Where i will get the table of Cancelled Invoice (Billing) and field of ?

Hi Yusuf,
Go to SE16N t-code, input VBRK table and give the billing type say S1 in field FKART.
You can also input values for specific sales organization or distribution channel.
Select posting status field = RFBSK - values like A,B,C,D,  -
K.
Execute it.
You will get the list of cancelled billing documents in VBELN field.

    If XVBRP-WERKS = J_1IWRKCUS - J_1IWERKS Pass the XVBUK - VBELN to J_1IEXCHDR u2013 RDOC, If STATUS = R the document should not allow saving (Error message: Excise invoice to be cancelled first), else allow saving.

    I want to control the cancelation of billing doccument. Condition is that with out cancellation of excise invoice there should not be any cancellation of billing document and delivery document.

    You can try with Routines
    Create a routine (can take the routines no 5 / 6 as reference to create the new routine and mention not to cancel the billing doc if it is referenced to create any excise invoice) and assign the same in the required billing type definition.

  • When canceling the billing document it carries the invoice referance as "V"

    When we cancel the billing document using VF11 it carries the invoice reference as "V". we need to change this and we need to take the original invoice document number as the invoice reference. Pls advice how to do this.

    Check with your SD Consultant. This can probably be achieved through Copy Controls routine for the cancellation document type in SD. You will have to adjust your copy control routine accordingly.

    Hi Guys i have a problem regarding duplication of invoice.
    Lets undestand by following Example:
    Invoive F2 Generated
    Accounting Document (Not Cleared)
    Then
    Cancellation Invoice Genrated ......( But With Future Date)
    Accounting Doc ( Not Cleared)
    New F2
    Invoice Generated with date before the invoice date of cancellation doc(as that was scheduled in future)
    Accounting doc (not Cleared)
    My issue is the system is allowing to created two invoices for the time being which is wrong.
    System should not allow any New F2 doc till the coresponding accouting doc of cancellation is cleared.
    Can we check this..Any suggessions????

  • Cancel Invoice on past Billing date

    Hello All,
    Is it possible that sytem should not allow billing date of cancel invoice before the date of actual billing document generated.
    e.g I have created a billing document on 01.12.2009. If I try to cancel invoice for billing date  25.11.2009  system should not allow me.Currently it is happeing as system generate cancel invoice document for previous dates.
    Is There any standard way to block or any other solution possible?

    created sales order,delivery and invoice and i have canceled the invoice. The document flow is like
    Sales order - completed
    Delivery- Being processed
    invoice- completed
    accounting document-not cleared.
    cancel invoice(s1)-completed.
    accounting document-not cleared.
    but my client needs all cancel invoices should be cleared automatically, he dont want to do manually. how to configure this,
    please help me urgent.

    I resolved this issue my self,because special general ledger assigned for this co code, so not cleared auto matically.

  • Acctg document not created for cancellation invoice

    Hi all,
    We have a vehicle sales order created with payment card. The SO contains one item for vehicle and one item for parts. The items were delivered and invoiced separately. Hence, SO has one vehicle sales invoice (VSI) and one parts sales invoice (PSI).
    The standard procedure was to post VSI first before the PSI. Accounting documents have been created when both invoices were posted. However, there was a need to cancel the PSI. When this was done, cancellation invoice was created but there was no accounting document posted for the cancellation.
    I tried simulating the scenario in our test server and cancelled VSI 90000081 first before cancelling PSI 90000082 to test if this can be an alternative solution. Cancellation for VSI was posted successfully but error persists for PSI cancellation.

    sorry - my first answer was in mistake - Status K means:
    "The transaction is processed using payment cards. The order, however, does not contain valid authorization.
    This problem occurs in billing documents for follow-up deliveries."
    Could you check this ? Last way would be to set a breakpoint into the FM 'RV_ACCOUNTING_DOCUMENT_CREATE'
    and trigger this via VF02 -> Release to accounting.

  • Accounting Document not posted for Cancelled Invoice -error in FI interface

    Hi,
    When I create a billing document then an accounting document gets created automatically in the background and then when I cancel the billing document no accounting document gets generated and the field Posting Status in header Detail of Billing document updated as "Errors in Financials Interface.
    I tried to release it for Posting via VFX3 but failed due to below error message in Log:
    "Incorrect doc.no.: 4900000005. Select document number between 3000000000 and 3099999999"
    I have checked the Number range assignments to the Invoice type and Accounting type.
    The number range is same for both Invoice type (Y0F2) and Cancelled Invoice type (Y0S1).
    The Accounting document type (RV) is also same for both the cases. But it is working fine for Y0F2 (Acounting document generated and cleared automatically). But not working fine for Cancelled Invoice (Y0S1).
    Can anybody please help me find out a solution to the issue.

