Status SYSFAIL in SMQ1

Hi All,
We are getting an error message with status "SYSFAIL" in SMQ1 while replicating the BP from CRM to ECC and the message goes like "The current application triggered a termination wi th a short dump."
The BDoc status is in YELLOW status.
Please help us to fix the issue.

1. Read this note Note 430980 - CRM Server: Analysis in delta data exchange R/3->CRM
They have error status 'SYSFAIL'. This is only the case if there is a technical problem with the receiving system (for example, a database problem on queue tables QRFC, ARFC). The problem must be corrected on the CRM server, and then you can restart the queue. Generally, a short dump is then displayed on the target system, which provides more detailed information on the cause of error.

Sysfail in SMQ1

Dear All,
Today morning bw delta job failed due to SYSFAIL in R3 side.
I went to SMQ1 to check the status of job.But in SMQ1 status is SASFAIL.
I have chenged the Reset status also.
But same problem iam getting.
How to correct the job in R3 SMQ1?

You should hold the Authorization to change the qRFC or Outbound Queue status change( S_RFCACL), as far I know.

CCR -Queue Status "SYSFAIL"

Dear all,
While doing CCR i am getting the error with queue status as "SYSFAIL" in inbound queues of APO, When displyed the same saying " Enter Purchase Group" When displayed data from LUW in binary code shows material as semifinished material is it right?
I am unable to find out the material for which it shows this error, This error apperaed first time.
Please help me out How can i trace this error.

What says the application log (SLG1)
You can look there by the "TID of First LUW" entry and search by "External ID" field in SLG1.
Usually from there you can get order number, material number, plant and some other useful data. Does it bring more light?
btw. "Enter Purch. Group" error usually is seen in the inbound queue, when the purchasing group of the material master is not maintained. See SNP2 tab of the material master - it should be filled.

Queue to ERP stopped Status SYSFAIL

Hallo all,
yesterday evening we got the Problem that our Queue to ERP-System stopped. Status is SYSFAIL and and error CALL_FUNCTION_LZ_EXPAND_ERROR occured. Unfortunately theres no text available for this dump. The dump is produced in Program SAPLSMOUTIL in BAPI_CRM_SAVE.
Does anyone have an idea, what's the reason for this failure, or how to resolve it?

thanks for your further ideas. The dump info didn't contain much info...
We had opened an OSS-message on friday, because it was important to solve this problem fast. SAP meant to delete the entries in the cue, because it seemed that the data got corrupted because of hardware or network errors. The missing data is logged, so we can reload it. Following the queue worked until now.

Error ' SYSFAIL ' in SMQ1

Hi ,
When i m maintaining a relationship to BP . system is throwing the below error :
In SMQ1 , I m getting error " SYSFAIL " .When i double click on that it is giving description as ' Incorrect parameter with CALL FUNCTION "
In SMW01 , it is showing BDOC error as SEE_TABLE_SMW3_BDOCQ .
I have checked the short dump error in target system and it is showing error description as CALL_FUNCTION_PARM_MISSING .
Could any one suggest me what could be the cause of error .

[Urgent] Queues are blocked in status SYSFAIL

Hi experts,
I have the following problem that arose unexpectedly in an XI 3.0 installation:
Queues are blocked in SYSFAIL status and when I click on one entry, I get message: XI Error CLIENT_RECEIVE_FAILED.INTERNAL: Queue stopped
It seems to me that J2EE stack cannot connect to ABAP stack.
When I test INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI connection in sm59, I get no reply..
I cannot logon to Visual Administrator. It stops at 99%.
Hardly can I connect to Integration Builder.
Any ideas.
I need your help ASAP.

We had a similar problem in one of my earlier projects. We restarted the server and everything started working fine.

BP Creation in CRM- Queues stuck in SMQ1 - SYSFAIL Status

When we create a BP in CRM , The BP Queues R3AUBUPA* has are stuck in SMQ1 in CRM with status SYSFAIL . The detailed Error description is " Function module "CRM_BUPA_BDOC_MAP_NUMRANGE" not found"
We have already maintained the following entry in table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU in CRM with call indicator set.
Event Object Item FM
CRMIN BUPA 50000 CRM_BUPA_BDOC_MAP_NUMRANGE
Do we need to maintain this FM somewhere else?
Help us to solve this issue.

SMQ1 - SYSFAIL - Middleware

Dear Gurus,
I'm working on CRM 5.0 and I'm creating a BP. After create, when i check transaction SWM01 the BDOC is wating(yellow) then I check transaction SMQ1 and the is an error in the outbound queue. The status is assigned as SYSFAIL and when I check the details there is an error in FM CRM_UPLOAD_TRIGGER - Field symbol has not yet been assigned.

I am trying to replicate BP from CRM to ECC. I have already succeeded in replicating customer from ECC to CRM. I have maintained all settings in PIDE in ECC. On CRM side I am creating BP in role Sold-to-party and I have mapped it to a Z-Account Group created by copying from standard Acc Group 0001 Sold-to-party. When creating the BP, a Bdoc is generated in yellow status. The queue is stuck in smq1 outbound queue with SYS FAIL.
I can also see errors in SMWP dashboard.----

In Moni .all the messages are waiting in queue and queue status is SYSFAIl ..when ever i release the key message went through ,..what type of problem is this..is this because of communication between the two systems failed or some other problem..

