Status ready for pickup but item is not in store??
Pre-ordered Hardline Deluxe (PS4). My order details says it's ready to be picked up in store (Montebello, CA - 1537). I go to the store location and the sales rep says they haven't recieved any Deluxe Editions. I was instructed to return later or Friday. (3 days from now). How does this happen with a pre-order?
I called another location and they have received their allotment of Deluxe Editions (Glendora, CA).
Should I cancel my current order and try another location?
Is it possible to transfer the purchase to the Glendora, CA location and have them save a copy for me for pickup?

It’s all he can talk about, so I know he’d be devastated if didn’t get his copy on release day. I recenly changed device from BB Curve 8530 to BB Bold 9900 and ever since then can't accept BBM invitations and Invites sent shows only as "Pending for Authorization" but recipients are not receiving them either. Tried sending PIN messages but I got a red x next to the message and the status says: "Service Blocked" .
When my phone got lost, I was lucky that I just synchronized my device to my BB Desktop. Not only was I able to retrieve my contacts (phonebooks and BBM) but also ALL txt msgs and even call logs
Anway, that happening, I assumed I don't need to re-send all my BBM friends invites since some were able to communicate with me. But for those who have deleted my profile (knowing it got lost) and were still on my contact were the ones affected. I tried deleting them and sent an invite only to find out that: I can't accept BBM invitations and Invites sent shows as "Pending for Authorization" but recipients are not receiving any. (they also have the same pending for authorization notice on their end)
When I tried to send them a PIN message I get a red x next to the message nd get the service blocked message.
Help I do not know what else to do.

This issue is most likely Caused by the BlackBerry not being provisioned for BlackBerry Data Services.

App is "Ready for Sale" but still not yet available on the App-Store
Our app has been submitted and approved 3 days ago and its status for the latest build is "Ready For Sale" but still there is an older version available for download on the appstore. Could someone from the apple support let us know what is going on as usually it always used to push to the store whenever status got to Ready for Sale.

Never receive Order Ready for Pickup notifications.
For the second order in a row, I received an email stating: Please wait to pick up your order
We will send another e-mail notifying you when your order is ready for pickup. This notification will arrive in less than 45 minutes, as it takes us just a little time to get items ready for pickup in our stores. …but never receive any follow-up email stating the order is ready. Logging into BB website, the first thing shown under Orders is "Order In Process", which implies it’s still not ready. However, clicking on the order number shows that the order is Ready for Pickup. I sent an email about not being notified of order pickup status back in December and never received the courtesy of a response. Best Buy needs to get their order notification system fixed. I will not place any further orders with Best Buy until I receive communication on how this problem is being addressed. BTW- the bestbuy.com domain is whitelisted in my spam filter and it is not being caught in any filters.Hello jhalderman,

I have a problem with a HP Proliant ML350 G5, 2 weeks ago the server did shutdown unexpectedly i looked in the ACU and saw that the controller had a battery problem. I replaced the battery but the server keeps once or twice a day shutting down. I made a report from the ACU but i don't know what this all means.

My iphone is not working, i was planning on getting the iphone 5s for christmas, but i do not have my phone backed up on itunes. On my screen are these blue lines across on my screen, and i cant see anthing and i do not know what to do. I want to back up my phone but i cant see my screen to back it up. I need help badly. You wouldn't need to see the screen to backup unless you have a passcode on the device. Is that the case? You should be able to plug the device into the computer with iTunes and just select backup now.

On my iPad I have a working icloud that I have complete access to, but on my iPhone it keeps asking me for the password for it, but I do not know it! And the email that I used is not activated anymore! How do I delete the icloud account on my phone?

If you intend to keep using iCloud on your iPad, your best course of action would be to update your Apple ID/iCloud information so that you have a known password and it is associated with an active email address. You may find the following articles helpful:

My Apple id was disabled and had to make a new one for iTunes but it's not letting me erase then re download the app with the new Apple ID Just got an iPad air 2 so my iCloud and family sharing is with the one that's disabled. Which I don't know how to switch to my new one, so I trying to erase my apps that won't load and just re download them with my new ID that is being used with the iTunes n app store but I can't even find most in purchased plus it's saying that I can't get it cuz that ID is not with family sharing but I donT know why it would not be. OOk so I have my new Apple id in my iTunes account but my old Apple ID is the one that is in the iCloud account which is the Apple ID have been using for years and the reason I cannot get it on this abled is because somebody was using my credit card or debit card that was on file for family sharing and it was a stolen iPhone from my account so they had to disable my Apple ID and I could not use my debit card anymore on any Apple ID ever again they said because of it so I can't get it not to be disabled and I can't sign into iTunes with it I already have signed out and signed in with my new Apple ID for iTunes it's just iCloud is not letting me load anything so pretty much what I've been doing is I have to erase every app and then re-dumb going to iTunes and re-download the apps again but the only issue is that I still have a disabled Apple ID as my iCloud settings and my iCloud family sharing in all of that so I'm wondering how or is it possible to change my Apple ID for iCloud specifically because when I go into Icloud and settings and go into my name where my Apple ID is the one that's disabled it doesn't say anything about log out or sign out or anything like that it just says to put the password for it so is there a way to change the Apple ID for my iCloud so that my iTunes in my iCloud is the same Apple ID?

I have an account for apple but this is not acceptable for i cloud. It say it is correct ID and password but this is not icloud account. So my phone can not connect with my computer and not synchronization too. Last a few months i have not use this phone. Just i start to use again. In other words Apple are now so adamant that we don’t use iDVD that they have tried to make it impossible to install.

“You can still use it one all of your Macs. If you get an invalid certificate message just set your Mac's clock to sometime before early 2011 and run the installer. After you're done reset the time back to the correct time.” He added this comment:
“It began after iDVD and iWeb were discontued and they were dropped from the Apple Store. All I can think of is the certificate was set to expire after a certain time period after the intitial iLife disc was released.
I've been able to use the installer even without setting back the date. I just clicked on the Continue button and it would work as expected. For some it would not continue unless the date was set back.”
The latest anorexic iMacs just announced do not even include a CD drive! Proof positive that Apple virtually prohibit the use of DVDs - although the newly announced Mac Minis do include a Superdrive.
Yet, they still include iMovie! Heaven alone knows or understands what you are supposed to do with your newly edited masterpiece - except make a low quality version for YouTube? -
I pay 25 euros for three moit for illustrator but I can not use it. I try to cancel my subscription, but it's impossible because it is written that I have not paid subscription! Yet adobe takes me 25 euro per month!

Hello,
When I want to build an application there is a "!" mark before the application and for the Installer, in the Project Explorer under Build Specification.
When I ask for "explain warning" I got the message "The plug-in for the selected item is not installed on your system"
Previously it worked well, whats happend?? (during my holyday's )
Thanks for help, HuubWell, something obviously changed. Install any software and/or hardware recently? Using any hardware in your LabVIEW project? Could be the drivers for that hardware got corrupted. Try identifying what you're using and reinstall the drivers.

That depends on what you have on the MBA...if you have videos, move the videos to the external drive. If you have a lot of music, create a folder/library for the music and point iTunes there for the music. If you have a lot of photos for iPhoto, make a new library on the external drive and move our photos over there and then select that library as the default library for iPhoto to use.
Those are the big files and should take a lot of the load off the internal storage. -
I have atempted to gift a song to someone. I have been charged for it but it was not received. I tried to re-gift it and was charges a second time but the recipient still has not received it. How can I get the song to her or my money back?
First, have the recipient check any anti-spam filters that may be present on her email account or in any email application to make sure that messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If she is sure that is not the case, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
