Still can't find answer to recovery of pictures.

This is my first day here and my first question. I have read where many people lost their camera and pictures after a update. I update today from 2.0 to 2.1.0. 1314 It is as if I just purchased it. Nothiong there. BB most definitely put some kind of warning before updating that you are goping to lose everything. Nothing.
Snap..Gone. I live in New Jersey close to where hurrican Sandy hit. The Shore area. I have all pictures of it on my pkaybook. A piece of history. Even videos. History gone. I just want to know is there ANY way of getting those pictures? Yes or No?

Have you never made a backup of your PlayBook to your PC?
I haven't noticed this issue with others. Have you connected your PlayBook, since the upgrade, to the PC and looked for the pictures from that manner?
In the Settings > About > Hardware, have you noticed a large rise is the available memory which would result from a large mass deletion of pictures and video?

Scroll Wheel Issue- Still Can't Find Answer

I recently started using PPro CS5 on my Windows 7 64 bit computer and am very pleased with it. However, the scroll wheel will not work at all in the application, not even when I hover the pointer over the scroll bar. I've searched the forum, but cannot find an answer that applies to my situation. The scroll wheel works in the other Adobe apps, but not in Premiere. Can anyone please help me with this? I would greatly appreciate it!

Going way back, there were several InteliPoint drivers, that caused all sorts of issues with Adobe products. After a bit, things got better, and MS seemed to be on a roll. Then, about 18 mos.back, several InteliPoint drivers went bad, regarding Adobe. Have not heard of this since, but it happened twice in the past.

Yes, I filed police report, but there is nothing they can do until I get back to them on the tracking. It's been offline. I'm sure the whoever took it can find a way around breaking in the ipad..i really was hoping to get my pictures and videos of my kids back

If you got the iPad from your school, and the Installing Apps restriction is 'off' but greyed out (as you 've said here https://discussions.apple.com/message/16137325#16137325) so that the App Store app is hidden, then it's likely that your school has set the restriction - you will need to ask them to remove the restriction for you.

Can't find the onekey recovery in my thinkpad yoga?

I need to backup my system after all the new installation but somehow can't find the onekey recovery in the new thinkpad yoga. Why the thinkpad yoga doesn't come with onekey recovery?
Also I downloaded and installed onekey recovery version 8.0.0.1219 but when I tried the system backup it said "Current system can not support back up". Am I missing something here? Has anyone able to back up their thinkpad yoga?

That's because photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days, even though your last 1000 photos will remain on your devices until deleted.
If you still have the older photos on your phone, you can stream them to your PC by adding them to a shared photo stream and inviting yourself as a subscriber (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4864). Or, if they are still in your camera roll on your phone you can import them using your usb cable as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
If they aren't on your phone any more but were in the camera roll when it was last backed up, restoring the backup should recover them.

finally getting back to this project---adobe starter edition 3.2 is on a windows XP computer
ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 12 is on our Windows 8.1 computer.
error messages--- had to give up trying to convert---I copied all our pictures to our windows 7 laptop and I installed adobe photoshop elements 12 (my bought program)
I wanted to try to convert there first. also I copied our catalog to this computer also. Everything was working fine I could see the collections just as they where on the XP computer.
then I tried to convert on the laptop. I believe the error said something about corrupt file, so I gave up that day. Next day I tried to open ADOBE STARTER EDITION 3.2 and it wanted an unlock code, no such code exists. and my copy of Elements 12 turned into a trial version which has expired. So I am a little hesitant to try to convert on the XP computer and mess up the existing catalog,
unless there is a fool proof way. I have tried manually making collections/ albums on Windows 8.1 and PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 12 and coping pictures into the new albums. sloooow!!
I probably have about 4500 pictures and 150 collections/ albums to go. So any suggestions would be appreciated.
