Integration Directory configurations for IDOC - XI - File
Hi all,
I have a scenario as above: IDOC-XI-FILE
The IDOCs come from an R/3 system - NHGDDBS01.
I've configured 2 BS:
1) BS_NHGDDBS01
-> TS: NHGDDBS01, type: WebAS ABAP
-> SWCV: BASIS 6.20
2) BS_DEV1_NAUTICUS_OOTS
-> TS: TS_DEV1_NAUTICUS_OOTS, type:Third Party.
-> SWCV: SWCV_DEV1_NAUTICUS_OOTS, type: Third Party
-> PDT: PDT_NAUTICUS_OOTS
With this setup, can someone help me by showing me how to configure the Integration Directory in order to receive IDoc from R/3 (nhgddbs01)?
Please help.
Thanks.

Hi,
I followed the SAP Note.
The SAP System ID is DV1.
I've configured IDX1 with the following port:
Port: SAPDV1
Client:108
Description: <blank>
RFC_Destination: PI_001 (This RFC destination points to DV1, despite the naming. Connection test is successful)
I recreated metadata on IDX2:
IDoc Types: ZPATINFO
Source Port: SAPDV1
IDoc Types: ZADMINFO
Source Port: SAPDV1
However, when I test the message from R/3 using WE17, <b>SM58 on R/3 </b>it's still showing the error:
Transaction IDX1: Port SAPDV1_108, client 108, RFC Destination error.
May I know where did this error occur and how to rectify this?
Please advise.
Thanks.

2) What are the configurations required for Outbound and Inbound IDocs in R/3 and XI Servers.Hi Rajeshwar,
take a look over here:

IDOC to File Scenario - Configuration steps need to be done in R3 and XI
Hi Experts,
I am working with IDoc to File scenario. Can someone please explain, what are the steps or configuration things need to be done in R3 and as well as in XI too.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
SreeHi Sree,
I thought i will just share a few basic thoughts that you need to take care while doing an IDOC to File Scenario. Just see if it helps you in anyways.
While doing an IDOC -> XI -> File scenario, The Points to noted are:
1. You dont need a DT, MT or a message interface for the IDOC as it itself acts as the Message Interface.
2. You import the IDOC and use the same in your mapping.
3. In this configuration note that you dont have a sender agreement as you dont have a sender IDOC adapter.
If it is that you wanted to send an IDOC from XI (File to IDOC) , then in this case:
points 1 and 2 will remain, but the 3 will not. You will need a sender agreement for the file and a receiver agreement for the IDOC.
IDOC -> File scenario ref:
<a href="/people/prateek.shah/blog/2005/06/08/introduction-to-idoc-xi-file-scenario-and-complete-walk-through-for-starters scenario</a>
File -> IDOC ref:
<a href="/people/anish.abraham2/blog/2005/12/22/file-to-multiple-idocs-xslt-mapping to IDOC</a>
To be able to trigger your IDOC from the SAP ISU system, you will have to set the partner profile in we20. Select your Business System (mostly under Logical system) and then create Outbound entries for whichever IDOC you want to trigger.
You define your basic type also in your partner profile settings, Please go thru the following links to get a better idea about partner profile:

Steps involved to Configure a Smartform for printing TO Item
Hi,
I want to develop a Smartform to print TO for each Item.
Currently it is being done using SAP Script.
I checked the Configuration in OMLV and assigned my print program Z****** .
This thing here is I don't see any values passed to my program like TO Number, Whse Number etc when called through LT31.
Where as I assign the standard program RLVSDR40 and debug it all the details are being passed to this program.
I am not sure if I am missing any configuration.
Please help me to figure out the issue and let me know all the steps involved in configuring the Smartforms to print Transfer Orders.
Thanks in Advance.
MK.Hi Murali,
The SAP delivers the solution to print the TO item by SAPScript, but we can do it by Smartform as well, as in
You need to create a project for the enhancement MWMD0001, because EXIT_RLVSDR40_001 will fulfill your purpose of doing it the other ways i.e. via Smart from.
For this you have to use CMOD transaction to create the project for the above said enhancement.
Note: If you do this way any configuration done via OMNU wont't be considered.
Then after in teh import parameters you have a table XRLDRI, which contains both the warehouse number and the transfer order number, the same can be passed on to the designed Smartform to fulfill your purpose.
Sample Code, you can refer to:
*local variable declaration.
DATA: l_wa_fm_name TYPE rs38l_fnam.
* Local Field Symbols
FIELD-SYMBOLS : <l_fs_rldri> TYPE rldri.
* Local Constant declaration
CONSTANTS : lc_fmname TYPE tdsfname VALUE 'XYXYXYXY', "Smartform name, here designated by 'XYXYXYXY'
lc_chk TYPE rldrudruck VALUE 'X'.
*Moving Transfer Order Print :Item level data into corresponding work area.

* Determine smartform function module

IMPORTING
fm_name = l_wa_fm_name
EXCEPTIONS
no_form = 1
no_function_module = 2

Please validate the same at your end and let me know in case you require any further inputs from my end.

11.5.10 Step by Step - Run istore from local machine for customization
Hello,
Does anyone have step by step instructions on using JDeveloper to run iStore JSPs on local machine with the end goal to customize JSPs? We have 11.5.10. I am using JDeveloper 9.0.3.5. Have tried following steps per lot of metalink notes but none seem to be working. Need to know exactly:
- what Jdeveloper version to use for 11.5.10?
- Where to download this version from?
- Is it even possible to run iStore from local Windows machine using JDeveloper?
- What is the main iStore page that should be run the 1st time?
- Any expert available in USA for a 2 week paid assignment to help our team setup Jdeveloper for customization? And give intro lessons?
Much Help...
Thanks1. The Jdeveloper you use with 11.5.10 will depend on which ATG patch level you are at (see metalink note 416708.1)
2. It will be in a metalink patch (see metalink note 4167708.1)
3. I don't believe you can run it locally on a windows machine.
4. Can't remember it off the top of my head but I will look back in my notes, I'm no longer working at the client site who has iStore.
5. I know of 3 or 4 experts that I have worked with in Canada on JDeveloper/iStore/Configurator, I don't know anyone in the US but there has got to be a bunch out there looking for work.

