Still Freezes and Lags

I have a curve 9330 from Verizon. I have all but the default apps closed I even pulled BB messenger. I have pulled the battery andhard booted I have a clean load of OS 6 and the phone still freezes when typing a txt message The freeze or lag if you want to call it that lasts from 1 to 15 seconds. This happens at least 20 times a day. I have searched the knowledgebase and done everthing to no avail.
Any help before I smash the phone would be appreciated

Phone 5 is freezing and lagging

My iphone 5 keeps freezing and lagging. It doesn't alert me when I get text messages and when I open my phone I will have 15 texts messages. My phone also feezes when I press to open my text messages or even try and open my phone. Can anyone help me?

Press home button twice quickly, in new row of icons at bottom, press and hold one until red minus sign appears, delete them all. Then Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until the iPhone restarts itself, ignore the slide to power off, let iPhone restart itself.

Computer STILL freezing and spinning ball after mountain lion update

I have an early 2011 Macbook and like many others I am STILL experiencing the sporadic freezing and spinning beach ball of death/ pull my hair out / F*in up my life MULTIPLE times a day for hours on in!!!
I've erased all caché, reinstalled OS X Moutain Lion and conducted a reset of some sort by using Command + Option + P + R (I got this tip from another thread I randomly found). The reset works only for a short period of time, then I'm back at square one.
I love the update but its really starting to impact my life in a major way.
If someone could PLEEEEEEEASE advise a permantent fix to this problem, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, please tell me how to uninstall this OS completely!!

It is time for ALL of the new MBP machines to be replaced that are having the same issues. There is no reason that the new ones should be experiencing this issue. NONE of the Apple applications allow any work to occur since the update to 10.8.2 - something has destroyed the memory - it does not matter which Apple application I use, the memory is reduced to < 10 MB though it should be 8 GB. MacBook Pro 17" 2012 2.4 GHz Intel Core i7 Memory: 8GB 1333 MHz DDR3 OS X 10.8.2 SMC 1.70f5
Not going to fight any battle. Apple must do the right thing as these steps are a joke designed to take my time. Replace the machine. If that doesn't work, replace again. If that doesn't work, repeat.

Thunderbird freezes and lags constantly

I have been using Firefox for years and loved it above any other email client - until it started lagging a few months back. I don't know what caused it, it just started happening one day and never stopped after several updates and a few un-installs, it always returns.
The problem is pretty simple, every few minutes, at random periods of time (can be 10 seconds, can be 5 minutes) the program freezes and doesn't allow me to do anything at all. Sometimes, especially if I insist and keep clicking or typing, the screen whitens out a bit and I get a "non responding" message next to the program name. This lag can last anywhere between 10 seconds and 1-2 minutes.
I use it with Gmail and I should tell you that I have 100s of folders, but my inbox is clean. I never go over 100 emails in it at right now I have 4. I can't avoid the use of so many folders because of my work dynamic, I need to assign a new folder to every new client and several sub-folders for every provider associated with such client (I'm a travel agent).
I used to have Lightning installed but I removed it thinking it might be the cause of the problem - it wasn't.
I hope I can find a solution to it, I don't want to switch back to Outlook :(

If all of the above does not help, try what I did.
Windows explorer to C:\USERS
RIGHT click on your account and choose "Properties"
In the General tab, select the Advanced button
Uncheck the box "Allow files in this folder to have contents indexed in addition to file properties"
Select OK, and then select APPLY
When asked, allow this to apply this to all sub-folders. Click OK to close this window.
THIS WILL STOP THE HIDDEN APPS FOLDER FROM BEING INDEXED, WHICH WILL STOP WINDOWS FROM INDEXING YOUR EMAILS (which is the cause of the problem).
Next, go into your account folder and select just the folders you want indexed.
Repeat the above process of those folders (this time choosing to index the the folder and its sub-folders).
Ta da. Worked like a charm for me.

Firstly, it's never supposed to be on your lap. Read the manual warning regarding this. It's not a laptop, it's a notebook computer. Keep on a flat surface preferable with the rear elevated at least 3/4 to 1" to provide adequate ventilation.
Secondly, yes these computers do run hot because of the processor speed, GPU, and Retina screen.

Help. illustrator still freeze and shuts down. cs5, cs6

when i useing illustrator cs5 and cs6 suddenly shuts down or freeze.
i tried remove and intall many times and changed computer. but still has problem.
i can not see any error boxes. so event viewer is clear.

What files are you working on? Using any third-party plug-ins? Using specific fonts? Programs don't just crash at random, least of all on different systems. There must be some specific cause.

