Status of PO after GR

Hi all,
we have release procedure - 3 level .All of them are changeblle. After GR my PO stay open althougt the delivery comleted check is there- this means that it is possible to change the quantity and price.......How can we change the status of PO after GR to be closed and quantity and value should not be changeble??
Can sombody help me?

The Delivery complete indicator "Closes" that Purchase Order from any further Goods Receipts, and lets the purchaser know that this Order has been fulfilled.
But because of this fields cannot be greyed out. But once delivery complete indicator is set, if you try to change PO, you wil get warning message as Message no. SE 259 - "Final entry" indicator set. Change this mesage in error in SPRO.

My wish is to be able to see result from the clone in the backup overview in DB6COCKPIT as we do today when networker back up the DB

I have a mid 2009 13'' MBP. I got the battery replaced in Apple store, It then stopped displaying the battery status LED. After some months of use my MBP died. I got it checked in Apple verfied Service centre and was told that logic board was to blame

After I came back to US I took my MBP to Apple store and was told that there is liquid damage in the system. My question is that if there was liquid damage why did my MBP stop displaying the battery status right after the battery was changed secondly why didnt the apple verified Service centre tell me that there was liquid damage afterall I paid them the money for diagnosing the problem.
Is there a process i can followup on this problem

Go to VOV7, select the item category and execute. There maintain "B" against the field "Completion Rule"

Appropriation Request: Status 'In process' after all approvals (IMA11)

Hello,
We are using IMA11 and associated workflow tasks to create and approve a appropriation request. Occasionally, the status of the appropriation request wouldn't change to 'Approved' even after all the approvals. When we look at the corresponding workflow, the status of the task "New status for appropriation requests" would be 'In process'. There would be no error messages shown in the workflow log and there won't be any short dumps.
The same appropriation request, when restarted for the second or third time, would complete without any issues and the status of the appropriation request would change to 'Approved'.
Can someone let me know what could be the reason for occasional failure of the appropriation request workflow?

Here is another issue for the same workflow approval process.
There are 4 approval levels. Identifying the agent and the approval happens in a loop.
Occasionally, the workitem fails with the message 'Work item XXXXXXXX locked by user XXXXXXX (enqueue error)' The workitem is getting locked by the previous approver. Is there any specific reason for this lock or do I need to add a wait step for each loop?
The approver, approves the workitem from his Business Workplace. I checked other threads, but I am not able to figure out a reason. These are all synchronous processes.

Invoice status is "Closed" after posting from Partial Delivery Notes

My add-on posts PARTIAL draft documents to posted delivery notes without reference to a Sales Order up to invoices. I've noticed that after invoice posting, my document (invoice) status was closed while my delivery notes document is open. Should'nt my invoice status still open? in addition to what the others have said, please check your customer master, particularly in the Sales Area Data > Shipping tab. look at the partial deliveries. there may have been settings that tell the system if a delivery has been created with reference to the sales order, the order will be completed even if the quantity is only partially delivered. if the entry in the 'partial delivery per item' field is 'B', then this will explain your situation.
this can also be manually set in the sales order, so you have to take a look at the order as well, at item level.

Packing status becomes complete after using Pick HU

Hi Experts,
We use Pick HU for Outbound to pick products from warehouse to packing work center
but as soon as we use pick hu in warehouse order for Out delivery and confirm the WO to pack center
the status of packing becomes complete
which should be ideally complete after we repack the products in to ship hu
is there any thing i m missing to accomplish this?

I hope this is Correct as its belong to task and not activity.
And if you see activity OB02 then its has to complete at work center. This is about task.
Pack status on del for picking and not for packing activity.

Need to change status of incident after creating CR

I am creating a CR from my incident as folloow up document from CRMD_ORDER tcode. That is working fine .
After creating CR i need to change the status of incindent to 'CR created" .
Means at the time of creating CR i need to change the status of incident .
1 .Please suggest me where to add code related to update incdent ?
2 . Can i use ORDER_SAVE badi or any other BADI existed for that ?

In my CR action profile i am creating a new action called Z_status_change.
In process type- "permitted process type of action " i am selecting as ' METHOD CALL" .
Next i am clicking on "SET PROCESS' .
Here i am getting problem . When i click on help for on METHOD system is showing existing methods .Here Which method i need to select to change the status .so i thought to create a custom method .
So i created a BADI Z_STATUS_CHANGE and in attributes of BADI i have given filter type as PPFDFLTVAL .
I created implementation for this BADI Z_STATUS_CHANGE_IMP and in attributes in method i have given Z_STATUS_CHANGE .
But if i search in method in process type of action defination i could not see the method.
Is the process i am following is right or wrong ?
If i miss any thing to do pl guide me .

Dear all,
We are setting up Diaster recover (DR ) where we are doing the mirror copy of the Source System to Target System.
After mounting all the files in Target DR System, i made the following changes in Target System.
OS: AIX
Dual stack System(ABAP +JAVA)
Instance number used :

Database Used: Oracle
a)renamed the Profiles (/usr/sap/KBP/SYS/profile).
b)Changed the dbenv files (/home/kbpadm) and (/home/orakbp)
c)set right permissions in all files and folders in /usr/sap.
d)Oracle is running and DB is also up
e)Started the profiles using sapcpe
e)After switching user (sidadm), Started the SAP Applications and SAP applications are up.
When i checked the GetProcess list according to instance wise, i am getting below output.

