Status of ECC 6.0 enhacement 2

ECC6.0 enhancement was supposed to be released in July 2007. I went to
service.sap.com/swdc->Support Packages and Patches> SAP Application Components->SAP ERP-> SAP ERP ENHANCE PACKAGE and there is nothing there....
has this enhancement 2 been released yet? if yes, where can I downloaded from?

afaik EP2 is still in ramp-up until Dez 2007. Anyway EP1 should be in default release now. Can you download this one?

Replicating Quotation overall status from ECC to CRM

Hi,
we're using quotation management replication scenario A in ECC6 and CRM 5.
when the quotation is referenced to sales order in ECC, the overall status becomes "completed" in ECC. but somehow, the overall status of the quotation in CRM remains "not processed".
is there anyway i can get the overall status in ECC replicated to CRM for Quotation Management?

Hi Susana,
i got reply from SAP mentioning that this is standard behavior. unless i replicate the referencing sales order document from ECC to CRM, then the CRM quotation system status won't be set to completed whenever it is referenced to sales order in ECC. we do not have any business need to have the sales order in CRM, but that's the way it is.

Changing sales order status in ECC and CRM simultaneously

I am creating a sales order in CRM 2007 system, at the same time i am creating a trading contract for the same order in ECC system. My requirement is, when i change the status of order in ECC, it should reflect back in the CRM system. Please give some help in this issue. Is there any BAPI/BADI which can be helpfull to solve this.

User status transfer for sales orders from ECC to CRM

Hi,
We use business process with CRM sales orders that are transfer to ERP.
Users can change user status in the sales orders in ERP.
How we can replicate custom user status from ECC Sales Order to CRM Sales Order?
What is the steps to do this for CRM 7.0?

We are creating quotation ZPQT in CRM which is then get replicated to ECC on saving it on “Accepted” status. In ECC we then create sales order of type ZPOR. Sales order gets replicated in CRM and also updates document flow. This sales order is called as “Project Sales Order”. PS team assigns WBS element to this order and does billing later on. Upon billing document is created sales order status in ECC changes to “Completed”. This is system status. But the issue is status of order ZPOR is CRM remains in status “Inprocess”. We want it to change to “Completed”.
We have similar scenario with order type ZOR. In this order after delivery and billing ECC assigns status “Completed” to sale order and same gets replicated to CRM.
In CRM for user status Completed we have assigned system status as FINI. Both ZPOR and ZOR has same status profile assigned at header and item level.
Our concern is if status is changing back in CRM for ZOR then why not for ZPOR. What is stopping system to do so?

CRM to ECC i object user status updation.

I want to know details of SAP objects involved:viz: BADI's to have SAP CRM Iobject user status updatio , I have successfully replicated the ECC CRM Equipment to CRM I Object and even getting the user status from ECC To CRM..
I am facing difficulty in doing the vice versa action from CRM to ECC.
Please let me know your suggestions and opinoins which I can try executing.

For replicating user status from ECC to CRM we have done the following:
1) Replicated all related BPs and reference products.
2) defined the settings (ex Object family for equip etc ) in SPRO
3) Activated CRM_EQUI_LOAD BADI
For Upload you have to also :
Activate DNL_EQUIPMENT and DNL_EQUI_CONFIG and assign Adapter object DNL_EQUIPMENT to Object family 401.
I hope this would be good enough for Getting your User Status in CRM.
My problem is of updating / replicating user status from CRM to ECC.
Pl see if something can be done for this.

Replication of Material Sales status (with user values) from ECC to CRM

Hi all,
I 'm trying to find out how to replicate the sales statuses of the material master data in ECC (in view "sales", field DChain spec. status, MKVE-VMSTA) to the Material SAles statuses in CRM.
The sales statuses in ECC have been maintained (via menu SPRO/logistics general/master data/basic settings/settings for key fields/DAta relevant to sales and distribution)) : new specific values have been added to the standard ones.
Then, this customizing has been replicated to CRM via the DNL_CUST_PROD3 repliction object ( table TVMS).
I have also created a user status profile with values in CRM with the same values, and assigned with the configurator the status profile to the screen, so the values are selectable in the sales status in CRM (in header).
But, now, how can i replicate the sales statuses of the ECC materials to either :
-the product status (header) in CRM, or
-the sales status (distribution chain specific) in the assignment block of the Distribution-chain specific data ?
Is a specific development needed?
there are some existing notes (623026, 428989, 495764), but not clear about what is possible in terms of replication of statuses

It seems that there is no mapping between ECC and CRM sales area.
If u want to download customer from ECC for that u have to mention the customer sales area in to the filter and then u have to start down load from ECC.

