Step for upgrade 2.1.00039 to 3.01?

Hi all,
When I was upgrade apex 2.1.00.00.39 to 3.01 I was trying to make input data for
(from command line, from prompt from RUN DATABASE, with sqlplus.exe running)
coreins.sql(@c:\apex\coreins)

2> 2
3> XE
4> c:\TEMP
5> i .........or path?
6> XE .........or other?
7> SYSTEM ...same as SYS or ?
8> REPUBLICA ...pass from instalation apex ver 2.0 or?
9> c:\apex\ path fro apex directory or?
and apexins.sql
1> password
2> SYSTEM ..... or ?
3> SYSTEM
4> c:\TEMP .... path?
5> i ......?
Any explanation of upgrade APEX 2.1.00.0 39 >> APEX 3.01 would be
very helpfull, thanks in advice Gordan

I found that the end of apexins.sql should be change path where is coreins>>