    The error message F5151 refers to the number range of the FI document.
    Please have a look at the note 1259505: FAQ: New cancellation procedure in SD, which covers this issue in detail.
    Question 5:
    Q5. What is the FI document type, generated by the cancellation ?
    In the old cancellation procedure, the FI document type is always
    determined in SD, and passed to FI (the same when a normal invoice  -
    not a cancellation -  is transferred to accounting).
    In transaction VOFA there is the field 'Document type' (TVFK-BLART).
    If this field is filled, then the FI document will have the document
    type maintained here.
    If TVFK-BLART is empty, then the FI document will get the default
    document type 'RV'.
    If the new cancellation procedure is performed, the FI document type is
    always determined in FI, based on the document type of the FI document
    to be reversed.
    In transaction OBA7 the FI document type has assigned the field 'Reverse
    document type' (T003-STBLA).
    If it is filled, then the FI cancellation document will get the document
    type maintained here.
    If T003-STBLA is empty, then the FI document cancellation will get the
    same document type as the cancelled FI document.
    Notice that an unexpected FI document type can cause the error message
    F5 151.
    Example:
    F2 invoice 90000001 was released, creating an accounting document with
    document type 'RV'.
    This F2 invoice is reversed by the S1 billing document 70000001.
    In customizing of SD there is:
    Billing Type    Document Type
    F2              RV
    S1
    In customizing of FI there is:
    Document Type    Number range   Reverse Document Type
    RV               00             AB
    AB               01             AB
    The FI number ranges (object RF_BELEG) are:
    No  From number    To number   Ext
    00  0090000000     0099999999  X
    01  0100000000     0199999999
    Different situations can occur, due to these customizing settings of the
    FI document type, caused by the type of cancellation.
    If the new cancellation is used:
    The FI document type 'RV' has 'Reverse Document Type' = 'AB'.
    Document type 'AB' has number range '01' set as internal.
    So the FI document will have its own number included in
    100000000-199999999.
    There is no issue.
    If the old cancellation is used:
    The cancellation billing type S1 has no 'Document type' maintained, so
    the FI document will get document type 'RV'. It has number range '00',
    set as external number range.
    So the FI document should get the same number of S1 billing document.
    But the S1 billing document has number 70000001, not included in the
    interval of number range '01'.
    This will cause error F5 151.

    I am not aware of any T-code through which you can see the cancelled invoice. I think either you have to go for development (SQVI)
    or
    Extract the list of your all billing document like billing document created from 01.01.2010 to 22.04.2010
    Now go to SE16 --> Table VBFA --> Give your billing document number in field "Preceding Doc." --> and in the field "Subs.doc.categ." --> choose entry "N     Invoice cancellation" --> system will show you all the entries for which cancellation billing document has been created.
    or
    Go to SE16 --> Table VBRK --> enter your billing document list --> In the field "Posting status" --> Choose  option "E      Billing Document Canceled"

  • Unable to post the cancellation invoice into accounting doc

    Hi Gurus,
    I have posted it in SD forums due to no response there, I am posting it again here.
    In STO scenario, the intercompany billing document has been created with the freight value as 500 USD, then with reference to this invoice the cancellation invoice has created,but in cancellation invoice the system has considered the  freight value wrongly as 1500 usd instead of 500 USD and it is not posting the accounting document due to excess of 1000 USD.but we want to clear this cancellation invoice by posting into accounting.Is there any way to rectify this error.

    I would suggest to check in transaction QVM2. If inspection lot exists with quantities lying in quality inspection, it will display the same. Select that lot and go to UD, and post inspection tab. Carry out stock posting.
    As I read the system status of inspection lot given by you, I think this may not be lot which you are looking for. It must contain either SPST or SPRQ.
    If you donu2019t find anything in QVM2, try to do 321 movement through MB1B.

  • Accounting not cleared for cancellation invoice

    I had cancelled a Invoice whose accounting was cleared but no accounting document is generated for the cancellation invoice.
    I tried resetting the accounting document of the original invoice but that also dint work.
    Right now the status is the Cancellation document is in open status.
    Kindly help in generating accounting for cancelled invoice.

    As accounting document is not generated after cancelling the invoice,so check the revenue account determination configuration.Check wheather cancel billing document type has been assigned to the account determination procedure.

  • Issue with cancelled invoice

    Hi all,
    We got an issue with cancelled invoices.
    The user cancelled an invoice and in leiu of that created one more invoice against that.
    When we extracted the deltas to BI, the cancelled invoice is appearing as cancelled Item wise but not the entire document is cancelled.
    Please suggest what can be the issue and how to rectify this.

    Please check in the delivery document in VBUK and VBUP tables. Also check in the delivery document as  the status showing 'C' should be  Fully Picked and not fully invoiced.Also check the copy controls VTFL.Can you let us know what is the billing document type that has been used for cancelling  billing document. Check in the F2 billing document type weather cancellation billing document type has been assigned or not.

    You have to go for enhancement.
    if the status of the billing document is reffered for excise invoice.the system should not allow you to cancel that billing.so in this case first u should cancel the excise invoice and than you can cancel the billing document.
    if the status of the billing is not reffered,the system will allow you to cancel the billing document.

  • Cancel invoice problem

    Hi experts,
    I have the following case:
    - create sales order (contains 3 line item) --> status completed
    - create delivery (3 line item) --> status being process
    - goods issue for delivery (3 line item) --> status complete
    - create billing document (3 line item) --> status completed
    - accounting doc --> status cleared
    Then I need to cancel the billing, by creating Invoice Cancel.
    - cancel invoice (S1) --> status completed
    - accounting doc --> status cleared
    Somehow, the cancel invoice contains only 1 line item (I think it should be 3 line item).
    But the accounting document contains all the item as in the original billing doc.
    It means, the accounting doc for cancel meets the accounting doc for billing.
    I want to continue to cancel the delivery through VL09, but it is not possible:
    "No data available for these selection criteria
    Message no. VB 610"
