Still corrupt backup error even though I've deleted the backup. Help?

I've deleted my backup and I'm still getting the corrupt backup error. Now I can't update my my Iphone version 7.1, my current version is 7.06. I've tried backing up on the cloud and on my computer.

iTunes>Preferences>Devices. Back ups are listed in this section. Delete the back up thats corrupt.

Well, you're not alone. The question is why is this happening? Since the referenced link shows the same type of problem with Yahoo finance, I suspect there is a coding problem on the site, specific to how Firefox is reading the code. Not being a programmer, I can't offer specific advice other than contacting either Firefox through their Community forum, or Yahoo Finance.

Try logging into your Yahoo account from a computer, search out the contact you are trying to delete and manually correct or delete the bad contact.
The bad information might be hidden as a second address or other contact information (or misspelled) and not be showing up on the iphone but will pull up the address anyway.
I had one old address in a contact that kept pulling up each time i tried to email him. The new address was there, but the old address was what the phone kept showing. When I edited the contact info from my computer the old address went away, and the new address started poping up.

I use iBookAuthor to make a textbook for my students; I revised it, including title page, but when I export it and upload it to my iPad, the old title page appears, even though I've deleted the older version of the text before I upload the new one.

Last year I produced a textbook using iBookAuthor for my students. I exported it as an iBook and they uploaded it to their iPads. This year, I revised it, including revising the title page. However, when I upload the new version, the old title page is shown, not the new one. I deleted the older version of the textbook before I did this. I've been told that I can cut and paste each revised chapter into a new template and that will work; however, title page and glossary can't be cut and pasted. Any thoughts for getting the entire new version on the iPad? I'm also told that if it is uploaded to an iPad that never had a previous version of this textbook, it will upload correctly. But my iPad has had several older versions, now deleted.

I had a similar issue when trying to create an iBook file to submit for course credit for one of the Apple Learning Essentials classes I took. I had a book I'd started previously which I updated and submitted, and then had to make some edits to for the course evaluator. I made the edits, and when I previewed the book in iBooks Author, it looked correct, but whatever I sent to him only showed some of the edits - for example a new page I created was there, but some edits I made to image captions and the title page image were not.
What worked for me was to do a "Save as" of the actual Author file to a totally new location (I used the Desktop), and then submit that file - which seemed to work in terms of the changes sticking. I even used the same file name.
I'm not sure if some similar action might help you (maybe change the file name slightly?) or if you've already tried something like this.
Still doesn't change the fact that this is a pretty irritating bug.

The pictures from iPhoto keep transferring, even though I have deleted the app. What to do?

A downloaded Pdf file of a Manual keeps appearing on the screen after I close a website I have visited even though I have deleted the download. How do I stop it

The download of the Calibre Manual appears on the screen every time I close a website. I have deleted all references to the Calibre Manual from my computer so I assume Firefox is accessing it each time I access a website. Could this happen? In any case how do I stop it?

This manual is displaying in a Firefox tab, in the built-in PDF viewer (or Adobe Acrobat viewer)?
If you open a new blank tab using Ctrl+t, does it show up there?
If you click the Home button on the toolbar or press Alt+Home on the keyboard, does it show up as one of your home pages?

YOU can't fix it. But you can bring it in to Apple for an out of warranty replacement for $199.

Both parties must be connected to wifi to use FaceTime (and you must have FaceTime turned on in Settings>Facetime). If you're phone shows 3G at the top when it's on, you're not connect to wifi; you'll have to solve that problem first.

Getting an VISANS timeout error even though VISA Status is 0

I have an application that runs well on my development system but consistently fails at the user site giving out timeout errors even though the user experiences no time outs. Indeed, VISA returns a success status. Yet, it raises timeout exceptions such as in this segment from my trace log:

The first exception above is raised on the session Message Based Reader ReadLine() command.
Note that I check for message available before issuing read.
Note also that VISA NS returns a status code of success:   VISA status=Success (this is what I log above)
The second exception is raised after I try to clear the write buffers using the Message Based Writer command: WriteLine()
Here too VISA reports success.
Note also that the above segment executes in less than one second whereas the time out is set to 30 seconds.
The user runs VISA 4.3 runtime. I am using NationaInstruments.VisaNS 8.1.20.222.
I would be most grateful for some clues as to how to further explore this issue. We have been at it for a few days already and are not seeing any light at the end of this tunnel.

Hello David,
It looks like you are not passing any valid handlers in your viUninstallHandler command. Calling viUninstallHandler removes the specified handler from the list of
active handlers on the given session. You can see the exact error information for your error in the picture below.

First of all, try another port on your computer. Some ports are not connected direct to the motherboard and do not recognize the iPod as well as those that are. Reset the iPod each time you connect it to another port.
Still no joy, see these.
Your Windows PC doesn't recognize iPod.
iPod appears in Windows Explorer but does not appear in iTunes.
iPod does not appear in iTunes.
Fast user switching in Windows XP is not supported.
Strange iPod behavior.
When restoring the iPod, put it into disk mode first.
