Status of Document (Release) not available

Hello all,
"Release Status" is not available in the document which is created/changed using CV01N/CV02N transactions.
I have the below customising settings for the document type.
What am I doing wrong? Please suggest.

Hi Ravi,
If you have a predecessor status for 'Released' status, then this status will appear only if you reach the predecessor status in the DIR.
If you are using standard 'DRW' document type, then PR-Checked & AR-Archived are the predecessor statuses for 'Released'.
Check the status graphics on the top right of the second screenshot for details on the status flow.

Document number not available in BSAD Table even after clearing

Dear Experts,
with the FM posting_interface_start, posting_interface_clearing, posting_interface_end iam able to post the document with clearing using Tcode f-30/fb05 and can see the document number getting generated and when i see the BSAD table with the same generated document number it say no table entires for that document number BUT is still available in BSID table even after getting cleared. Can any body explain me why the document is not getting moved from BSID Table to BSAD Table.
Your inputs will be highly appreciated.

Hi experts,
when iam clearing the open item with posting_interface_clearing getting the message like :" Documnet number xxxxx posted in company code xxxx". when i checked that particular document in table bsad it says no table entries for that particular document. iam confused whether my document got cleared or not.

IDOC is Getting Fail with - 56 Status EDI Partner profile not available

I am trying to Post invoice Data into IDOC on ECC Side.
My Scenario is File u2013 XI u2013 ECC(IDOC).
But It is Getting Fail with 56 Status u201C EDI: Partner profile not available u201C
On Control record I am getting this

Added message type in inbound side of partner Profile (INVOIC-INVOIC02)
ON SAP PI/ XI System MY SID is DPI
IDX 1 has Port name SAPDEC
On Message mapping EDI_DC40 is mapping with constants with below given value

Check the following :
in We 02 which partner number is displayed just in the posted IDOC -> 2nd coloum in the IDOC list .and verify if the
same you have in Partner profile. Actually this details comes from ECC business system's logical system name which you give in SLD.
in we 19 - take the error iDOC numner and open the IDOC ->click on the first line -> check entries as you mentioned
above sender port should be PI port not empty.you need to check the partner profiles properly
follow these steps
1. create a RFC destination of tyoe H for Pi system- 2. create a Port and assigen the RFC destination to it
3 create logical system for PI BD54 PICLNT001 say , 4 with the same name create a partner profile in We20
    in parter profile maintain the inbbound message parameters and add the PI port as receiver port in it .Give the basic type also .
now
for sender details in ur case PI : u have port (defined in PI IDX1),patner number (LS defined in ECC PICLNT001), parter type LS.
for receiver you have port defined (as above), partner number the logical system for ECC system.
in we 19 ,, edit the control record as above and go to the tab inbound processing and test the internal posting
it should work fine. in the adapte specific attribuet for receiver ECC system , maitain the same LS name , if any wrong entry is
there then change the LS in sld to poing to correct LS/

Why is the "Sign Document" option not available in Reader 9.1?

When I open a PDF in Reader 9.1 the "Sign Document" option is grayed out (unavailable) Is this option dependent on which version of Adobe Acrobat was used to create the PDF? As a test, I created a PDF in Acrobat Standard 8.1. I can sign the that PDF in Acrobat Standard 8.1 but I cannot sign the same PDF in Adobe Reader 9.1.

I have adobe reader 9.1 and want to sign some documents. The sign option isn't available and I don't have Acrobat professional. Does that mean I can't use the free digital signature add-on?

Sanitze document option not available - grayed out.

This is not a protected document (that I can tell). Any reason the Sanitize document option would be grayed out within a document? Many thanks!

When I connect my iPad mini to my iMac it recognizes the iPad but my Garage Band documents are not available for transfer. How can I fix this?

I'm having trouble transfering my garage band documents from my iPad mini to my iMac. iTunes recognizes the device, but when I select the app to add or save files to... nothing appears there, as if I had not recorded anything on my iPad. Can anyone help me?

to make your files to appear in the apps section of iTunes you have to take some steps.
- go to Garageband on your iPad
- tap My Songs to go to the list of your songs (if your are not already there )
- tap Select
- select one song
- tap the share button (top left)
- tap itunes
- you are then asked to chose a format. There is an explation for each format.
- Choose one
- repeat the last 5 steps with every song you want to transfer.
- when your done tap done
The songs should now appear when you connect the iPad.

Extract document option not available

I'm trying to save one page of a long document.
everything I read online says to open the document, go to thumbnail view and under options click on "extract file"
the only options I have are to print
what am I missing?

I suspect that you might be viewing the PDF in Adobe Reader, rather than Adobe Acrobat. You'll need Acrobat to extract pages from a PDF. If you don't have Acrobat, you're welcome to try it. You can download a free 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.

Order Status says "Page Currently Not Available"

It has been working for me ever since Thursday. It hasn't said anything but We Received Your Order and We Are Processing it or whatever, but at least it came up. Is it down for everyone else?

NW2004 SP21 - Does someone known about any Release Notes available ?

I'm studying the installation of SP21 on a SAP NW2004 Portal.
However as in previous upgrades of SPs, I couldn't find what this SP21 present or enhance of some functionality.
This is important to me, as is the Documentation Guides to the Upgrade Guide.
I think the SP Guide is the same since SP15.
Could anyone be so kind to indicate me where can I find some information about this new SP21 and what is it suppose to fix/benefits the installations already operating ?

Command "Payment Usage" in Archived Accounting Document does not works.

I can't use command "Payment Usage" in FB03 to drilldown from the document to its related invoices if this is the archived payment/clearing document . Is there the other way to find this relationship between the payment/clearing document and invoices? Thank you very much..

when you have archived the document the document is not available in SAP. In that case how you find out the invoice and relate?

Release notes for CC apps?

Are there release notes available for the Creative Cloud programs?
In the days of packaged and even electronic delivery there'd be a printed sheet or a pdf with release notes which might include known issue.
I ask because there are a couple of things which have come up on the forums since the release of CC versions where an Adobe staff member has gone "Yes, we know about that, and a fix is in the works". These are things that it'd be really useful to know before you start struggling to get something to work.

This doesn't feel intuitive to me.

Documents will not submitted

I have submitted some page and numerbs document to the Cloud as i have done before.
Suddenly they beware the cloud Symbol and will not become submitted and available on other devices.
The documents are not available on my mac any more.
At the Cloud there is enough space on.
What is wrong?
And how can i fix this?

The release notes available for download state differences for 9.1.5-10.

I don't think you would be able to get the Release Notes for 9.1.5.12 as it is an interim version.
We don't have release notes for all the interim version.

Document statuses of migrated project not gettign displayed

Hi Gurus,
We migrated the project using 'Solar_Project_Admin'. All documents get populated correctly. But the problem is staus of documents are not getting migrated. Where as the status scemas were traported before project. So, all the status scemas for dcouemnt types are available in migrated server. Even the migrated project shows attached statuse scemas to document type.
Eventhough the status is not getting displayed.
Please guide me if I missed out any step.

Web service not available in F4 help of document template

Hi ,
I have created a web service using tool WS_DESIGN_TOOL. Its active and status is productive. Now when I am creating document template , I am not able to see this web service in F4. Hence not able to create document template with my web service.
I also tried by copying standard web service and then using it but even that web service is not available in F4.
Do we need to any additional steps so that web service appears in F4 help of document template.
