Still have not recieved my

I sent my 5 gig zen micro in over 3 weeks ago, and I still have not recieved my replacement. I know it was recieved, and it was found defecti've, so when can I expect a replacement? The lack of tunes is killing me.

Well it depends what country your in. If your in U.S heres the number for customer service:
For english: 405-742-6622
For French: 405-742-2385
For Spanish: 405-742-2380
Im not sure if you their the ones your going to get help from, because they might not have the information. Usually if they dont have the information they connect you to the department responsible for RMA'S. But it takes FOREVER! To get connected.

  • Having sent 5 mails to your support center via mail i still have not recieved a respo

    I am having a common problem that alot of creative zen touch users are having. That is the buttons on the from no longer work for some reason rendering it unsable. I have tried to contact support multiple times via mail and though i have no spam blocker i am still only getting the standard mail. I have replied to this mail also. Can you please ask someone to contact me about this. My MP3 player is sitting here unusable over one month now. I have found this support experience very unuseful so far.

    How long ago did you reply to the mail? We are currently backed up on our email response, so you may not get an answer immediately.

    When I talked to Narish via chat on November 29, I was told I should be receiving an email within a few days. It has been over a week.
    This training was the only reason I purchased the photography bundle in November.

  • I have not recieved any licence # for my Creatice Cloud apps

    I have a creative cloud membership, have downloaded Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator CS6 from the Cloud Client. The software opens as trial versions and I have not been able to find any license number to register. I have not recieved any mail from Adobe with this and it is not present at my account. How do this work?

    Hi Manish. Thank you. The issue was that The application manager was set to Norwegian as language in The preferences. I set that to English and re-installed everything.  Now it's working fine.

    Close all application and Clear the bowser cache. Launch CS6 application and check, if you still get the activation .
    Click on License the software and type in the Adobe ID. It would work.

  • I purchased the light room program on jan 14 and still have not received payment receipt confirmation or download link.

    hello i purchased the LR program and still have not receive an email with the downloadable info. however i did receive they had confirmation of my order and it was currently being processed and that i would receive and email within 24hrs with payment confirmation and the link to download my program. so far i have not received either of those and its been 10 days. really need that program, i have customers photos i need to edit.

    A quick trip to Google would confirm that you don't need a "special" link from which to download the software:

    If you aren't receiving the email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder on it as well as the inbox) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

  • UPS transferred my package to local post office a week ago and still have not received package

    I ordered a pair of headphones online and got the email saying it was shipped on April 20. I live in Buffalo and the package was shipped from Syracuse. I tracked the package on UPS and it said it transferred the package to the local post office in Buffalo on April 21.
    When I checked the USPS website, it just says been 7 days and I still have not received it. 
    I need help in finding out where my package is. I'm wondering if it got lost in the post office since it's a pretty small package.  
    Should I contact Best Buy to replace my order and mail me another one? The address I'm living in is temporary and I will be moving from that address in two weeks so I'm worried about how long it will take. (I cannot have it mailed to the store to pick it up because I do not own a car and the local Best Buy store is too far for me)
