No there is no std program available for mass change the settlement profile.
You can create one LSMW for this.

Auto Run Program not updating Settlement Rules for few WBS elements

Hi,
Addition of settlement rules for OPEX WBS.
In producion system, two jobs are running daily for generating settlement rules of WBS elements but, all WBS elements are not updating with Settlement rules.
It is becoming a problem in the Period end while doing the settlement. Currently we are updating the settlement rule manually.
We have investigated and found the following WBS element with Profile name are not updating Settlement rule.

Hi,
I suppose these are background jobs. Usually there is an issue with background jobs that are run for a custom developed program. Not sure why that happens. Even i faced this issue with a couple of jobs in my system. I have still not found out the reason as to why this happens. There might be a possibility that these projects were being processed in the foreground by some user and hence they were omitted from the run.
I would suggest you to consult your technical guys on this.

Changing settlement Profile in an internal order

Can I change the settlemet profiles in an internal order AFTER settlement is done and posted for some period (say five months)?

Changing PM Orders Settlement Profile

Hi Experts,
In the system PM Order settlements are done against cost centers and against assets.
For this two settlement profiles are maintained and are assigned to Order Types.
For an Example lets Say :
Settlement Profile : AST01 - Asset Settlements - AUCs Created
Order Types Attached : PM01 , PM02 , PM03
Settlement Profile CRT01 - Cost Center Settlements
Order Types Attached : PM04 , PM05 , PM06
Now we want to change the Settlement profile of certain Order Types:
Say
PM05 must settle under Assets - AUCs to be created
PM02 must settle under Cost Centers
This can be simply achieved by changing the Order Settlement Profile of the mentioned Order type.
I want to know what are the impacts of the above change?

If you have made a settlement (e.g. KO88) then you will not be able to delete the original settlement rule (it should be greyed-out).
You will therefore need to put an end perio/year on this settlement rule and set it in as the last year/period. You can now create your new settlement rule.
The next settlement run (KO88) will then ignore the original settlement rule, and use the new one instead.

How to change IM Profile after AUC settlement done

Hi,
I have an issue here.We have a WBS element having an IM profile allowing summary settlement.WBS released,AUC created.Cost have been posted and settled to AUC.Later it was noticed that the IM profile is in correct and need another IM profile for the WBS.I reversed the settlement and transferred the cost of the WBS to another WBS by KB15N.now when I am going to change/delete the IM profile,system is not allowing it.AUC cant be deleted as it was automatically created.
Can anyone let me know whether it is possible anyhow to change the IM Profile now and whats the procedure for that.Its critical for my client so any t response will be highly appreciated.

Thanks for looking into it.I need to change the Investment Profile assigned to the WBS element.AUC has been created based on the Investment Profile and cost settled to AUC.Now I need to change the Investment Profile of the WBS element.I have tried reversing the settlement and then transferring the WBS cost to another WBS by KB15N but still system doesnt allow change/delete the Investment Profile.says AUC already posted.
any other ideas please.

WBS: Settlement Parameters: Settlement Profile - To change to non mandatory

WBS -> Costs -> Settlement Rule -> Goto -> Settlement Parameters
The settlement profile field is mandatory, is there any way to turn off this by config?

User Profile Incremental Sync does not views changes in profiles.

User Profile Incremental Sync does not views changes in profiles. I make full sync - all ok. then I change the phone number for example, and then start incremental sync and nothing moves to AD.
All the stages of FIM sync just state 0 records to process. Looks like it does not see the changes
1.profile property is set up to sync with AD attribute (with EXPORT).
2.no errors in Windows logs or FIM UI client, nor in sharepoint UI
3. sharepoint server 2010 SP1, "CU June 2012" 14.0.6123.5002
4. I have just reprovisioned sync service, set up AD connections and property-attribute relations. before

According to your description, the issue can be caused by the Profile or Profile Values table.
You can check the event log and ULS log to see detail error message.
To check event log, click the Start button and type “Event Viewer” in the Search box.
For SharePoint 2013, by default, ULS log is at
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS

I have program ,where if the profiles 'printer and nunber of copies ' are set at the user level, by default when the report completes the O/p will be sent to the printer mentioned in the set-up. but what user wants is
if these Profiles are set for the user running this program automatic printing should not be done.

