Still No Adobe Flash ability for Iphone?

I apologize in advance if this has already been brought up because I'm sure it has, just cant find it.
But where is the Adobe Flash reader for Iphone? Now My blank pages come up 3G fast! How lame

It's not lame. If you do some research on the mac websites, cnet or google, you'll find many stories explaining why true full blown flash is not available on the iphone.
I've seen desktops and laptops fire up their fans everytime flash heavy websites load up in Safari.
There are lean flash websites and there are bloated flash websites. The iPhone processor will have a difficult time keeping up.... doesn't matter if it's 3G or Wifi...
Adobe must re-write flash or newer technologies (think: sproutcore) must emerge for us mobile users to enjoy those type of technologies on our iphones

  • I need adobe flash player for iPhone 4s

Please can somebody tell me how to get Adobe flash player for iPhone 4s. Thanks

I tried yxplayer lite and yxplayer2 lite --- both did not work for my iPhone 4S.
Puffin worked for me. I was trying to video stream a website and kept informing me I needed to install Adobe Flash Player 10 for it to work.  Once I tried Puffin, the video was able to start playing   YEAH!!!
I am glad I found this thread and tried some of the suggestions..... otherwise I would be spending more months trying to figure it out lol.

  • Adobe Flash Player for iPhone 3G

hi, how can i get adobe flash plugins for my iPhone 3G because i can't open flash websites or see the advertises
i've tried to install it from adobes website but i didn't work at all .........................

There is no Flash plugin available that is iPhone compatible.
If/when it becomes available, it will be included with a firmware update, or be provided as an optional download and install via the iTunes App Store.

  • Why can't I get Adobe Flash player for iPhone, and if not, what else can I

Help! I want to view videos and can't do it. No flash player available. Why not?!!
    Please help.

There is no flash player for the iphone and Adobe would be the one to develop one, not Apple. And there are no plugins to install instead, as far as I know.

  • Adobe Flash Player for iphone 4s

Is there another program (app) that I can use in place of Adobe Flash Player?  I would like to watch college softball which requires Adobe Flash Player.

    Puffin, iswifter, photon, skyfire, etc.
They are browsers in the app store that direct flash video to a server, convert it and send it to the phone.
    They mostly kind of work.
Look in the app store, read some reviews and see if one works for you.

  • Adobe Flash Player for IPhone

Right now if I use my E-Mail I can't open some videos as it tells me APPLE restricts Adobe Flash Player from being downloaded. Is there a solution to this problem ??

There's no solution because there is no problem. Until Adobe develops a flash plugin that works well on iOS, you cannot view flash on iOS devices. This is old news.

adobe flash player for my iphone 3gs 32mb please let safari accept it!

While I'm painfully aware of the lack of a version of Adobe Flash Player for the iPhone, more and more Flash-based web home pages are not accessible to the iPhone. I also understand that Flash Player is not compatible with Apple's 'vision' for iPhone Applications. The problem we have is this increasing exclusion of Flash-based web sites and if what I understand about Apple's policy on iPhone Apps is accurate, then we will never have access to these sites on an unmodified iPhone. I can see that one of the problems is that Adobe Flash Player competes with the YouTube Player and possibly with iTunes movies.
Unless the web pages have a link for iPhones or re-direct iPhones accessing those pages to a non-Flash version of the web page, it seems likely that we are basically, well...screwed. Anyone have a different take on this?
Do we need an Apple-Adobe intervention? Perhaps over a nice hot mocha latté in Seattle...

  • Why so I keep getting 'blocked-plug in' message!   Very frustrating.  Never happened before.   related to Adobe Flash Player for videos.   Have deleted Adobe and put the new Adobe on, but still get message.   Seems others have had this same problem.

  • Adobe flash player for iPad

How can I get adobe flash player for iPad

No Flash for iPads, iPhones, or iPods
Here's why there's is no Flash available for iDevices or other mobile devices. Adobe was unable to provide a product that was suitable to the needs of battery powered mobile devices used for Internet browsing. Existing Flash technology used too much memory, ate battery life, and was buggy. Simply put Flash did not work well on mobile devices.
Apple's Steve Jobs led the escape from Flash dependency when Apple introduced the iPhone, and later introduced the iPad. There was a hue and cry over the omission. Time proved Jobs was right on target.
So this is why there is no Flash for your iPhone or iPad or iPod nor for most SmartPhones. Flash has been abandoned by many sites in favor of supported technologies such as HTML5 or by providing their own custom app.
Here is Steve Jobs official comment on his momentous decision to omit Flash from iDevices: Steve Jobs on Flash.
Here is Adobe's later announcement to cease development of Flash for mobile devices: Adobe on Mobile Flash.
Now, you are not necessarily out on a limb. There are some apps that can display some Flash, but don't count on there ability to display anything using Flash.
Apps that can display some Flash from the Web:
      1. Puffin
      2. SkyFire
      3. Photon Flash
      4. Browse2Go
      5. Swifter
Also, note that many sites that use Flash provide their own app for accessing their material. So check with your favorite sites and find out if "there's an app for that."

  • Flash Player for iPhone 4G

I recently got my new iphone 4g , I have heard for years about Flash player for iphone but don't see anything yet.
Can some one tell me if Adobe is going to release flash player for iphones, may be by end of this year ?

Hi Silver 4545, I don't know who "they" are that you refer to, but you are misstaken. Advising anyone to do anything to their iphone or any other phone that is not permitted can damage their system and void their warranty. If that happens, the owner of the iphone or any other device must pay the price, not those that choose to circumvent their system!!!
The Adobe Flash Forum is not for you to advertise on either, just a FYI.

  • I need an adobe flash player for my iPad and McBook Air

I have tried to install an adobe flash player in my iPad and McBook Air but failed.
How can I get an adobe flash player for my iPad and MacBook Air ??

Flash Player has never worked on iOS devices (iPad or iPhone). Adobe has stopped supporting Flash on mobile devices, including Android devices.
    Time to move on...

  • Adobe Content Viewer for Iphone?

Sorry for a so basic question... but do anyone know if the "Adobe Content Viewer" for Iphone exists?
I mean is it possible to watch the .folio files created for Ipad also on the Iphone?
    Thanks!

There is no Content viewer for iphone/ipod touch as of yet.  It was dicussed in the Pre-release to expand the solution to Iphone/ipod touch along with desktop and webviewers.  I have no idea if it is still on the roadmap.. but last i heard it was.
There are a few things to consider when trying to do this.. especially when your taking something you developed for a 10in screen and dimming it down for a 3.5-4 inch screen.  In the past people usually go the other way .. where they make their iphone application first.. and then expand its capabilities and UI space on the ipad.

  • What are the Flash alternatives for iphone and ipad?

    Hello,
I would like to know what could be the Flash alternatives for iphone, ipod, and ipad. I would like to create iphone applications that have 3D animation I usually create with Flash.
But since Apple does not support the use of flash, I need to know what applications or programming languages I must use to create movies or animations for iphone or ipad.

I would like to create iphone applications
