Apparently the Bluetooth Share app has re-appeared in the Nokia collection in the Marketplace for some regions over the last week or so. If you still do not have the update in a week's time, then I suggest that you contact your local Nokia Care for clarity on the matter, or source the QR codes to download the app directly: http://nokia.com/support

Sign onto her Apple/iTunes ID in the iTunes Store. Then click on the iTunes ID and then on Account in the dropdown. Once you have her account screen displaying, scroll to the bottom and click on RESET next to the line "Reset All Warnings for Buying and Downloading", then try again (with her iTunes ID still signed on).

I bought Lumia710 in Taiwan, I think Nokia also sold many 710 for Taiwan people.
But why Lumia710 is update not available for Taiwan users ?

I understand your frustration, however update availability can vary depending on Region and carrier, this is because some regions and carriers may not have signed off the update or have policies preventing the update occuring.

Unfortunately, anything obtained at the app store remains tied to the Apple ID used to obtain it forever. You will either have to start over with your new ID or try to recover the original ID.

You may want to try to search your device for this app then delete it. You can use this article to utilize spotlight search and find the app:

"Update not available for this id" after Yosemite upgrade

Hello,
I have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010) 2,53 GHz Intel Core i5.
I upgraded O/S from Maverick to Yosemite. Now I try to perform latest update, and iMovie, Numbers, Keynote, Pages are listed in the Update list.
However each time I try to update them, AppStore refused with the error "Update is not available for this id..."
I did not change Apple Id since a long time, and performed latest update on Maverick before doing the upgrade. I checked the "Purchases" tab, these applications are not listed, not sure they were listed before the upgrade. I tried to sign out / sign in with my apple id, still same issue.
Anyone encountered same trouble ? What is the solution to fix this ?

Nokia Music 2.1 Update not available for me?

I did install and using Nokia Music 2.0 on my handset, but when they launch 2.1 Update, i cannot find it anymore on the market (the 2.0 is still installed until now). As it turns out, Nokia Music is not available for my device/area.

I'm trying to update numbers, pages and keynote (after I performed the os x yosemite update), and I keep receiving an error message that says "This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled." I am using the same Apple ID as when I bought the computer back in '09 (macbook pro), any suggestions?

Microsoft Apps update not available for Nokia 701

From nokia conversations website, I could see that MIcrosoft Apps is available for Nokia 701 (http://conversations.nokia.com/2012/04/10/get-microsoft-office-for-symbian/) post Belle FP1 update. But I am not able to get that update. I am from India. My product code is 059J7M4 (This is a new code that I got after taking my mobile to Nokia care for software update).

If the Nokia care point staff has changed your product code in repair, they should have changed it back to the original before handing it back to you. In this case please visit the Care point and ask them to change the product code back to the original. If they have replaced enough parts, or the whole device, so that the product code has been changed as well, then it's just not available for your device yet.

Update not available for Final Cut Pro X

My dad installed Final Cut Pro for me in 2010-2009, and we later updated it to Final Cut Pro X in 2012. I'm 16 now, and I use the app a lot to splice and add effects for visual media and such.
My dad downloaded Yosemite recently, and now it wont let me use FCPX anymore. I have version 10.0.6, which is apparently too old to run on the system anymore!
I thought I'd just go update it, but there was no update available on the Mac App Store. I searched the app store for FCPX, and found it available for its regular price, even though the app is already installed. I wanted to do the re-download trick a lot of people are talking about, but it wont show up in my purchases section either. I check my father's account for the purchase as well, and it was still missing.
I dont feel like we got FCPX off the app store originally. My dad claims he may have downloaded a bootleg originally, but I dont think that makes sense if we were able to update it before to X, and the loading screen states that the application was licensed to my father.
Any ideas?

I've tried logging into both accounts, and the content is not there. I may ask if theres possibly another account to check though.

5310 f/w update not avail. for me?

I live in Canada and I just upgraded to a 5310.
I've read that there's a v5.81 update for the 5310 that makes the ringer/speaker louder and wanted to update to it.
But when I run the Nokia Software Updater software it says there is no available update.
My phone is/has v3.63.

That is a difficult to answer.
The firmware is dependent on the product code embedded into your handset. This number is printed on the label under the battery. The Nokia Canada website doesn't appear to be up to date, however if you go to this UK page: http://www.nokia.co.uk/link?cid=EDITORIAL_799358 You can enter the product code into that page (the Product code and not the IMEI) and it will tell you what the latest revision is.
Armed with this you may be able to contact your service provider and ask when they will allow the latest version to be available from Nokia, however speaking to someone at your network that actually does know might prove difficult.
I'm not up to speed with the 5310's latest version, or when it was released, it doesn't look like there was a recent update in the news section. Some networks unfortunately after a few updates never allow later versions to be updated. I know that T-Mobile UK do not seem to allow the latest version for the Nokia N95, and it has been out several months now.
It is pretty irresponsible of the networks but I'm sure that they have their own reasons for not allowing the upgrade.
Keep and eye on that page I have linked and you might get an update soon.
