Status of Exchange Functionality?

Subject, says it all; what is the status of the iphone's Exchange stagefright? The number of users reporting its refusal to contact & sync with Exchange clearly shows that Activesync integration is broken in some way. The Apple resources on resolving connection issues are laughable (ie: the "Enterprise" sales page being posted as a resource, "try domain or no domain", etc) and seem less intuitive than many of the posters suggestions here. Has anyone at the least gotten an acknowledgment of the issue from support, or just the usual "this is the first we've heard of it, keep beta testing our product" response?
I'm not about to allow several of my users to switch to the iphone if this is the experience in store for them (and me, when the endless hard resets and restores are necessary).

can very much
check your partner profiles PROPERLY. If u have the same IDoc type in 2 different partner profiles, check the 2nd one for it's process code. Isn't it the one, which is called after your Idoc is received? Processing code in partner profile is not based only on Idoc Type, but also on Message Type, Message Code and Extension. If the 2nd profile contains the process code, which is called, then check your incoming idoc for header values. May be this is causing your problem.

Filtering My Open Task in SAP CRM based on Status, Transaction & Partner Function

Hello
Whenever i create a Task in SAP CRM, it displays that transaction in the My Open Task of all Business Partners involved in that Transaction.
I want to restrict the My Open Tasks based on Transaction Type, Status and Partner Function.
1) The system should work as it is for all other Tasks but for my Custom Transaction Type the logic should be based on status of the Transaction
2) When My Open Task component is prepared the system should consider the Status and Partner Function as well i.e. if the status is Approval of Manager, the system should show the Open Task only to the Manager and not other parties.
3) if the status of the Transaction is Open, the system should only display this Transaction / Task only to Employee Responsible and not to Manager and other people involved in their My Open Tasks.

I have implemented the method DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT as per the post but it does not do anything. When i redefine the method GET_QUERY_RESULT and remove everything,it does not prepare any list.
If possible please specify which method needs to be redefined in the component/view CRMCMP_GS_WC/TodaysTasks & if possible please share the code that needs to be maintained in that method.

Method DO_INIT_CONTEXT should be redefined
This should be redifined to get the collections with your required filter criteria.
* get the collection of entities for the tasks
lr_col = get_query_result( gc_status-open ).
If this does not help, Delete the collections which are not required after above selection but before this code.
me->typed_context->resultnew->collection_wrapper->set_collection( lr_col ).

Batch status updating using function module BAPI_BATCH_SAVE_REPLICA

Hi,
I want to change batch status after creating the outbound delivery through inbound idoc, i was able to create delivery , but after creation, i should update the batch status using function module BAPI_BATCH_SAVE_REPLICA, but i was unable to execute this function module correctly,
Can any one provide details like what are minimum things that are required to update the batch status using this function module.
In my system batches are defined at plant level.
Please let me know the solution if any one knows this.

Upload / download gui-status/dynpro when function group

I'm coding a program where I can download and upload reports and module pools but I tried to do the same with function groups and I found It is different to upload dynpro and gui staus when the objet to generate is a function group.
Could anyone help me a little in order to complete and finish this issue?
Below is shown the routines I coding in order to achive that:
For gui-status uploading I use:

REPORT AND STATUS UPDATES - EXCHANGE

I have installed the Rollup 5 for Exchange 2010. So far so good. The issue is that
in "" Updates Needed "" point, tells me that the machine needs the Rollup 4 and 2 ...
Why can it be?? (I think It should not appear in the report ; NO need more updates )
(The report date is OK )

As I referred in my last post, if you have another Exchange Server that needed rollup 2 or 4, you may see such a status report. So the point is that if it is the only Exchange
Server.
And another reason I could think is the server lose connection with WSUS server since it installed rollup 5. Check the computer report, notice the date of last report.
The status
needed means:
You have approved the update for installation but the client computers have not contacted the WSUS server since you approved it.
The update has already been downloaded and installed, but the client computer has not contacted the WSUS server since the update was installed.