EWM and ECC delivery status

Dear, all, During implementation of SAP EWM, we face with process which required interaction integration of statuses with ERP Sales order and Outbound delivery, but in standard EWM scenario this integration possible only via goods issue and EWM outbound delivery or with IDOC in outbound transports, but we don’t use outbound transport and statuses we need before goods issue, any experiences in such processes?
Scenario:
1. Manager create Sales Order and delivery in ECC
2. Warehouse pick and pack goods, in real time we need transfer statuses to ECC from EWM by each position.
3. Based on statuses manager correct Sales order and issue Invoice for customer, or replace missing position by creating new delivery in ECC for the same Sales order;

This can be achieved by status management of SAP EWM PPF action. check on delivery type , check FM for status management., check save replica FM, apply logic to update ECC for any change of del line item and header for your new status.
and denials to short close can be done from EWM. and then you can cerate new del as proper obd is updated with actuals

User Status replication to ECC

Dear Frnds ,
   I am Facing a Problem in updating the User status from ECC to CRM and CRM to ECC ( Delta Load) . When we are creating the order in CRM, this order is replicated to ECC and initial user status has updated in ECC.
   When ever user status is updated in ECC or CRM, the changes are not updated.
Where as when we checked the bdocs, this status is appearing in BDOC, where as same is not updated in Order.
   Kindly let us know, is there any specific settings or developmenets need to be done to replicate the user status in order from ECC <-> CRM.

User status dont get replicated automatically.
You'll need to implement a BADI CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI and method CRM_DATAEXCH_R3D_MBDOC_FILL for R3 to CRM.
For CRM to R3 CRM_DATAEXCH_AFTER_MBDOC_FILL.

System Status Vs User Status updates from ECC to CRM

Hi Frnds,
    Am facing a problem in Status Management , We have ECC as Backend , When ever we save the order in CRM it is Relicated to ECC thrgh CRM Middleware.
   (I) I have created User Status 'Z' Status Profile in CRM and Assigned that Profile to Status Triggering Business Transaction and to the Transaction Type.
          I have assigned this Status to INProcess and Released , with my 'Z' Status.
I have Maintained the Same User Status Profile in ECC also.
My questions are
1) How can i Maintain the System Status with User Status in ECC (For example in CRM we maintain thrgh Business Transaction ,last field in Status Profile.) ?
2)When ever i change the status in ECC that Status as to be update in the CRM?
        But here Order in CRM is not updated , For example , if i change the status to "COMPLETED" in ECC ,the Status "COMPLETED" is not triggered in CRM.
        Here i need write a BadI or is there any Config settings that i need to Mainatain ??? or anything different approach ??

Hello Charitha,
In txnn:R3AC4 of CRM , check INACTIVE flag for object MATERIAL (and any other objects whose data is not required in CRM)
for your RFC destination (ECC).
This would prevent any automatic data flow for this object from R/3 to CRM.

LSMW for changing user status on work order(IW32)

Hi All,
I have created a LSMW for changing user status on work order using transaction IW32. It does not change the status when i run the LSMW. In the recording for the LSMW, i select the radio button on the user status i want to select.
When i run the LSMW in the foreground, it does everything except select the correct status.
Is there a way to fix this or is it a problem with LSMW. I'm using ECC6

Estorno de NF-e no GRC com Status 38 - Lote: Web Service não acessível

Oi pessoal,
Preciso de um help para estornar uma NF-e.
Criamos uma nova empresa no SAP e na emissão da primeira nf-e esqueceram de alterar as configurações da spro que informa que a nfe é Produção e não Homologação.
Resultado, a nfe foi enviado para o GRC produção como sendo Homologação e então ocorreu o erro de envio do lote por não haver conexão com o ambiente de Homologação da SEFAZ.
Com esta situação o ECC não é atualizado pois não ocorreu um erro de validação, apenas de comunicação. O problema já foi resolvido para o envio das próximas nfe´s mas fiquei com esta bucha para resolver.
Podem me dar um help? Como faço para forçar um erro no GRC que me possibilite estornar no ECC.
Sei que posso alterar os status da NF-e no ECC (J_1BNFE_ACTIVE e J_NFEDOC), mas se eu fize isso não consigo atualizar o GRC e vou ficar com esta perna pendente.

Fernando, fiz a confirmação de inutilização na SEFAZ e realmente a nfe não consta como inutilizada.
O status ECC após a alteração: statdoc = 2 / statcode=215
O status do GRC é = cancelado/inutiliz.
O problema é que na tentativa de solicitação de cancelamento, ocorreu erro (número "docnum" existente).
Como no GRC já estava OK, fizeram o restante do estorno na J_NFEDOC e J_1NFE_ACTIVE para terminar o processo no ECC, movimentando material para estoque, etc...
Então o atual status do ECC é: statdoc= 1 / stat.comunic. = 4 / stat.mensg.= B / estorno = X / Cód.status = 102
O problema é que só depois disso é que lembramos da informação à SEFAZ que o GRC faz automaticamente. Mas que devido aos ajustes manuais não ocorreu.
Diante desta situação, tem alguma forma de forçarmos esta comunição para a SEFAZ?

