/delete the Address Book files stored on the local machine, and then allow them to
repopulate when you open Outlook again. This also did not resolve my issue.
    Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

That's the kind of message you will see when trying to send on behalf of/send as another user, when you don't have the necessary permissions added. Or you are using the wrong send method, or using an outdated name cache entry, or the OAB is outdated.

  • I keep getting this message, I decided to delete whatever I can to free up some space. Then I get my few GBs I have left on the startup disk. Then after a day, I get the message again. I check the startup disk size and notice I have "zero kb" left. ??????

Click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac > More Info > Storage
Make sure there's at least 15% free disk space.
Restart your Mac after freeing up disk space then check Stoage again.
Another way to view avialable space:
Control click the MacintoshHD icon on your Desktop then click Get Info.
In the Get Info panel you'll see:  Available & Capacity
Again, make sure there's at least 15% free disk space.

  • I am seeing errors like:Status: 5.4.4 (Illegal host/domain name found). Almost all destinations have no A records, only MX records. The user can usually resend the message and it works.  Any ideas?

I do have MX in tcp_local in imta.cnf

The problem is not in the mail software, the problem is in your DNS system. 554 is a permenant failure which means that the MTA got an authoritative response from DNS reporting that the host/domain did not exist.
When the user tries again, the MTA queries again, and this time DNS responds with a positive response.
First see the NMS tuning guide and enable nscd, it might be related, not sure, can't hurt, will improve performance.
Your DNS server should be waiting until it gets a positive/negative response from the root servers. Sounds like that is not happening, maybe a timeout kicking in and causing it to return a authoritative answer (which is incorrect) and then on a subsequent query the response made it and thus the lookup works.

  • I'm able to open my roadrunner mail @ internet explorer, but this browser keeps showing, session expired log in and I get the message again

I have roadrunner e-mail as a tab on my homepage. At one time I was asked, do you want to save user name and password, I responded yes. Every time I wanted to access my e-mail Your session has expired. Please log in again would come up and I would follow the instructions and could access my e-mail. Today I'm unable to access my e-mail here, but can open it at internet explorer. I even tried my wife's e-mail, which her info isn't saved and it goes back to my log in screen.

  • Resend XI Message RWD Status as System Error

    Hi All,
The Message failed is due to FTP connection,  In SXMB_Moni the status of the message was succesfully processed. Where as when i check in Runtime Workbench, the status shows as "System Error" and Adapter Engine Status says the same as connection failed.
When i tried to send the message from SXMB_MONI, it gives error message as " You cannot restart XML message DE43EEDA9B73E7F19797001F29E544F6 with this status/type"
I tried from RWD by selecting the message & click on Resend again the same sort of error message
Please let me know how to reprocess/resend the message, as the message was not send to the FTP.

  • Resending the Succesful messages in XI

    Hi,
We have a scenario where we have to resend a few successful messgaes
again from XI, I tried resending it from both SXMB_MONI and Runtime
Work Bench but is resulted with the error. When I tried to resend one
from the RWB I get the error as 'Unable to schedule 1 of 1 messages for
    processing; update the status'.
I would appreciate if anybody could mentor me in resending the messages
    with Success flag.
    Thanks,
    Suresh

    Hi,
Unfortunately, you cannot resend a successful message within the monitoring tool.
The QualityOfService of XI does not allow it.
This is to prevent such things as:  post a payment twice when only 1 is authorized, issue the same purchase order twice when only 1 is requested, give oneself a pay increase or payroll check multiple times
You will have to resend the message from the originating system.

    Bill

  • Resending of Messages to One Target Adapter / Application

    Hi,
Have any of you ever attempted this?
Given that you have successfully created, and published a message to your outbound adapter, and the Oracle Integration guarentees delivery of the message to the target system(s), I would like the ability to "Resend" (re-publish) the message to a specific target system in the event that that target system goes belly-up and we need to re-synch data.
Because our original outbound messages are CBR'ed to more than one system, I need to have the ability (when I resend the message) to target that message to only one of these systems.
My outbound adapter is the Oracle DB Adapter.
Any suggestions on how I can do this?
    Cheers
    Yan

    Hi Ian,
Resending was initially one of the prerequisites of the product. But the way we configured it in IC 9.0.2 didn't work as expected. We used a setup called messagewarehouse; copy all published messages to an Andvanced Queue.
The problem is that republishing the message uses the original CBR-options. And most of the republish events are used for a specific subscriber.
    This method is now stopped
A new option that we will test after our migration to 10g is to setup a retentention per queue. Every Queue should be able to hold messages for a given time. It probably will affect performance.
We need to investigate this too. Hopefully others can give us comments about this option.
    regards,
    Ton

  • SCOT issue - resending errored messages

Our SAP 4.6 system crashed and, after it was brought back up, one of my colleagues attempted to resend mail messages that had errored out ("Cannot transfer message to node EMAIL due to RFC error").  He resent them and all are sitting in a wait status with status text "Put in the queue again by".  Subsequent mail messages have been sent successfully but these continue to sit in a wait status.
I've checked SCOT and see them in a wait status.
How can I resend these messages?
    Thank you for your assistance.

    Overview of send orders
Put in your selection criteria and execute to get a list of transmissions
Select the transmissions that you want to resend
Select the u2018Repeat sendu2019 icon from the toolbar or alternatively from the menu u2018Send Processu2019 then select Repeat sendu2019
But first I would check that the RFC connection is ok
Select the relevant node, eg INT and select your object like NOTES
You can double click to view the general node data
Alternatively from the menu select u201CNodesu2019 then u2018Displayu2019
Double click on the RFC Destination.  This will take you to RFC destination (SM59) and you can test the connection
