Step by step to use IIS to serve JSP, what's wrong?

I am a total newbie in IT but I need to use IIS to serve a Jsp application.
I put on my step by step procedure (images) on my webpages. Will some kind souls please take a look and tell me what went wrong.

If you follow what I put up in my webpage, you should be able to get the re-direct work.
However, that is not my ultimate goal.
I thought I will be able to setup IIS to serve a Jsp application without starting the Tomcat. But that didn't happen. I still need to run Tomcat, in order to get the Jsp application running properly.
Is there a way to start Servlet Engine without the Tomcat webserver?

If a tool is acting up, one suggestion is to reset the tool.

It looks like there is a CommunicationException while trying
to talk to the LDAP server. Please check the SocketPermission

file looks OK, I'd suggest to try a simple JNDI example which
talks to the LDAP server to see if communication to the LDAP
server is fine by using a similar java.security.policy file

i synched all my gmail accounts will nilly from itunes. then today i noticed the problem. so, i deleted the accounts, went into gmail and made that very change. then i tried both 1) letting the itunes interface resync my email and 2) deleting the accounts and setting it up from within the phone.
both times resulted in the hugely full mailbox.
any thoughts? did i do something wrong?

Please let me know what version of Acrobat you are using and on which OS?
Try Updating Acrobat to the latest patch and check.
Also try repairing Acrobat from the 'Help' menu and check.

I'm connected to Wi-Fi, and Safari works fine, but Facebook / Youtube aren't working. I'm using the latest versions of each, and using the latest iPod version - what's wrong?

Pretty much the title - Wi-Fi seems to be fine, I'm using my laptop at the moment and internet's working fine. Safari works on my iPod touch also, but not Facebook or Youtube. Are Restrictions turned on? Go to Settings > General > Restrictions. If it says "On", enter your Restrictions password and see if Facebook and YouTube are turned off.

mate it is purely and simply a fail in the downloading and/or a glitch. Try redownloading the apps because this happenes to me if my internet cuts out half way through downloading , it starts again when its reconnected but it closes when i open, just redownload should help u.

Could not click on anything in Recovery disk and log in screen, but I can move the cursor around. Using 10.8, not sure what's wrong, anyone have an idea?

So the problem is, I cannot click on anything in the Recovery Disk and Log in screens (to enter your password), but I can move the cursor. My trackpad works fine everywhere else except for these screens. If I connect a USB mouse, I am able to click on things in these screens.
NOTE: I am not just tapping, I am really clicking on the trackpad.
I recall some time ago when this wasn't happening, not sure if that was when I was on Leopard. I sort of suspect 10.8.x, but I'm not too sure.
Has anyone else experienced this? Would appreciate help. Thanks!

Try an SMC reset. The article covers when this is required, but doing this will not affect anything.