NF-e sem linha de material não é cancelada/não atualiza status no ERP

Bom dia!
Estou com o seguinte cenário.
O usuário criou uma NF-e manualmente via J1B1N e enviou para SEFAZ. Posteriormente o mesmo solicitou o cancelamento e a NF-e foi cancelada na SEFAZ e no GRC; porém não foi possível atualizar o status no ECC.
Detalhe, consultando a NF-e no ERP a mesma não contém nenhuma linha de material! Diferentemente do documento no GRC! Ou seja, o item da nota no ERP sumiu!
Obviamente que perguntamos aos usuários como fizeram essa façanha... e a reposta não poderia ser diferente... não fizeram nada além do normal! :-p
Verificando a função J_1B_NFE_CANCEL disparada ao solicitar uma inutilização/cancelamento a mesma contém o código abaixo onde o sistema verifica se a NF-e contém registro na J_1BNFLIN e se não, retorna erro.

Esta seria a "melhor ideia" que imagino ter linhas de itens enviadas ao GRC que não estão no ERP. Veja os campos CALLRFC nas linhas da ACTIVE e HISTORY se tem o valor 3 (numerado e transmitido pelo job).
Outras duas opções para investigação:
- BAdI com "boa memória", verifique se a codificação permitiria pegar itens de outro docnum e enviar como sendo desta.
- Deleção dos registros
No mais um chamado para investigação, mas sem o "como reproduzir" nem sei ajudaria.

Upgrade Memory on 2009 4 core Mac Pro - Max? Non-ECC?

I've been doing research on what I can do to upgrade my RAM on my Mac Pro and I think I did something I wasn't supposed to do a while back.
During my last upgrade adventure, I apparently purchased and installed a 2GB stick of Non-ECC (PC3-8500 1066MHz) RAM to fill the one empty slot. The computer shipped with 3 bars of 1GB ECC memory.
Now, as I scan the web for info on what kind of memory I can get away with, everything I'm seeing says that you should not mix ECC and Non-ECC. But I've been running both for about a year now.
So my questions:
1. Should/can I use Non-ECC Memory?
2. If so, should I not be mixing?
3. What is the Max amount of memory my Mac Pro can handle? I'm seeing some info that says 4x2GB, and I'm seeing other info that says 4x4GB. Which is correct?

When you get a lot of memory in a computer, it is more likely so suffer an occasional memory error. This can cause serious problems that can lie hidden for months. It can take a very long time to isolate the problem and find the bad component and remove it, and the damage may have propagated throughout the files on your Hard drive.
Use System Profiler \[About this Mac > More Info] and click the "Memory" category. You will see an indication of whether each DIMM is ECC, and also a main status of "ECC ON" or "ECC OFF".
You are very lucky to own a Mac that has additional Hardware to support Error Correcting Code ECC Memory. IF ECC is active, you get enormous peace-of-mind. Any single-bit errors will be corrected, and double bit errors will stop your Mac immediately -- long before the problem can contaminate anything else.
I suggest you use only ECC memories, and make certain ECC is always ON.
Apple does not currently sell 4GB DIMMs, but others do, as noted above. Most sellers of 4GB DIMMs also warn you that you cannot mix 4GB DIMMs with 1GB or 2GB DIMMs.

Issue in Delivery document Status update

Hi ,
We are facing serious issue in delivery document delta extraction via Delivery item Datasource (2LIS_12_VCITM). This leads to incorrect Pending logistic figures in stock and dispatch report. Details for the issue are as follows.
Datasource used : 2LIS_12_VCITM
Issue Description :
The goods movement status flag (WBSTA) field from the ECC table VBUP is not correctly extracted by the standard deliveries item datasource (2LIS_12_VCITM) during delta loads.
Steps taken to rectify the issue
-     We have removed the commit work statement and applied in parallel update task in ECC. Include : ZSD_INCL_DEL_SAVE_FINS
-     Setup tables for Delivery were filled in ECC.
-     Historic data was deleted from the Delivery cube in BW
-     Data was pulled into PSA (Info package u2013 Full Update) from where it was loaded to DSO in overwrite mode (Historic data was not deleted from DSO)
-     Data from DSO to delivery cube was loaded with DTP setting as Full Update.
-     After complete data was updated in Cube the DTP setting were changed to Delta.
-     Delta info package was scheduled for the capturing the document changes from next load.
-     Goods Movement status for all the documents created till this point was exactly similar to the status in ECC.
-     The goods movement status flag (WBSTA) field from the ECC table VBUP is not correctly extracted by the standard deliveries item datasource (2LIS_12_VCITM) during delta loads.
Example              :
                                Delivery document no: 2131260470 is pulled with goods movement status u201CAu201D in firstly load (here BW Delivery status matches
                                    With ECC )
                               Before next delta load status in ECC (WBSTA) changes to u201CCu201D (PGI Complete) along with updated u201CGoods Issue Dateu201D
                               Extractor fails to capture the change in document ,thus status in BW remains as u201CAu201D with no date updated in u201CGoods Issue Dateu201D
                                   field.
Steps for Reconstruction :
1)     Check the value of Goods movement status and actual goods issue date fields in the PSA for the datasource
2LIS_12_VCITM in BW for the sample delivery mentioned in the attached file
2)     Compare these values with the ones in the ECC table VBUP.