Settlement profile does not exist

Hi Gurus
I am getting an error while creating a Sales order "Settlement profile does not exist" . Error description is "The system has found a settlement rule that is assigned to settlement profile ZSOR. However, this settlement profile does not exist".
I checked in settlement profiles ZSOR does not exist there as per the error description. I am getting this error because of settlement profile is assigned to planning strategy 20.
I tried changing the settlement profile but the field was greyed out.
So i need your help in changing the settlement profile in planning strategy.

Menu Path: SPRO > Controlling> Product Cost Controlling > Cost Object controlling > Product Cost by Sales Order > Period end Closing > settlement > Create Settlement profile.
The finding of a requirement type is done via combination of item cate-gory and MRP type in transaction OVZI. Check which which requirement type is set with of item category and MRP type.In transaction OVZH you will find the combination of requirement typeand requirement class and in transaction OVZG you can customize thesettlement profile for the chosen requirement class.
Or don't assign settlement profile to requirement class.
IMG>SD>Basic Functions>Account Assignment/Costing>Maintain Requirements Classes For Costing/Account Assignment.
Goto OKO7, choose option settlement not allowed for sales order.
It will solve your problem.

I've already created new document type and a new range number on [OBA7], and I've already assigned this new document type to my settlement profile [.
But system still used the Document type 'SA'.

you can change the data-element of the field or char of the data-element.
if you try to change the name of the field, it deletes.
so what you can do is, keep the field unchanged, add another field of your choice, using ABAP program, move the data from old field to new field, and then you can delete your old field.

What color management settings? Color mode? This sounds like you are simply not using the proper profile.

How to Run std program with a specific variant for specific user?

Hi guys
We have a std program which will be run by different users in the company. Now the requirement is to make sure that each user runs the report with a specific varaint. Can we control this if yes how?
one options we thought about was to create a transaction in SE93 and define the program to run with a predefined varaint and assign the new custom tcode to the user profile. But we have many different users and we will end up with creating many transactions which we would like to avoid. Is there any other option to control the std program such that each user can run the program only with a pre-defined varaint and the one which only the user is suppoed to run. thanks in advance.

You can create a Custom table

Make the table Maintaintable(usnig table maintenance )
Now create another Program
It takes input of the Program name( using selection screen)
LOGIC
in side that place a logic ,
Based on the user name and program name Get the variant name from above table
Now Submit the program with the variant you have selected above.
Use Variant Addition when you use SUBMIT
So now program executed based on user variant.
Now you create a Transaction for this program.
When use Runs the Transaction , user needs to input the Program name which he wants to execute.
and Output will be shown based on the variants

Skype crashes upon call and when i try to change my profile settings

Recently (Or not, it's been like a month) I've been having issues with Skype 7.0 or any versions more recent than that. Every time I host or join a call and every time I try to change my profile picture my Skype goes "Not responding" and seconds later my PC freezes. But legit FREEZES: I can't go to start menu, I can't open windows taskmanager, I can't alt + tab, nothing. I have to hard restart my pc. I've tried downgrading to 6.14 and that works perfectly. Until I turn off my pc and start it up again because for some weird reason, whenever I start my PC and Skype opens up it's back to 7.0 or 7.3 or 7.4, even with automatic updates turned off. I've updated all my drivers, started my PC with nothing plugged in but the power cord and it's still doing the thing. I've been uninstalling Skype and reinstalling 6.14 every day for weeks now, I'm sick of it. I need help. (I've included my DxDiag since I see a lot of support staff ask for it)

Perhaps information on the issue will be available in the System Information tool (msinfo32). Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type msinfo32.exe and press the OK button. This will open the System Information window. In this window click on File and select Export. Save the msinfo.txt file to your hard drive, Zip this file and attach the zipped file to your post here.
