I have tried everything in the forums, and been on the phone with tech support. Still unable to install the CC desktop on my iMac. Case had been "Escaleted" and I am still waiting for "senoir" techs to call me, its been 5 days, no call, no email......NOTHING.

This happens when there is a service of creative cloud running in background and generally when you restart your machine and run the update it works.
Please restart your machine and run the update and it will work.

That would be great if the resolution was that simple. I am using a public key I generated using the putty key generator. Below is the key I would use if I got that far. However I get an error on the "ssh authentication publickey" attribute so I never get the chance to enter a public key. What code version and hardware version are you running that this worked on?

Even if you use a 64bit OS, the office version could be either 32bit or 64bit. Which one do you use? If already installed a 64bit version Office, try to switch to a 32bit one, because it will work fine and might solve your problem too.

Ok, so after like 4 days of going through all these different issues, I figured out that several programs weren't downloading, and it was an issue with my wireless connectivity messing up the digital signatures, so if you plug in your comp to the modem and delete your temp files, it should start to work!

I have a 21.5 inch iMac with ATI 4670. I have been trying to install Windows 7 via boot camp but couldn't succeed. I tried both x86 and x64 but neither of them worked. Whenever I install Windows, after I input the details of my account and network settings, the computer reboots up and then hangs up on the black screen. I tried many ways but nothing worked.
I think about yesterday Apple has released drivers for late 2009 iMacs with ATI graphics cards. The manual tells me to move the "drivers" folder and the "autounattend.xml" file to a usb drive. The drive should be formatted with FAT file system, named MBRFAT and should be connected during the installation.
I have tried this method again for both x64 and x86 and this time I keep facing a different problem. As the windows installation begins, before passing to the part where I have to choose the partition for the installation, setup wizard asks me to the choose the Windows version to install. I'm guessing that would be like choosing between 64 or 32-bit or from Ultimate or Home etc. But on the list there is nothing written. It is an empty box. There are no versions of Windows to choose from and I can't click next without choosing anything! As a result I still can't install Windows 7 on my iMac.
Does anybody know what we can do for this problem? Also I have to say that I don't have any other Windows versions installed. I'd like to know also, if I can update my Boot Camp to this newly released 3.1 over MacOS.

Cannot install BB Desktop Software v7.0 on Windows 7

I downloaded the new Desktop Software v7.0 B44, but cannot install it. When I double click on the file (700_b044_multilanguage.exe) it starts extracting itself, and it stops half way (while unzipping Data1.cab) and a message comes up saying "Zip damaged: file Data1.cab: Bad CRC".
Anyone else has the same problems? Please advise. By the way, I'm using Windows 7, in case that makes any difference. Thanks.

Cannot install the software for my new printer

I just purchased this printer yesterday and have been working all this time trying to get the software installed. I've used the CD that comes with the printer. I've used the online software and used the assistant to download and install. I've gone through many of the forums here and troubleshooted with all I've seen. I keep getting the error message cannot install. I'm getting frustrated at something so simple in the past has become a chore. I have only used HP products for my scanners/printers and I'm afraid my next step may be to pack this unit up and take it back to the store for a different brand. Please help.

Greetings. I re-installed CS5 when I changed the hard drive of my PC. Now I cannot install the updates although in my old setup, I had no problem and was able to update to CS5.5.
Should I download and install CS5.5 manually on top of CS5?
Or should I remove CS5?
Will my CS5 licence work for CS5.5?

Each time I turned on the computer I would get the message that several updates to Photoshop were available but could never download them or install them. Following your March 17th instructions did not do the trick. However after some trials and errors, I managed to get the updates to cs5 installed (unfortunately, I don't know how I managed!). I still cannot get cs5.5 but it's OK.
Someone from Adobe called me and suggested that I upgrade to cs6 at a special price but I declined the offer, thinking that at some point in the future, I may move to CC.
Thank you for your help, it lead me to a solution.
