I have read through the forums..made sure to try every option available..still I can not get songs to delete from library. Help!!

I am assuming you have tried all the obvious ones, delete key, right-click -> delete, Edit -> Delete, etc. Are you getting an error message when you try to delete? Are you just trying to delete from the library or delete the file as well?

Each router is a little different but here are the basics: login to the router using the administrator account, should have that info from the installer, and then you should find something like security settings, or it may be advanced security. There will be a setting to the effect of limiting access, or it may say allow Mac address authentication, or admit the Mac addresses in the table...if that is switched on, you can just switch it off and that will allow any wireless device to attach. If you want to keep it on, then you have to enter the Mac address for the device you want to use for access. In the case of the iPad, go to Settings > General > About > WiFi Address (another way of saying Mac address). Enter that very long sequence in the router's Mac address acceptance table and that should take care of things.
Using the Mac address does not change any of the email settings, just limits attaching to the router in the first place.
If you are already getting email, you must be attaching already so this should not be an issue. If you are having email issues, such as receive but not send, you may not have the outgoing server set correctly: Settings > Mail > Account > Outgoing server name (usually an SMTP server) and you may have to go to the advanced settings to enter the outgoing password (normally the same as the account/incoming password) and then check to see if SSL is ON or OFF...most common email services say to set to OFF.

After total Restore (factory settings) tried again, showed connected to router, but does not display "check" next to router but little rotating icon even though the wifi range signal shows connected at full strength and it says it is connected. Just can't seem to get it to generate an IP. Any solutions other than turning it on and off again? Not a Merry Christmas morning.

Ok, so, a couple of things: Denisefromwaleska and I have the exact same size/type/color iPod. Now wishing I'd bought the black one maybe...
Second, Airport is an Express and I have a second one that I carry with me when I travel. Tried to connect my Airport Express to the internet and could not although the iPod did recognize the router and tried to connect to the internet for some time, unlike my previous problem. Updated firmware on my travel router, still could not connect to the internet. Going to try to set up a manual Static IP on the travel router here in a few and conect through it although I predict the problem will persist. Back on the Christmas Present Airport Express router, it is back in play and working fine for all devices save the iPod.

No Mail. I can not get or send mail from my iPhone,iCloud, or mail on the desktop. Password is correct i can get into iCloud but not able to get mail.

I can not get or send mail from my iPhone, iCloud, and desktop mail. All are the same account, password is right and working. When the problem first happened I updated to a new password.
The Mail and the phone are telling me ( "The iCloud IMAP server “p99-imap.mail.me.com” rejected the password for user “k****n******2”}
From the iCloud account i get a message saying mail could not be loaded and the details. Which i have copyed below.
Any thoughts or anyone I can ring ? This was a paid for mobile me account.

Spent at least 40 min talking to apple support, to sort it out. luckly not at my cost. After trying lots of things and speaking to a higher grade support person I was given a temp password which did the trick. I then was able to reset that with my own password.
The impression i got was no one knowns what the problem is and resetting the password at the apple end works. Not sure if you would be able to self fix.

Did you click on the Firewire word? What do see to the right of it?
If you see something like the picture and nothing below the "Maximum speed" line, then the camera is not being "seen" by your mac. Otherwise a description of the camera should appear in the right pane.

What App are you using to get the audio stream? Safari should work unless Flash is involved.
I have used the free NPR App to listen to radio stations, but I don't know if it works with TV stations.

BUT AFTER I CONNECTED IT TO THE COMPUTER ITS GONE NOW!!!! ISNT IT SUPPOSE TO ADD THE SONG TO THE COMPUTER LIBRARY. NOT DELETE IT FROM BOTH!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME!!!! Thank you francis for actually helping me, as opposed to rudely lecturing me like some other "now it alls" in this forum. I realized this problem was old. It has happened to me before (hence why i was kinda t'd off), but for some reason I just couldn't find out how to get that form. Thank you very much. Apple definitely needs to get on this. It's no only causing Apple's customers annoyances, but is just causing Apple more work period by having to give back credit and sift through claims. It is for sure a bug that annoys many people, and should not still be a problem if Apple was on top of the ipod touch's wifi store like they're suppose to be. But, thanks again for HELPING me.

Been having trouble in pogo for few days now only with firefox installed new version and still can not get into games please advise can play in explorer but I did enjoy fire fox

I would like to know why I can't play any of my games in firefox from pogo. Have no problem in other sites. I used this all the time until three days ago but could not get in so went to explorer. Where it works fine. I uninstalled old firefox and put installed new version but the problem still remains. Would appreciate you looking into this for me. Thank you Jan

The tool generates this 'deprecated' file. Should I just move its exact content to the new location?
