Still can't get to iCloud mail since 9/11 11amCST. Help?

Can some one please give a realistic ETA and timezone when iCloud mail will be back up??

Only Apple can do that and they may not even know.

It's a really bad idea to post your email addresses - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove them.

I've tried every ID and password I can think of and I still can't get my Apple Mail to send/receive emails from my iCloud Account?

iCloud on my Mac and my iPhone is so frustrating... There are also too many user ids... very confusing!

You should only have one ID for iCloud, and perhaps one for the iTunes Store, depending on how you set it up.
To setup iCloud email you need to login with your iCloud @me.com email address and iCloud password.

Be sure the mini is connected to icloud (system preference>icloud) and that you also have mail turned on. Then be sure the mail program has the icloud account defined in it's preferences.

Keep powering your phone off and back on, it can take up to 2 hours for a normal service provider to finalize the activation process. When you got your new iPhone (congrats by the way) you should have received a little bubble that appeared that told you when the phone was activated, did you see that?

I had two iCloud account - one on my iPad set up with Me.com. Its a long story as to why I had two account which I will not the issue. I changed my iPad account to link up with my MacBook Pro account - which is my primary account. After doing this all seemed OK except I could not get y primary iClould email account set. When I tried to add my primary iClound email account it only allows you to add a NEW iClould account which is not what I want.
How do I correct this issue? Thanks.

Thanks Winston but your solution did not work. In my iCould account everything works except Mail - that being contacts, calendar, reminders, etc. When it comes to mail it is currently OFF. When I turn it ON, it states that I need to create a NEW free iClound account, and allowing me to establish my existing account.
When I tried your solution, it stated that the account already exists but in reality it is not on my iPad.
Any more thoughts?

Hi all, I've posted elsewhere and this site and am new to mac so bear with me. I really cant seem to get my epson 3800 (and my old 830U) to work, even after downloading what I thought were the most current drivers. Am I missing something... I've been at it for so many hours now, and would love to love my new mac after swapping (from a very functional) PC system. Forgive me if I'm asking already answered questions but I've followed all the advice I could find and still no luck. Al i get is a single, generic printer dialogue with no options worth speaking of... what happened to all my printer functions...I really need them for my work, and can't bear the thought of having to re-install my PC to get me through.
Any help much appreciated.

Thanks for you help...sadly I have done this several times now with no luck. After deleting all drivers, I download the latest version direct from the Epson site (pro 3800), I then delete any printers in print menu, re-add the new printer driver, navigate to select the driver again. I check the details are correct (driver version 6.1).
Still no luck...what am i doing wrong? Is there something I am missing here?
I am just about at the end of my teather here...Is it possible to revert a previous version of OS x...I've not done this before but I just have to get working and I've been trying to solve this problem for nearly a day now...

Most likely you have Office 2004 which are PPC-only applications and will not work in Lion. Upgrade to Office 2011. Other alternatives are:
Apple's iWork suite (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.)
Open Office (Office 2007-like suite compatible with OS X.)
NeoOffice (similar to Open Office.)
LibreOffice (a new direction for the Open Office suite.)

Can not get my voice mail while in canada

Hello i can not get my voice mail while in canada.. help call forwarding is off.. when i dial my 10 digit number and hit send it says call ended.... but as soon as i cross back into the us it works just fine .. all was good till approx 6 weeks ago.. i have not added any thing or removed any thing either.

While in Montreal PQ I don't receive voice mail notifications and *VM does not work. However if I dial my ten digit phone number I can retrieve my voice mail.
Also when I get to my hotel I can dial my phone and retrieve that way.
Another way is to use the backdoor Verizon voicemail number then follow the prompts to enter your cell number and password code.
It is not toll free but I have never been charged for using it.
Of course I don't know if it even is still available.

Be sure you are checking the email account that you used to set up the Apple ID you used to create the iCloud account. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well as your inbox. The email you should receive looks like the image below. When you get it, click the Verify Now link.
If it still isn't there, try going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right look for a link to resend the verification email.

Go to Settings>Wi-Fi. At the bottom, make sure the "Ask to Join Networks" is ON. When you are out and about, any network the iPad sees will be shown and it will ask you if you want to "Join" it. If it is unsecure/free you tell it yes and you should connect. However, if there is a little padlock looking icon shown with the network name, it means that it is a secure network and you need a password to join. If you don't know it, you can't join. At most Starbucks and such, the Wi-Fi is free and you should be able to simply connect. Not really that hard. There are not security settings on your iPad to adjust. You'll figure it out.

I'll change it now. I just realized it sounds rough, but I was mad because I couldn't get it work, it isn't anyone's fault, sorry
EDIT: I got it to work at an usable state! By using the 8192cu driver on the AUR and the suggestions in the comments about disabling power-save, I got it to be usable. It now has up to 8% packet loss, not 30-40% like before, and the ping spikes are now 300-400 ms and less frequent, not 1000-1200ms. It's not working really well but now I can at least surf the web. Thank you all for the patience.
EDIT 2: after testing more I realized it still disconnects every few seconds when I'm far from the AP. However, when connected, I still have very strong signal. If I use it on windows or another distro it doesn't disconnect. I tried compiling the driver from realtek by myself using the istructions in the second post but I don't know how to fix some compile errors, so I decided I'll stick with my usb dongle. Maybe someone will find a better solution.

Go into compositionReady and have 3 variables you will be able to set them like this
strike1 = 0;
strike2 = 0;
strike3 = 0;
So on the wrong item click have

PLAY STRIKE2 ANIMATION
strike2 = 1;

So this will make it so when the wrong item is clicked each strike will be played in order.
Random Scrolling -
You should look into the Math.Random function to make things random in edge.
This is an example of the Random function. It will generate a random number up to 100.

So we can create another variable in compositionReady for the lose score.
score = 0;
Now when the user gains a point to add to the score you could do this code on the click
score++;
which would add 1 to the score, However you can add however much you like to the score doing "score + 2" and so on.
To edit a text with the score at the end which I'm assuming you will want to do you will use .html
so $("Text").html("You score is " + score);

I can't my Apple mail to work. It started when I did an up date. When I went to use mail (the little stamp at bottom) it said, "you can't use this version of mail with this version of OS X. I looked on support and was told to solve the problem by downloading combo package and security update. Did it 3 times. I did everything. Still doesn't work. I even took everything mail out of applications and the library and did those two updates and still can't get it. Could I reinstall OS X Snow Leopard and would that affect any of my documents like i photo or i tunes? I don't want to loose anything! I have spent way too long on this problem. I feel like I own PC with windows again. Please help!!!!!! Frustated

No need to reinstall Snow. Try trashing all the Mail.apps you have. (But don't empty the trash yet!) Do a search for those. Reinstall Mail from the DVD in Optional Installs. This will put Mail 4.2 in Applications, then run the Combo Update, which will update Mail to 4.5, and then the Security Update again, in that order.
