Still having trouble verifying my email

Every time I delete and re-add it, it pops up with the MSG 'unable to verify account information' then when I go to save it says I won't be able to send or receive emails. It's killing me, I need to access my emails over my phone, why is it suddenly messing up my emails?

    I had to restore my iPhone after only having it for a month and I was pretty sure it was backed up to Icloud (The phone company set it all up for me) and I restored it and I wasnt able to get anything back. And now im trying to accesses my email and I go to my settings/Mail,Contacts,Calenders/Accounts/Add Account/Type in my email-password for my yahoo acouunt/Hit next and it verifies, and then something pops up and says, "Log into your Yahoo! Acount at www.yahoo.com" and then I hit OK and log in and nothing happenes. I haven't receieved and email or anything. I use my email for work, and family purposes and its more simple for me to use is from my iPhone rather than my PC or the Yahoo app(which ive been doing) I would love it if someone could help me out.   • Still having trouble with yahoo email account

    Getting user name or password incorrect message. I recently traded in my phone for a mew one, both 2nd generation. I tried reseting the password, to no avail. Posts on this topic haven't helped.

    One thing that might help.
    Try setting up using other instead of yahoo.
    Make sure your on edge or 3g and not wifi.
    Choose imap as account type when prompted.
    incoming mail server: imap.mail.yahoo.com
    Enter username and password
    Outgoing mail server: smtp.mobile.mail.yahoo.com
    Enter username and password
    Answer no to try w/ out SSL message
    Now save again and save anyway.
    Now go into the account advanced settings and turn ssl off.

    I recommend trying another browser to see if the 'confirm' button will then work. Otherwise, please reach out to support via the admin console of your site > Help & Support and we will be able to verify your email address for you.

    If you are having issues receiving the email verification for your security questions, you may find the following article helpful:
    When you provide a rescue email address during Apple ID creation, you will receive an email from Apple to verify that the email address provided is accurate. If you don't see an email from Apple asking you to verify your rescue email address, you may want to check your SPAM folder. If you still haven't received the email from Apple, you can sign in to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com) to resend your rescue email address. To resend your verification email, click on Password & Security. Then, click the Resend link located in the Rescue Email Address section.

    If you do not have a Rescue email (secondary email), you need to contact apple support, they will guide you through the process of resetting your security questions.

    Thanks for the question. I understand you are experiencing issues with Mail in OS X Mavericks. Base on the symptoms you provided, the following article may help to resolve your issue:

    If you click “Save password” in a dialog in Mail but still have to enter your password, there are a couple of things you can try.
    - Open Keychain Access, and then locate and delete the mail account password item.
    While in Keychain Access, you can also choose Keychain Access > Keychain First Aid to verify and repair keychain settings.
    - Open Disk Utility, and then select the volume (for your hard disk or disks) in the list of disks and volumes. Click First Aid and then click Verify Disk. If necessary, click Repair Disk. Then send yourself a test message.
    Note: The same steps apply for OS X Mavericks

    Make sure the iPhone 4 is on a wi-fi network. The receiving device may need to be too.

    Verify that both parties have an active Internet connection and are connected to a Wi-Fi network or a cellular data connection.
    FaceTime over cellular data isn't available with iPhone 4 or iPad 2.

  • Are people still having trouble with iPhone/HP Laptops?

    Since I've had my Envy I've had no end of trouble with getting it and the iPhone to play nice. Any my search continues. So far, I have updated every bios, reinstalled Windows 7/iTunes many times, have restored the iPhone far more times than I care to remember and I am STILL having troubles with this thing. Having got through the Syncing issues with the PM55 chipset and iPhone I can now sync with my laptop. However all is not well as it would seem that I cannot sync my photo's. It doesn't matter if I have 0gb, 15gb or 30gb free, iTunes is telling me that there is not enough memory available. This error seems like an old one and there is even some info in the Apple KB but after following all that I still can't get it to sync my photo's.
    Some info on my setup:
    HP Envy 15 (all the latest drivers installed, bios F.24) Core i7-820, 8gb ram etc.
    iPhone 32gb, ver 3.1.3
    iTunes (whatever the latest one is)
    I should add that I can sync my iPhone with an identical install of intunes on my vintage Quad core desktop PC, but as I use my Laptop a lot more (and have all my media, email, and contacts etc on it) I would prefer to sync to it.
    Is there anything that I can do? Its very frustrating to have blown $4k on this equipment and it doesn't work...