Repacement phone still freezing, and having to battery pull again.

I have not long had a replacement phone due to it freezing all the time, now the replacement phone has started to do the same, even though it is still under waranty can I I take it back to the carphone warehouse and change my phone to a different model of blackberry because I do not want to stick with the curve and want to go back to using the bold as I had no problems with the last one I had, any info would be grateful.

I think Carphone Warehouse would be able to better answer that question.

Freezing and lag when using Safari

I've had this issue for a while. It happens when I'm using Safari and have more than one window open, I may have some other apps open as well. The expose animation will start to happen but it will freeze half way for 3-5 seconds before running as normal. Sometimes it freezes for 5-8 seconds.
I tried a clean install of my iMac and it stopped doing it but after a week or so it started again.
I am running a 21inch Aluminium iMac 2.4ghz Core 2 Duo with 4GB 667 DDR2 RAM. It is the first aluminium model of iMac.
Is there an issue with my iMac or is it just a case of my Mac being old and am I in need of an upgrade. I am planning on buying a new iMac once the line refreshes later this year.

It's a little difficult to say for sure what it is right now. However there are a number of troubleshooting steps you can take. The first thing I would recommend doing is creating another account and calling it Test Account. Leave this account pristine, don't change any setting or add any software. Then log into this account and see if they problem still occur. If they stop then it's a software issue in your user account, if the problem still occurs then it's either a system wide hardware or software issue and is pointing to hardware, possibly just a failing hard disk. After creating the new account and testing please post back with your results.

The video in the timeline will not play through without lagging or freezing, making it nearly impossible to edit. I'm a high school teacher and this is my first time using Premiere Elements. I'm trying to get everything set up and running smoothly before student begin school. The footage is shot with a Panasonic GH4 (1920 x 1080, H.264). I'm using a Macbook Pro (2.4 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Intel Iris) to edit. Why is this program not running smoothly?

What version of Premiere Elements are you running on your Mac computer?
Is your 1920 x 1080 interlaced or progressive video, and what is the frame rate that you are using?
What is the file extension of the imported file which is presumed to use AVCHD (MPEG4 AVC/H.264) video compression?
What are you or the project setting as the project preset for the imported file? Please see Edit Menu/Project Settings/General and the
readings for Editing Mode, Timebase, Frame Size, and Pixel Aspect Ratio - even if they looked grayed out.
When you drag your file to the Timeline for the first time, does it have a orange line over the content or no colored line? Are you playing back
Timeline content with an orange line over it?
Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements and are you running both these programs from a User Account with Administrative Privileges? If you go to Publish+Share/Computer/QuickTime, do you see presets for the QuickTime choice?

Adobe Premiere CS 5.5 freezes and lags on a 1hour 45 minute video.

I'm running a quad core 2.7 GHz iMac with 32 gigs of RAM 1 GB graphics card and 500 GB of free space on the 7200 RPM hard drive.
Whenever I load a 1 hour and 45 min. video (it's videogame play) I go to sync it with my audio from external audio source and premier just freaks out... it locks up will let me scroll through timeline nothing and then after about 5 or 7 min. to unfreeze allow me to play it but if I make any adjustment to the timeline again the lockup and beach ball of death and activity monitor says Premier not responding.
Now tried shrinking the video down instead of having the whole 1 hour 45 min. in the timeline pulling it down to 20 min. but still the same thing and all the time that I'm working with this project if I had something to the preview window it doesn't load for a while.
I don't really know what to do it's super annoying I reformatted my Mac open that would help does premiere just not like a.k.a. is a piece of crap when it comes to long video clips it really does blow.
One last thing it seems as soon as I add a super long one hour plus video to it from your project that project a.k.a. all the clips and subsequences seem to also get laggy but maybe I'm just tripping on that point.
Anyway thank you for helping if you can.

IMovie clips freezing and lagging

I created an announcement video with music, multiple clips, and sound effects in it. When I preview and when I export it, the movie freezes in several locations no matter what I do. Is there a fix for this yet?

I updated to 7.1.1 now my phone constantly freezing and lagging.

Anyone else having same issue with 7.1.1 update?

I have talked to mulitple people about this. My iPhone 5c is having the same software issues. I have talked to people at apple now twice and they know off the issue with the 7.1.1 and are hopefully going to fix it soon. They told me to factory reset my phone and I told them that i was not updating my phone until the problem was fixed. My phone actually just restarted its self about 10 minutes ago and im tired of it. Its all software issues.