Often in asynchronous scenarios where inbound queues are used, the queues are set to SYSFAIL status and all the messages in the inbound queue are stuck (not processed). Depending on the status of XI processing queues, we can reset a queues status and trigger processing of messages.
Manual Resend of messages: Use transaction SMQR or SMQ2 to reset the status of queues. As you can see in the following figure, the queue has been marked with a status sysfail.
To be able to initiate processing of messages stuck in the queue, make sure to set following IS configuration parameter
MONITOR QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED to value 1
For automatic qRfc failure recovery, schedule the report RSQIWKEX to run periodically. This report enables automatically resets the queues

SYSFAIL in qRFC Outbound Queues - You are not authorized to logon

I am new to BASIS. During health check for my company, I came across T-Code SMQ1 and found many Queue Status "SYSFAIL". Error message "You are not authorized to logon to the target system (error code 0)".
The souce system:
SAP 7.0
Component: CRM 5.0
DB : MSSQL 7.0
Kernel: 700
The target system:
SAP 7.0
Component: SAP ECC 6.0
DB : MSSQL 7.0
Kernel: 700
Firstly,
1. I login to CRM Quality Assurance Client 600. Execute SMQ1. Enter the Queue Name. Below is what I found.

2. Once I Choose the row, I found the below error.

2.1 Register "security level"=> the last or 2nd last radiobutton

DNL_CUST_PROD1 is in Running status for Delta Mat Grp - SRM 7.0

Hi Experts ,
We are configuring SRM7.0 with ECC6 ( Ehp4) having Classic Scenario
We already done initial upload of all Mat Type , Mat Grps, Material & Service Master data successfully. Now one Mat Grp is added in ECC, and I am tring to replicate this delta objectsin A3AS , but the DNL_CUST_PROD1 is in Running status from long time ( in R3AM1) where Source Site is ECC & Destination is SRM.
In ECC , these is no any queue stuck either in SMQ1 or SMQ2.
In SMWP in SRM, it is showing message with Red color Blocked queues: Client 212 Blocked outbound queue: Client 212 Q name DNL_CUST_PROD1 status SYSFAIL dest EDACLNT112 in section R3AI/R* Start Queues for Loads from OLTP .
In SRM, thes is nothing stuck in Inbound Queue in SMQ2, but I am afraid , Queue R3AI_DNL_CUST_PROD1 is stucked in Outbound Queue SMQ1 , showing destination ECC sytem , with status SYSFAIL !!! I tried to UNLOCK & Activate this queue , but no use.
1. I am wondered We are imporing Mat Grp from ECC to SRM, so in SRM ssytem, the Queue for Mat Grp ( a nd other objects should be Inbound ( i.e. SMQ2), then how/why the queue stuck in the Outbound Queue ( SMQ1) ?
2.Can anyone please suggest what should be the problem a nd solution on same .

Thanks Nikhil. I varified all steps as per Note 720819 and all seems okay. Even Material Master is replicaing in SRM successfully.
Issue is we even unable to see the error log also. In SMQ2 stuck Queue for DNL_CUST_PROD1 from SYSFAIL ststus we can not guess the issue.Do we other hints to look ?
I am not cleared on the processing of Queues, i.e. how this imported objects looking into SMQ2 O/B Queue , it will be very appricated if you can explain in detail how these Queing works in SRM for importing Mat Types, Mat Grp & Material master data?

For this type of error, "No external system (such as CRM) connected" kindly check if you have maintained the logical system correctly for the R/3 and CRM on the R/3 and CRM side. Check the table CRMRFCPAR on R/3 side and also check the table CRMSUBTAB.
The entries should be in the following basis:
MANDT CONSUMER OBJNAME RFCDEST DOWN
CRM * YourRFCDes * (All Load Types)
Apart from these kindly if you have all the entries in following tables and transactions:
RFCs - SM59
Partner profiles - WE20

SYSFAIL Error in SMQ2 - Transfer of material from R/3 to CRM

Hi,
We are using standard BDOC to transfer material from R/3 to CRM. BDOC Type is PRODUCT_MAT, Queue name is R3AD_MATERIA<Material No>.
There are some queues which are struck in SMQ2. There are no struck queues in R/3. The struck queue has the status SYSFAIL and when I double click, it shows Message - Error in Mapping (Details: transaction SMW01)
I checked transaction - SMW01. The queue name which is in SYSFAIL status is not coming up in SMW01.
I do not understand whereelse I can see the detailed error message.
This error does not occur for all articles.
As I don't have sufficient knowledge in CRM and BDOCs, any pointers regarding the issue will be very much helpful.

Please follow as below:
SMWP-Middleware Monitoring Cockpit- This transaction gathers a wide set of information about the status of the Middleware & Downloads in both the CRM system, the R/3. All statuses should normally be green but there may be some circumstances which stop this occurring. Expand the section Generation Information which refers to the generation of BDoc Types. Where ever you see error you can right click and Select Analysis Tool then right click and check the error.The log shows the error.
SMQ2- Select a Queue and select Display. Queues connected to R/3 start with a queue name of R3A/D.
Double click on the Status field i.e SYSFAIL. Reason will be shown.In your case it is u201CError in Mapping (Details: transaction SMW01)u201D. Then Continue and select a queue and select Display.You can see the Individual BDocs are beoing displayed.
SMW01- give Bdoc Type as " Product_mat". If it is not displaying then I request you to check if all the objects are generated properly.This may also happen if the objects are not properly generated.Use tx-Genstatus. That will give you a list of error objects to be generated.