    Well I tried deleting the photocache but alas, no luck. I also tried syncing with just the photo's enabled, and it worked! So then I enabled my other media and that copied across too! I thought I was on a bit of a roll here, but now whenever I try and sync it will do one of 3 things:
    iTunes will crash.
    iTunes will indicate that there is not enough memory on the device (+9GB free)
    iTunes will remove the iPhone from the sidebar (and my computer/disk management) even though it will continue to charge.
    Interesting point to note is that it works fine (cable/iphone/itunes/media library) on my desktop and macbook. Still really disappointed that I cannot get these two to cooperate. Also still haven't got any contacts from outlook but that may not be related?

    Your payment has been succesfully transmitted to Adobe.
    you can try to sign out and sign back in to Creative Cloud Desktop App.
    Here are the steps:
    Step 1: Launch Creative Cloud desktop application.
    Step 2:Click gear icon on the top right corner.
    Step 3.Click on preferences.
    Step 4.Click on Accounts> Sign out.
    You would get the sign in option on the app, sign in with your Adobe ID.

    I actually regret the post I left this morning, only because it was impulsive and ill-mannered. I sat on chat twice for several minutes with no response, it did not seem to be working. From the page I was on, there was no phone option listed. When I closed down those pages and used the link that was provided via the community, then there was indeed a phone number which I called.
    My several experiences with support at Adobe have been poor and frequently the same problem with sign-ins and account status recur. I also learned only today that instead of three separate accounts we could have one shared corporate account which would have eliminated today’s issue and many in the past, but at no time has any support or business development types reached out to us to offer or explain the possibility.
    I apologize for being rude this morning in my email.  I’m normally better mannered than that expression indicated.

  • Problem with a constant Creative could pop up We are having trouble verifying you membership.

    This may be a problem already address in the but I can't find a solution. We moved from a creative cloud team membership to a enterprise membership.  We have created packages and pushed the 2014 out to the group. The package is licensed however we are still getting these annoying pop ups at launch. It states We are having trouble verifying you membership. Either you are offline or there is a billing issue. Please contact your administrator to resolve billing issues. Then there is a count down. After the count down is finished it just starts counting down again. We have uninstalled the creative cloud app  since we are not using it. It has only work on some machines. No one is logged into the creative cloud anymore. Does anyone know how to solve this? I am sure there is a old library file that need to be deleted but as of yet I can not find a solution.

    Thank you for your suggestions, however, I did not find an answer to my problem there. After about 8 hours of research, on-line chatting and finally a phone call all I have found out is that #1: I should remove or re-name the "hosts" document in my "/etc" folder. However, when I did that my Extensis Suitcase was disabled. Not a viable solution. #2: our firewall is blocking the Adobe products from contacting the Adobe server to verify our membership, therefor I need to install one of 17 possible URL's in our firewall to allow the connection. I cannot do this until next week when our IT guy is in for his bi-weekly visit. This does not make since to me because 3 of our team have not tried to install CC on a second computer and they are not having any trouble at all. So how could the firewall be the problem? I believe the problem is that it is impossible to find out the proper procedure to install CC on a second computer (home or laptop). Originally I was told that I needed to remove the existing user by clicking on the "X" in the CC admin-licenses panel and resend the invitation again so that CC could be installed on a second computer. All of our problems started after this was done. Now I am told that after the first license invitation was sent all that needed to be done to install on a second computer was to log in to the creative.adobe.com web-site, click on the Download Center tab and simply download everything you need on the second computer. Brilliant! Simple! Why is this not explained anywhere! So now I think I will try uninstalling CC from my second computer and try the Brilliant, Simple way and see what happens.

    A couple of suggestions.
    Go to settings, and take a look at how many mesages you are set for.  When you get that number, the pad will start deleting older messages as new ones arrive.
    If you are using a pop account, the older messages will still be on your main computer, if you have not deleted them.  Look there.
    If you are on an i map account, set up some subfolders for your key items.  I believe that storage is permanant and is more easily searchable.

  • I am having trouble sending bulk emails (less than 100 at a time) on my gmail account using group names created from my address book.  I use Mail on my I-Mac.  When I try to send out a bulk email, the message shows up that my server can't send them, etc.

    I am having trouble sending bulk emails from a Mail Group (less than 100 at a time) on my gmail account.  They come back saying the server can't recognize the data and try again with selected server or try later or edit message, all of which I have attempted a number of times, including re-booting the computer.  I am wondering if there is something wrong in my Address Book?  I have check Apple Preferences, and Mail Preferences and all seems in order.  I can send to any of the individual addresses, but not in a group.

    Install ClamXav and run a scan with that. It should pick up any trojans.
