Still haven't got my order confirmation email...

It's been 36 hours since I pre-ordered my iPhone 5 and still haven't received my confirmation email. Anyone else having the same problem?

I spoke to a verizon representative today, and they sent me a text with order number and confirmation number, and Deliver by 09/21/12. Call them on monday. We spoke for about 5 min, I think  they spoke longer than they should have. They are very tired from taking so many orders. . As long as you have your order # and conformation #. It has to say 9/21/12. They also know when you put the order in by your verizon #. If it says 9/21/12 you beat the rush hour, those were the exact words. They stated you will receive an email, and tracking number when it ships next week. I hope this helps everone.

    Same here...plopped down >$2700 USD on a new Retina MBP a few weeks ago with the promise of a free upgrade to ML when it was released.  Now, I have no doubts that I'll get the upgrade but I'm not crazy about having to wait behind scads of others who are shelling out a mere $20 bucks.
    I was given the same 72 hour speech by Apple Customer Support.  With my Up-To-Date claim reference number in hand, it seems like they would/could provide an instant turn-around to those of us who are excited/eager enough to call in.
    Apple does a lot of things right but people...especially the clientele that gravitate toward Apple products...expect excellence across the board.  It's like a "nearly" perfect date....beautiful night...best table in the restaurant...delicious dinner with a fabulous bottle of wine...your date is smokin' hot in a little black dress.  On the way back to her place, she unbuckles her seatbelt and leans across with a hand towards your leg and then lets a gigantic, tear-demanding **** that makes you want to gag.  The next day somebody asks, "How was your date?"

    I am still in the return window but i really do not want to return my mac as i know it has the ability to do what i want, my problem is just finding the software that will work as i know there has been a lot of complications with OS X Mountain Lion with softwares that caim to be compatible but then later turn out not to be.
    I have been a windows user for years and this is really my first mac but apart from the hole software issue i find the mac 10x better than any windows computer i have ever used. For example i bought a HP laptop 4 weeks ago and has nothing but problems. At first the fans stopped working and making weird noises and then it began switching off when ever it felt like it and freezing like mad when i was trying to access the smallest program. I have found that now a days you dont get what you pay for with Windows especially since Windows 8 was released. Also Laptops such as HP now are just crammed with cheap parts, they dont take pride in their systems like they once used to unlike Apple. I know i will get more than a year or 2 out my mac (hopefully a lot more) but with windows systems it just seems to break all the time costing more money on extending warrantys. Also i like mac because i dont need to send it away if i ever get a problem, i can just take it into the apple shop half a mile down the road and they will fix it in store. Where as with windows i am waiting 2 weeks+ to just hear back from them.

  • Ovi charged me twice, still haven't got app

    I bought this app called 'gravity.' When using the 'phone bill' as the main payment method, I got the confirmation sms message, but for some reason ovi store crashed. So I reloaded ovi store and checked my download list. Gravity app was not there. So I did something silly and tried downloading 'gravity' again. Instead, I ended up purchasing the app twice (received sms confirmation again). But ovi store crashed again and I still haven't got my app.
    So I got charged twice by the look of it and I'm very annoyed because this is the most expensive app on ovi.
    What should I do now? I have the reference numbers from the sms messages. Please help!

    I have the samething but with a different app (flight controler)...
    You may try thru' the 'Contact Us' tab at the top of this page and inform Nokia / OVI providing all purchase details.. This may solve the issue..

    I am an old customer and I still haven't got the final bill yet. I called Verizon several times but they were not helpful. They said they will send but it has been more than 10days. Is there any way I can get the final bill (PDF) via email?

    After 5calls and 1 Verizon store visit, I was able to get the final bill. It was crazy complicated annoying since it seems they didn't want to care about old customer. Some representatives just hung up the call when I asked more about the detail. I think I made really good choice I escaped from their service after I had been with them over 10 years.

    I ordered my iPhone at about 1 am last night. I can use the order confirmation # they gave me at checkout to check my status, but my checking account hasn't been charged yet, and I haven't received a confirmation email yet (it said I would within two hours due to traffic). When will I receive this email and if the order tracking page says expecte ship date: 10/28, does that mean I will get it on the 28th?

  • Order Confirmation: Email as a PDF Document

    Hi Experts,
    I have a requirement that whenever the Sales Order gets created for specific Sales Org (for example S.Org 1022 only and not for 1023, 1024) and spcific Division (only 02 out of 02, 03, 04), it should trigger a mail with pre-draffted mail contents and a copy of Order Confirmation as an attachment in PDF format.
    This mail should be sent to the mail id maintained in the definition of Sales Office.
    Can this be mapped with Output determination? (I wanted to confirm it before doing because I have worked with Output determination but I have never used simple mail or EDI or External Send as a Transmission Medium)
    I came up with 2 possibilities
    1. Output Determination
    2. Workflow (I dont know workflow at all)
    Can somebody suggest me what is the proper way to map this requirement?

    T Code NACE
    Create new Output type and assign access sequence based on your required fields. Assign the output program and smart forms to the output type and the partner function (may be SP) and default medium.
    Output program should be able to read the sales office of the sales order sold to and then get the Email from it, else you can add a new partner function as contact person to the sold to and have the sales office Email ID in the contact person. The putput program can pick the contact persons email much easily than the sales office Email .  Work with your ABAP person to get the putput program created as per your requirements.
    Create the condition record for your output type. So once the output program is ready, you can process order for the relevant sales order and the output should get triggered in the order . based on the medium you assigned in the output condition type and / or output condition record it will be processed.

    Placed an order about 3 hours ago for new broadband and phone. Had expected an immediate email confirmation but so far nothing has arrived. I've logged into my account on BT.com but without a VOL number I can't check or track my order. Any ideas how long it's likely to take to receive this email?

    Welcome to the forum. In my experience confirmation emails come very quickly or not at all, but that may or may not be the general rule. I'd give it till midday tomorrow then ring the Options Team on 0800 800 030. Ignore the welcome to BT Business and say "existing order" or similar when asked why you're calling. They're UK based and tend to be helpful.
