Is there any Standard report to check the delivery performance (Schedule date VS Received date),please advice....

If you wanna know the SD report just go to SAP1 transaction code from easy access( it works only from easy access) and you will find entire reports available in SAP. Hi All,
We are using ECC 6.0 and want to measure the delivery performance both value and volume wise for the sales orders.Is there any standard way to check this in SAP or I need to use the tables VBEP, VBFA, LIPS and if I need to use these tables what I need to do in SQVI.
ThanksDelivery performance can be considered in two ways
1) Against a sale order, what has been delivered and
2) Against plant commitment, what has been delivered
For the first one, you can consider VBAP and LIPS. If your requirement is to capture the second one, then you have to consider the table where the plant commitment is stored and along with this table, you can consider LIPS.

Availability of Std Report Delivery Schedule Vs GR

SAP is quite poor on reports combining order info and GR info. As mentioned by Karthik, the best one is ME80FN. Here press the last button to the right and choose the view "del. schedule".
Unfortunately, this report only tells how much was received for the specific schedule line, no dates. Besides, in case of several schedule lines per PO item, the qty information in the report can be missleading. As a matter of fact, SAP will never allocate GR qty higher than the schedule line qty; instead it will put the remainder against the next schedule line.
A true order-GR report would show the list of schedule lines for an order item from table EKET and at the same time the list of GR's from the table EKBE. It is difficult to put them against each other, unless of course all your order items have only once schedule line.
Standard reports showing all schedule lines and all GR's (separately) for a PO item are ME2x with the scope of list ALLES.

I have answered my own question. You can run MC$6 or MC$8 and switch the drilldown to material if anyone is interested.

We have SD_C04 cube and created a Query (Delivery Performance). The cube extracted the data from FLAT FILES (2lis_12_vcitm and 2lis_12_vcscl). While running the query i have noticed the following issues:
1. If multiple line items for a delivery document exist, the sales document and item comes up "#" for the additional line items.
2. The part numbers can be different within the same delivery with multiple line items, and the delivery quantity will appear blank for the additional line items.
3. If multiple line items in a delivery with the same part number, but different goods issue data - the query only reports a quantity for 1 line item, yet calculates a date for both line items.
4. The Delivery quantity column does not seem to be calculating correctly. For example, the CVS file show three lines for the same part but different goods issues date for line 1 & 2. Lines 1 & 2 were schedule on 5/28, but the delivery quantity is only represented with the information from 1 line item. Line 3 delivery appears in the query on a second line with a blank quantity.
Analysis: I have checked the Transfer Rules (one-to-one) and update rules. can i know where i have missed

One solution is to insert the query onto four sheets - sheet 1 looking at Q1, sheet 2 looking at Q2 etc. etc.
You make the selections on Quarter in the Free Characteristic part rather than at query run time - that way you can make different selections on the different sheet.
Ensure the Return to Global Refresh is off on all queries.
Save your workbook.

STO Delivery Report or Delivery Manifest
Hi to all,
How can i create a delivery report or delivery manifest for stock transport order (STO)
after we load the stock to a van to be deliver to other plant we just manualy type in improvise form in excell.
then print and this the only document we gave to the driver to deliver stocks to other plant and gave the copy to receiving plant
is there a transaction in SAP we can use, i try also the tcode VL10B does not work>
Our process in STO:
1. create STO = ME21N supplying plant is 1001
2. Print Picklist for pick and pack of stocks
3. confirmation of STO using tcode MB1B with movement type 351
4. then print the Stock transfer slip form (customized report in SAP)
5. shipping will load the stock to the van and manually create a delivery report or waybill with indicate all STO # loaded in van
6. delivered the stock to our other plant = 2001
7, receive the stock of Plant 2001 and unload the stock and perform Goods Receipt of STO using tcode MIGO with movement type 101

There is something fundamentally wrong with your process
confirmation of STO using tcode MB1B with movement type 351
This statement tells you are using transfer posting and movement type 351 is without SD delivery and purely an MM process
There is no need for ME21N in this case
I understand that in system you are doing a Transfer posting that is MB1B with movement type 351
But actual business process is with shipping where the stocks physically moves through a van
There is big mismatch here between system and the real time
Real time process is to be mapped in system
Movement type 351 doesnot involve SD delivery at all so why do you look for delivery report

Calculate the performance of delivery the following way:
Example: you have sales order with 100 qty to be delivered scheduled for 5 dates(20 each in single dely) from 01.07.2009 till 01.12.2009.
dely dates as 10.07.2009, 10.08.23009, 10.10.2009, 10.11.2009 and 10.12.2009.
Then take the current date(07.11.2009) and the calc the qty delivered till date
i.e. 2 dely had happened.
Therefore 40 has been delivered of 100 there fore scheduled delivery was for 40 till date and it has been delivered therefore performance is 100 % and total qty delivery is 40 %.
And if 0nly 30 qty has been delivered till date against scheduled 40 then the performance of delivery against scheduled is 90%.
Like wise calculate the things.