Help needed on Changing the Status of a Functional Location

Hi All,
After I create a functional location, I have a requirement where in I have to change its status. E.g., from CRTE to INAC. Is any there any pre-defined RFC which fulfills this requirement? or Do I have to write any new RFC for changing the status? Please let me know in detail.
Also, please let me know how can I set the Deletion flag for a Functional Location?

Invitee Status and Exchange

I've moved over from Outlook for Mac to using Mac Mail, Calendar and Address Book mainly as Outlook for Mac doesn't work well with iCloud. I use 2 main accounts, Exchange (for work - mandatory) and iCloud for personal email, contacts, calendars etc. iCloud is obviously great. The exchange is pretty good except for one thing which is causing pain. When I send an invite for a meeting to an external address outside the Exchange e.g. [email protected], the invite is delivered, the acceptance comes back in an email but the calendar invite remains with an exclamation mark against its invitee status. As I send a few of these each week, it's difficult to remember who has accepted and who hasn't. Even manually updating it would be something. It means that I need to keep Outlook calendars running just to see the invitee status. I have to send the invites using the Exchange account so others can see my calendar etc and also so the invites come from company.com.
I'm running Mountain Lion as I hoped that would fix it but sadly no.
Any ideas greatly appreciated !

... and my 2nd question is why can't I add a 3rd invitee once i've sent an invite to 2 people ? They don't really expect me to delete it and re-add do they ? There's no button once it's sent.

Function Module for Changing status of a Functional Location.

I am writing a Proxy for changing the Functional Location (T code IL02).
I need to set the Deletion flag for the Functional Location.
Can any body help me with how to do this. As data will be coming from XI and I have to update the Functional location in background with function modules.
I am using 'BAPI_FUNCLOC_CHANGE' for changing other data. But I am not able to set the Deletion flag with this BAPI.

     Check the inbound function module attached to process code in receiving system. Generally in every inbound function module first check is coded for checking message type or for checking funciton module like below.In the receiving system go to WE20 and then select the partner and select inbound message type. in that double click on assigned process code.then you have to double click on displayed FM. In that fm check first few lines. You will find this error message.

There is no rule or std instruction which user status to be assinged to equipment,FL, Notification or order. In std you may get some user status for equipment. notification etc. It doesnt mean that you should use it. User status are define /created base on the business requirement . a user status can be assigned to multiple object type such as equipment, notification ,order etc.
You can refer the std user status profile when you create your own. In order to know the detail of it object type. You can select the status profile >> click on the detail>> click on the object types.

I'm developing an application based on .Net & ABAP (CRM) & i'm getting problems.
Do you know the function to change status, where that function can be called out from program?
This time i've tried 2 functions :
ZISA_STATUS_CHANGE_N_SAVEDOC
CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN_OW'
Those functions works if i run inside program, but if i build another program for calling that program (run those functions), the functions will not be worked.
Is there any somebody help me to find out the functions?

Pf status and function codes

I have a report where in i have to add a new icon with a tick symbol along with the existing execute icon ie f8.I have copied the status of the program into another before adding the new icon and to that i have added the new icon and function code.
i have used set pf-status in the initialisation event.Now when i give the select options and press f8 it enters into the program but sy-ucomm is still empty and does not do the desired functionality.If i click the icon for test run it does not enter the program itself.Can anyone help me out on this.
The status is activated in se41.

When you run the program, the system displays the following basic list with a the page header defined in the program:
You can trigger the AT LINE-SELECTION event by double-clicking a line. The system sets the status TEST and deactivates the function code PICK. The status TEST contains function codes FC1 to FC5. These are assigned to pushbuttons in the application toolbar. The page header of the detail list depends on the status.
Here, double-clicking a line no longer triggers an event. However, there is now an application toolbar containing five user-defined pushbuttons. You can use these to trigger the AT USER-COMMAND event. The CASE statement contains a different reaction for each pushbutton.
For each interactive event, the system decreases the SY-LSIND system field by one, thus canceling out the automatic increase. All detail lists now have the same level as the basic list and thus overwrite it. While the detail list is being created, SY-LSIND still has the value 1.
