Still major stalling problem in ITUNES **HELP ME PLEASE!!**
OKAY, I got rid of my anti-virus program completely, and STILL iTunes takes up 100% of CPU power from 11-17 seconds, causing the playback to slow down completely and distort the songs...
Here's my original post:
Alright, here's my esoteric problem:
I cannot playback songs in iTunes without 6 seconds becoming REALLY slow.
I opened the task manager, and for some reason, even with everything else closed 100% of my CPU processing power is used from 11 until approx 17 seconds while a song is playing. If I start it at another point, it happens 11 seconds into it.
I tried it on all 3 buffering settings, and there is no improvement on any of them.
I have 1 GB of RAM, and the processor is 2.4GHz.
I have 610 albums currently, with about another 100 or so to rip.
I have no problem playing the mp3s back in WinAmp -- I have in fact been using iTunes for sorting and searching, and for my iPod (of course), and using WinAmp to playback, but it's annoying when iTunes places different tracks under different artist names, etc.
I am completely befuddled by this problem.
Any help would be much appreciated.

My iPod Nano 7th Generation couldn't be detected by iTunes when I plugged in. I have the lates version of ItunesI have managed to figure out how to solve this problem, after looking around I saw a lot of people kept saying makesure it is list view however this still did not work, I found the only way for me get these buttons back was to change the Movie to a TV Show and only then did the "Next" and "Previous" button appear. Right Click> Get Info > Options > Media Kind and then Select TV Show, this is extremely inconvienent but the only way that I found that has worked so far.

ITunes has stopped working. Problem with iTunes Helper Module
After i installed the 7.3.1 iTUNES update for my windows VISTA, i keep getting iTunes has stopped working, and a message saying there is a problem with iTunes Helper Module.. I've tried to re-install and everything.. Can anyone help me out?

I'm having some problems wiht Firefox, for example; Youtube isn't loading right, Facebook won't let me send messages, search up people, and this website i made wont load right also. I've re-installed and updated it but still the same problems. Any help?
Because I know enough to be dangerous... I was trying to extend the two outside columns down.... Instead of just using faux columns which I have fixed since I posted the question.
The other link problem is the left sidebar links. When you go to the event photos page I have a repeat of the sidebar links that are on the newsletter page. I used named anchors on the newsletter page to link to the particular article. From the Event Photos page the links look like this:

The problem I am having is that some of these go to the newsletter page and the anchor and some do not (I get an error message saying it can't find the page). To add to the problem is that when we choose say the President's Message, when it goes to the newsletter page and the correct anchor, the newsletter page is missing all the links to the graphics... the photos are missing the graphic for the faux columns is missing. It makes no sense. When I preview the newsletter page from Dreamweaver everything shows up fine.
I do not know if all of this is being caused because I haven't posted this stuff to the site or what. I've tried re-booting both the browser and Dreamweaver, dumping the cache and still the same nonsense.
Got any ideas? -
my ipod has broken. a friend has given me her ipod. but how do i get to use as mine. i can erase her songs and i have mine all on my pc in itunes. help me please friends??
It appears that something happened to yur computer/iTunes files. It happens sometimes. To recovery:
- Import the old music into the current iTunes library
- Make sure all the apps are also in the library
- If in the USA and therplaces where iCloud has benn released you can redownload most iTunes puchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- You can always redownload apps at no additional cost as long as you are singned into the same iTunes account the originally purchased them.
- After all the suff in in the iTunes library, make a backup of the iPod by connecting the iPod to the computer and right clicking on the iPOd under Devices in iTunes.
- Restore the iPod from backup and restore as necessary. -

Try a reset, press and hold both the home and power buttons for 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own.