How to change the IO status to CLOSE after it has been settled through ko8g

I have the following scenario : An internal order is assigned to a PO and after setllement of such an order i need to CLOSE the order .
The PO has a GR done (no IR) . Currently Internal Order is in the status : TECO [technically complete] and setlement has ben doneusing Actual Settlemnet Run using KO8G.
Now i need to change the IO status to [ CLOSE ] : it is gving an error in KO02 : Balance is not zero .
How to change the Internal Order status to CLOSE or rather how to make teh balance in that Order toZero?
Is it reqd to process some GR's for teh same PO ?

Menu --> Extras --> Order Balance if balance exist it means that the order has not completely settled.

Make content item's status to expire after crossing expiry date in WLP repo

Can anybody please tell me, how make the status of content to expired after crossing its expiry date(content attribute) programmatically.

Are you using Library Services and the WLP Repository? If so, are you looking to automatically move content Nodes to the Retired status when the expiry date is reached? If the answers to both of these are yes, then you'll need to write some type of job that runs on some frequency and queries for Nodes where the expiration/retired date is reached. Of course, you'll need to have a Property on each content Type that holds the scheduled retirement date. Your job would then need to query where the retirement date has been reached and do a checkout, change status to retired, and then check the Node back in. Note that the retirement would only occur as often as your job ran, so if the retirement is time senstivie (ie. to the minute or second), then you'll also need to filter your content searches that are used in your application to filter out items that have reached the expiration date (ex. Type.ExpirationProperty > now).
If you're not using Library Services, then you would just include the expiration date test (Type.ExpirationProperty > now) in each query/display to ensure that you are not displaying content that has reached maturity.

Document SIgnature Status becomes invalid after resigning

I have a form with two Document Signature.
When i clear and resign one of the Document Signature it status is invalid.
Please suggest me a solution.

I tested the form you posted. Here is what I found, but I am not completely clear on what all your script is supposed to be doing.
Steps
1) I filled in the first "comment line"
2) I signed the first signature field
3) Results: The signature was valid, the document status (see screen shot 1signature_docstatus.gif) reported the signature was valid. The signature staus was valid as displayed in the signature panel (see screen shot 1signature_detail.gif)
4) I added and filled in a second "comment line"
5) I signed the second signature field
6) Results: The first signature was valid, the second signature was valid, and the document status repored that ther were "unsigned changes" since the last signature was applied (see screen shot 2signature_docstatus.gif) The signature statuses were valid with subsequent changes made to the document as displayed in the signature panel (see screen shot 2signature_detail.gif)
Don't confuse the "exclamation" mark icon with "Invalid", it is only a warning to inform you that changes have been made that are not "digitally signed", I suspect your some part of your script is causing this. If you want to have Acrobat\Reader display a green check mark icon, then you cannot make any changes to the document after the final signature has been applied.
If you haven't done so, take a look at the sample I posted on your duplicate post in this forum ( http://forums.adobe.com/thread/492773?tstart=0 ).
If a signature is "invalid" it will display a red "X" icon.

Transfer requirement status not updated after TO confirmation

I have an issue with transfer requirement which is not updated with completed status even after Transfer Order completed.
Once TO is completed, relevant TR should be updated with completed status. We have many TR in open status even they are completed.
Could you please help me out how to resolve the issue.

You can use the Warehouse activity monitor (LL01) to select the completed TR's and select the d''delivery completed' button and this will get rid of them

Status code value after calling the method cl_http_client= receive

Hi,
I am sending a query string to 3rd party via outbound http. Now one of the methods needed in this case is CL_HTTP_CLIENT=>RECEIVE . This method has got 3 exceptions such as communication failure etc. If this method has sy-subrc 0 what does this indicate. If a sy-subrc value of 0 indicates success then why are we again quering the status code value between 200 and 299 . Can it happen that the value of sy-subrc = 0 but the status code value is not between 200 and 299 .
In which cases this situation will occur?
Can anyone elaborate on this.....

Hi i could not solve the problem with abap. We developed another application by using another programming language for this issue.
But i think you should create an instance for authantication. After authantication you should get the cookies .
Then create a new instance for other link and before send and receive methods set cookies ( which you got from authantication session ) for other link in ABAP.
We did not have enough time to solve this in ABAP. Hope you will solve. If you solve please let me know how you have solved.

SC STATUS DISPLAYED WRONGLY AFTER REJECTION

Hi All,
I have implemented the BADI BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI for n-level SC approval WF ws14000133.Now my problem is when the approver rejects the Witem,the witem doesnt go back to the requestor for accepting the changes for the rejected Witem.
Also the Witem (after rejecting teh complete SC)does *** back to the requestor..but with the status "Awaiting appproval" instead of "In your Inbox".
Also when I see the Approval Preview for that SC,it shows that the SC is approved instead of rejected.
With the note 790027 the status is getting updated but not the apporval preview.
Has anybody across such problem?
