Hello Experts,
i have created Scheduling Agreement in Test system, with reference to this i created Sales
order.
i tried to deliver one Sales Order in VA02 for a perticular
finished material with 100 quantity,
i am facing the below errors
'Only 0 FT of material 200000000428 available'
An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted.
i checked the confirm quantity in Scheduling agreement its showing confirmed Qty in forecast delivery schedule
, even in sales order all schedule line are confirmed.
i checked the stock of the material in MMBE for the same, Though 20 000 quantity of material is
is available there but still i am not able to deliver the order.
Could you please help in this case ?

1) Ensure that safety stock is not maintained for that material in material master MRP view
2) Check in VL06G whether any delivery is created and saved for the same material without doing PGI
In both the above cases, though you can see the stock in unrestricted, you cannot post the goods issue.

For Y there is a schedule line dated on 20th Feb 2008 (20.02.2008) - in future for 100.
It is confirmed on that date - 20.02.2008.
Stock for the material in that plant in NIL (0) now.
Present Stock = 0.
Stock will be available on 20.02.2008
Can i create a delivery (delivery date -20.02.2008) on TODAY?
If delivery can be created - Can the delivery quantity be 100?
While trying getting this error msg "only 0 PCD of material are available"
Kindly give some suggestion.

Hello,
As per my understanding:
1) There is no stock available as on today (31.01.2008).
2) The stock will be avialable only on 20th Feb, so you can create the delivery only on 20th or after that (once the material become available in the storage).
3) If you want to create a delivery TODAY, you need to raise the stock manually, then do the availability check in the change mode of the agreement, you will be able to deliver it TODAY.
First of all check the material stock in MMBE, and chek for any requirements in MD04, then you will understand.

I got this message during sales order creation 'Only 0 EA of material 24 is available'.
I checked for solutions for similar problem in this forum by search button. Could get hold of two unanswered question. I tried possibilities listed there but problem still persists.

The reasons could be
- non availability of stock of the material for which you are trying to create sale order
- Already delivery is created and saved without doing PGI for the same material
If the reason is first cited above, then you can create stock via MB1C with movement type 561. If the reason is second cited above, then run VL21 where you can see if any delivery is created and saved without doing PGI.

Are you trying to create the delivery for a future date. If not, did the incoming of material to the plant has happened as per the schedule.
While proposing the delivery dates in the schedule lines, the system considers various factors including inflow and outflow of material. If the planned inflow has not happened then there will not be any material available 'for this order' to deliver. Check the Tcode CO09 for the ATP quantities. Guess there will not be any ATP quantities, though the stock is there in the plant.

DELIVER: "ONLY 0 ST OF MATERIAL X AVAILABLE".

Hi, I have a problem with a sales order. I have created a sales order for a material (procurement type E "in house production"). This material has a specific network associated and its status is tecnically completed.
If i see the order it indicates that the confirmed quantity is "1", but as i try to deliver the order it tells me "only 0 st of material available".
I guess i have to execute some kind of movement (in the order it shows movement type "601" as the one associated to this position).
Help me please.

Hi there,
In your case availability check at delivery is done at storage loc level.
In OVL3 check what storage loc is assigned to your shipping / plant combination.
In MMBE check if there is sufficient stock against that storage loc.
For certain scenarios, business process would require transfer stock from one location to another.

The above message appears even when stock shows one 1 no. of materail available. I understand that this will get blocked in some other sales orders. I want to know how to get a permanent solution under these situation without going & rejecting the items in the other sales order & making it available for the current order.

Hi Pravinitha, I think Rajendra is referring to Transaction OVZ9 (Availability Check Control - Scope of check), and un-tick "Include sales reqmts" for the combination of Availability check & Checking Rule (double-click to open) that you are using. Beware that by removing this check, over-booking might occur and you may not be able to keep your sales promises.

i had created a material bearing12 and put sufficient qty under that also, when i create order it is allowing me to enter quantity and also save order. but when i create delivery at that time under delivery quantity it is not coming anything and also not allowing me to enter anything under that and giving me above message.

Please check the stock of that material posted in MMBE. Here just give the material name and execute, do not give the plant name. So that it shows the stock of this material across all plants and storage locations or ware houses where it is available or not. Check in your delivery it is that plant and storage location where stock is available you are using. If all this is fine, go to va02 and see the confirmed schedule line date for this material and create a delivery with that date.

While doing Delivery - I have got an error Only 0 UN of material 900-002 IBGM available.
I can see that 100 Units of material 900-002 IBGM is available in this Plant.
However, During Deliver VL01N, It says It has "0" Units of this material.
Please advice me how to fix this issue.

I have two Materials
Available Stock is Material A(QTY 10) and Material B(QTY10).
Now i have created sales order of each material with 1 qty.
E.G
Material A qty 1
Material B qty 2
i have saved the document and then i have created delivery successfully.
Now i have repeated the same step created sales order with Material A and Material B with 1 Quantities each now this time in delivery i deleted Material B and save the delivery document
then i changed the delivery document(VL02N) and again add the Material B which i have deleted but i get this error "Only 0 EA of material available" although i have enough stock. I am using item requirement 202 Order w.indep.item

The problem why you are not able to do transfer order is you need spacial stock and that you are not having as , you have not done the mb1c with movement type 411E , you have done mb1c only with 561 E movement type
do initial stock posting entry with movement type 561 E(special stock) . in mb1c
it will be just an unrestricted stock only but not an special stock
to make it a special stock
again post the same material in mb1c with movement type 411 E and save it
Now go to MMBE and see you can see the speciall stock differently and unrestricted stock differently
then you can create transfer order

Dear Friends,
I am facing a problem, which I do not know is a standard way in which the system behaves or is there some customization involved in my client which is letting the system behave that way.
Please clear my doubt and help me on the same for correct understanding.
Scenario: I have, say suppose 100 quantity of unrestricted stock in my plant and storage location.
I create Order no.1 with quantity as 100 and save it and do not deliver it.
I create Order 2, 3, 4 each with quantity 100 and keep them open i.e do not deliver it too.
Now when I try to create delivery for any of the orders (i.e 1,2,3,4), it gives me an error 0 EA of material xxx available.
Sol 1: Now, if the delete the schedule line of all the open orders and then try to put the schedule line entry in todayu2019s date for only 1 sales order and try to deliver it, it allows me. But if i change the schedule line date of all the open orders to today's date, it shows me confirmed quantity 100 in each order and gives me the same error while delivery. Hence i need to delete the schedule line of all the open orders.
Sol 2: If the delete all the open orders (say 2,3,4 except order no:1 which I want to deliver), then also system allows me to deliver/PGI.
Now the confusion is, that in case I have 100 unrestricted stock quantity in the plant, then it should allow me to create delivery for at least 1 Sales order, which it does not, unless I implement Sol 1 or Sol 2. Please tell me why does the system behave this way? Is this the standard behavior? If yes, what is the correct reasoning/logic behind the same? If you say that the system parks/reserves that much quantity against a particular order, then it should atleast allow me to create PGI for any one of the orders, which it does not.

The error occurs when the database is in read-only mode. The database is changed to read-only when the application/database needs maintenance.
Use the following MaxL Commands to change the database to read-write mode.
login UserName Password on EssbaseSvrName;
alter application AppName load database DbName;
alter database end archive;
alter application AppName enable commands;

This is most probably because the Periodicity input value has been configured as "Required" and no value has been input for it.
Please enter a value and try to re-run Quick Pay.
