Steps on how to configure inbound e-mail to SAP

Good Day!
Is there anyone who can give me the procedure on how to configure SAP e-mail going to e-mail server(exhange server). Actually from SAP GUI e-mail going to external e-mail like exchange....

How can i autoforward that mail from SAP INBOX to the outlook

Hi ,
My Requirement is that,
I have to send an email to outlook, whenever PO Created in SRM System
I have created custom workflow, i have added a sendmailtask step, i given the SAP userid to send SAP Mail to the user.
It is sending SAP Mail to the User to his inbox perfectly.
Now, how can i autoforward that mail from SAP INBOX to the outlook. This is has to work for all users.
Please give some suggestions. ot it can be achived any other way.
Note: This is Email Message not a workitem.
I have doubt that RSWW program will work only for workitems.*

Hi ST,
what I understand from your requirement is that you are able to send messages using SendMail Step to SAP Inbox and now you want it to be sent to users Outlook.
Here you need to create a container which would store users email address of Outlook (which would be stored in SU01 or in a ztable), use this container in your Send Mail step and in the Recepient Type as email.

Scenario is like this... Ex: for MEAT
There should be a Parent article & child articles process.
i.e Chicken X - 100 corcoss is divide into child articles (A,B,C,D,E,F) like
Brest bone - 5kg     - A
leg pieces - 2.5kg   - B
wings - 2.5kg         - C
P - 7.5kg                 - D
Q - 10kg                 - E
R - wastage - 50kg - F
these child articles wont consider for inventory
So how to configure this scenario in SAP Article master & to run this process.
Pl help me out with scenario

Material type WERT is correct.
In Material type maintenance you can control at all if a store will be value only inventroy managmenet or both.
Further in the Site master WB02, you can control it on MC level.

How to configure GB P60s in the SAP Portal, so that they can be viewed and printed/reprinted by the employee themeselves? Will HMRC accept P60s printed on any stationeries? Also, Client does not want employee address to be available in the address section, but just the office location.

Please refer SAP note 1542870 -Electronic P60 ,where HMRC have given employers the option of providing an electronic P60 to their employees.

We changed SAP OS between Windows and Linux and still 4.6c . Now we use linux OS.
We used smtp mail at SAP via Exchange with 3.party (sendmail,indigomail etc.) But Now I dont know how will we send smtp mail from SAP.

Can an inbound MM invoice contain items belonging to different POs?
Can the tax codes be different for different items in the same invoice?
How to get tax codes for invoice items? Do we take these from the corresponding item in the PO? or from material master or from vendor master or some where else?
What will be the tax code at the invoice header level?

Software: iMS 5.2
How to Configure two MX ( relay / Gateway servers) records in imta config file..? Our requiorement is to have two gateways defined ..for example "xyz.net" and "xyz.com". All emails destined to email addresses ending with ".net" should use the "xyz.net" gateway and rest of them should use the "xyz.com" gateway. and the configuration should be flexible enopugh to accomodate future additions to our gateways.

Well, To point the outside mail servers to your gateways just put MX entries for each domain into DNS and point dns to the correct host for that domain.
To make the mail server recognize the domain just create it in the ida and put the users under that domain. The users mailhost attribute will take care of letting the gateways know where to forward the mail so it will go to the correct host.
If you need to do domain aliasing with the same users for both domains that is a bit different. Do you need to do this?

But, Our Oracle Application Server is Solaris Machine.
We want to configure the Mail settings .. while sending Oracle Alert from Oracle application, it should reach our NT Mail server.
In Unix settings Alert is working fine.

When i select 'Email' , 'New' and then i select the last option 'Other' (yellow envelop).
Then i have to fill in my e-mail adress and the password.
This works for recieving e-mails, but when i want to send an e-mail this doesn't work!!
In which menu can i fill in the pop and SMTP servers?
My phone version is: 012.004

sounds like you are trying to use the NM, which is the default email setup on all the new phones.
when you are setting up your email, there will be a place where you need to agree tot he terms of service....on the right soft touch, choose "ignore" then you can set up your email on the intrated symbian email client where you can choose the outbound settings and interval of auto updates.

Hi,
Letter of Credit / Bank Guarantee are noted items in SAP. There is no effect in the books of accounts for these items. You have to create seperate Spl G/L Indicator for LOC and assign the same to normal reconciliation account of Vendors / Customers as per your requirement. For creating this go to 'OBXT' and the necessary configuration. To create LOC in SAP Easy Access goto F-55 and process the transaction.

Do you know if there is any posibility to define a fix tax amount on SAP,
To summarize, a vendor add 1u20AC to each invoice, called the stamp tax. I need that when I am posting the amount in the G/L account the stamp tax "1 u20AC" be posted to a special expansion account.

Have you managed to find a way to configure the stamp fee in SAP. We are facing the same issue. We need to set up a fixed amount tax on sales documents (invoices).
We are also facing the same problem in Tunisia with the 3 decimals format. Legally all documents should be in 3 decimals where as our CO currency is in EUR and in 2 decimal format.