Hi All
need CAS and three primary hierarchy SCCM 2012 r2 can i get any runbook from microsoft for Step by step installation
need step by step installation guide with screenshots.There's a lots of installation guide but each guide is for a "standard" installation, your environment is unique and you should get help to be sure to implement SCCM to fulfill your needs.
Installing SCCM without any experience will be tricky and maintain it will be even harder. This is not a simple product.

Any step by step RFC Configuration guide available.
Hi All,
Any step by step RFC Configuration guide or Blog available to connect RFC function module with the NWDS.
Thanx for Ur time.
Cheers,
SamHi,
Once gone thru all those documents u need to folloe these steps.
U need to configure the SLD and techinical system if it is properly conneted then your work is easy.
Then you have to go and crete the create the JCo Destination systems.
After you can urilize the created JCO in your application.
When you create the create the model you need to give the model names and Jco names and give the r/3 system details and get your function module from the R/3 side before need to make your fnmodule as Remote enabled and give the authrization roles.
Then you can get the Ur fn module into webdynpro.
Thanks,
Lohi.

Electronic bank mt940 step by step configuration document
hi all,
can any body send me a step by step electronic bank mt940 configuration document.
Its little bit important we are implementing mt940 format.
regards,
sudhakarHello, Hope the following information is helpful. There are different programs to upload electronic bank statement. FF.5 or FF_5. I think your case Multicash format you are using. You need have three files in FF.5 and two files in FF_5 You can prepare a Z program in order to truncate the electronic bank statement into two or three part files and save them on the application server. 1. Take all the external codes list from bank. 2. Take any available documentation from the Bank describing the relevance of the external codes. 3. Make sure that your Chart of Accounts (Bank Accounts) last digits logic is appropriate to meet the requirements. 4. Based on this decide the Account Symbols that are required to be created. 5. Make sure that the masking rules are configured properly. 6. Decide the posting rules that needs to be created. 7. Link up your external symbols provided by the bank with Posting rules and give proper algorithms for posting and clearing logic. 6. Concentrate on the posting areas to be posted while uploading the bank statement. Further explanation would help you to understand the functionality when uploaded the electronic bank statement. Main purpose of uploading the bank statement into SAP is to make your Bank Main Account and physical bank statement balance in sync. You do not have any traditional Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) report in SAP. SAP is normally you maintain bank main account and bank sub account. Whenever you make a payment through F-53 or F-58 or F110, the entry would be: Vendor Account Dr To Bank Sub Account The ending digits of the sub-account would be important in configuring the masking rule. Based on this masking rule when you upload the bank statement the entry the system would pass is: Bank Sub Account Dr To Bank Main Account It depends on the configuration, either the sub account will be cleared by the system automatically or you need to run F.13 to clear the sub accounts. At the time of receipts, you have different accounting entries unlike payments. It needs to post to two posting areas. 1. GL Accounting 2. Sub-Ledger Accounting The entries would system itself pass is: Bank Main Account Dr To Bank Sub Account Bank Sub Account Dr To Cutomer account. Clearing logic mentioned for your posting rules and the alogrithm used for your external bank symbols will also play pivotal role in clearing the accounts. Ideally you will use FF67 / FF.5 / FF_5 for uploading manual or electronic bank statement FEBA / FEBA_BANK_STATEMENT is used for furthe rprocessing. GO THROUGH SAP NOTE 48854 Please go through SAP Note. 48854. You will get an idea regarding the functionality of the algorithms. Though this note is in relevant to GB specific, you will find this very useful. description follows below regarding the normal procedure for maintaining table T028G. Due to the different bank codes and posting rules, pre-Customizing is not possible at this point. The following processing types are available - unless stated otherwise, you should use the interpretation algorithm: '000 - No interpretation' in each case. 1. '00': There is no processing. The entry line is ignored. 2. '01': A validation is made whether an entry exists for the transferred check number in the check table (PAYR). The check number and payment document number are transferred for further processing. Interpretation algorithm: outgoing check processing '011'-'013'; the update in the check file is via the interpretation algorithm. 3. '02': Transfer of the ending balance to the electronic bank statement 4. '03': Transfer of the opening balance to the electronic bank statement 5. '04': Clearing via the allocation number which is delivered with the bank statement. No interpretation algorithm. 6. '05': Clearing of BACS payments or BACS bank collection. The reference text field is first read to ascertain whether it involves payments initiated by users or bank collection via BACS. Providing it does involve a cash transaction initiated by the user, the payment document numbers concerned are determined via the reference number and transferred as a reference to further processing. Interpretation algorithm: '000 - No interpretation' or '019 - Reference number DME'. Note To differentiate between the two procedures in table T028G, you have to maintain two separate entries. Example: the bank uses bank code '62' for cash receipts and for BACS bank collection. Ext. Transaction +/- sign Posting rule Int. Algorithm Processing type 62 + GB62 001 5 62 SAPBACS + GB63 000 5 7. '06': Bank costs or interest revenues Recommended interpretation algorithm: '000 - No interpretation' 8. '07': Total amount of cash disbursements 9. '08': Total amount of cash receipts 10. '09': Items not paid Recommended interpretation algorithm: '000 - No interpretation' Regards, Ravi