Major ipod problem, glitched music. help.
Ok, so here goes the story. 2nd gen ipod, 16GB. this just randomly happened- around a week after i homeshared with my friend and bought some new music.
THERE ARE NO DUPLICATES IN MY LIBRARY CONCERNING THIS MUSIC!!!
Around a week ago, I bought the album Moulin Rouge. I bought it with a gift card on he computer, then re-bought it on my ipod (a mistake, I know) It was completely normal, played normally, no problems. Far before this, I got a song from inception off of itunes, (we built our own world). It was also normal, save the fact that there was a sound at the beginning of it every time it played- like a clap. It started doubling before the moulin did.
The album and song are now behaving oddly. They are doubling themselves up. Like, when I have the Moulin album checked, two of each song pop up in the album. then when I uncheck the album, there still remains the whole album; so it seems there are two copies, one glitched stuck on my ipod, one normal from itunes. Moulin also has very weird ******** album art; the art is like a genius mix cover with another random album. Both of these symptoms are the same with the inception song.
And also, sometimes the moulin picks up random cover art from completely different albums, cover art I have added to songs I have gotten from limewire (NONE OF THE LIMEWIRE SONGS I GOT ARE GLITCHED OR BEHAVING ODDLY)
So, I have reset my iPod several times. I plugged my ipod in, wen under the music tab, and unchecked the 'Sync Music' box. So now the only music that is on my ipod is the weird, glitch music that doesn't seem to be originating from my iTunes library.
I don't even know if restoring my ipod will work with this. I have absolutely no ay of getting this music off my ipod. The 'regular' versions of the song + album are behaving fine, I can still listen to everything on my library.
Please help me. I need to get this iPod through a month or so more, and it just really annoys me to have something like this. I know I can simply create playlists and listen from there, but I kinda need to have my music organized.You need to repost this in the iTunes discussion group.

Multiple Problems with itunes...PLEASE HELP
i'm crossing posting this to try and get as much help as possible, so i'm sorry if you see this in a bunch of places.....
i posted awhile back and didnt get much help and i'm still having problems with itunes
first of all when i open itunes it attempts to do the gapless playback stuff....if i let it do it....it gets half way through and freezes....but if i stop it before it freezes, i am able to play music BUT not import any songs from cd, ipod, or downloading software....
so, i deleted the library and imported "iTunes Music Library.xml"....then i went into my itunes folder and started dropping the songs into itunes...and i got about 3/4s of my music (about 25 gigs) and it starts to freezes when looking for album covers....if i force quit and reopen the song will be in there...just not the album work....which is fine....but if i have to force quit every time i import a song, its going to get rediculous....i have tried deleting the library and importing the "iTunes Music Library.xml" file about 6 times now, with the same results.....
ALSO...when i connect my ipod to my computer (i have 80 gig 5G) it will freeze while syncing....
i honestly have NO idea what to do....any suggestions would be welcomed...thanks....

Ituens can't copie to the disk Macintosh HD, no permissions.
Itunes can't tell what apps are installed on the iPhone
This is driving me crazy. and disk utility does not help.
Nor does it help to go to the Itunes folder and give permissions (including al nested folders)
Why doesn't Apple help the many users with this problem.
I'm on Maveriks now and it problem still exists.
This is a really bad experiance.
Help me please, and I have seen all posts, and many different solutions. They are to dificult or don't help.

ReinoldI have 3 iPhone 4's and I'm having this problem on all 3 of them. We upgraded to iTunes 11.4.0.18 and we have Outlook 2010 and it just gets stuck on (Step 3 of 7) Syncing Contacts. We left it running overnight and it was still stuck. When this happens the progress bar keeps moving making you think it is working, but it is stuck.
I wish someone from Apple would help. We just ordered iPhone 6 phones and we need to backup so we can restore our old info. -
Still having navigation problems and need help with how to debug

I've been porting over a servlet project to JSF and I'm still having navigation problems. I thought the problem might have been because the original project used HTML frames and so the "from-view-id" JSP defined the frame/framesets and the specific JSP that does the submit (and so is named in the "from-view-id" is never defined in a "to-view-id" attribute). I've now switched to using an IFRAME, and that resolves that problem. So now the JSP is defined in a "to-view-id" attribute and it includes an named IFRAME that can be used as a target. I press the submit button and I get not the JSP expected butinstead the same JSP displayed inside its own IFRAME.
Here is the code for the submit. I've simplified it as much as possible with a static action (originally it was a call to a method) just to try and get things to work. This is the current version:
