Still No Download of Elements 9

I am growing frustrated. Three days and stilkl no download success., I have a serial number number but it doesn't do me any good. I have Download Assistant but can get no further. Any suggestions (other than stick with Picasa)? Thanks.

Anyone that tries to help in the forums will only be repeating the same information that was provided in your other posting(s) for this same matter.
As far as downloading goes, use the link you were provided and be very careful about following the instructions to the letter. Otherwise the download will not work properly.
If you have an issue with the serial number, you need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

Still can't download photoshop elements 8

i have been trying to download photoshop elements 8 for the last 2 days. i got some help here on this forum. I went to prodesign tools and I thought i downloaded the right thing, but, i got light room 4. i just want what i paid for-photoshop elements 8- that i bought at staples, in a box with a serial number. it shouldn't be this hard. i just want to crop and zoom photos of my grandchildren without paying for something else that i don't need. can someone help me??

Turn off Norton briefly. It's not crucial to do so but it won't hurt for a few mins.

Log in Screen hangs while trying to install upgrade download of elements 13

I downloaded the update of Premier elements 13, tried to run the install. I first get a message that says my machine needs to be restarted and I'm given the option to quit or ignore. I restarted multiple times and still get that message. I click ignore and the initialization process starts and everything looks fine. I get the Sign in required, click sign in, put in my username and password then thats where it hangs. Little boxes just go round and round and no connection. And.. yes, I do have a connection Thanks for your help!

Please give the following a look with regard to what worked for me with version 12.

Trial download of Elements 9

I was trying to get the trial download of Elements 9. It downloads fine and I am able to begin the installation, but then I get a message that there was an "error opening client" and the installation fails and I get a message to contact the software maker. It would appear that, according to the Adobe website, they don't have weekend phone hours for software support. Any ideas? I'm running Mac OS 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) and still have several GB of memory available, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Appreciate any thoughts!

I have a fast connection but it still took me over 30 minutes to complete the downloads from Adobes busy servers. The Akamai Download Manager allows you to pause and re-start download whenever you need.
N.B. It won’t work with some browsers such as Google Chrome. It’s recommended you use Internet Explorer 7 or 8; or Firefox 2 or 3 on Windows.
On Mac OS X 10.5 - 10.6 use Firefox 2 or 3; or Safari 5.

Purchased Photoshop Elements 8 some time ago, but never got help because Elements never downloaded
and can only use it just to open pictures that's all.
Now I Purchased adobe Photoshop Elements 13 and if I can't download this one with no help
with a Trouble Ticket # 186456123 still pending after a week of promises from support calling

Can't download Photoshop Elements 10 upgrade

I have a brand new Windows 7 computer with 4GB RAM. Firefox is my browser. I purhcased the downloadable upgrade for Photoshop Elements 10 on the Adobe web site. When I clicked on the Akami Download Manager to download the product, I saw a flashing box in my browser that my computer was trying to connect to the Akamai downoload manager. I waited 5 or so minutes but the connection was never made and I could not donwload my product. I exited my browser and then restarted it but I had the same problem. I still couldn't download the Photoshop Elements 10 upgrade.
Could you please tell me what is causing this problem and how I can download Photoshop Elements 10.

Where can I find a link to download Photoshop Elements 12 so I can enter in my purchased code? All I can find is Photoshop Elements 12.

I purchased Photoshop Elements 12 from bestbuy.com. The download didn't work, and they are telling me I need to download photoshop elements 12 trial version and then I will be able to enter my purchase code and will get my program. Did you download and purchase the original installation files from Adobe? Did your old computer have a Windows operating system? Does your new computer have a Windows operating system?
I suggest that you contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat

I just downloaded photoshop elements 10... where is it?

Hi guys, I have JUST downloaded photoshop elements 10 and it has took me about 3 hours for some reason. Then i clicked okay when It said i have finnished, and i cant find it? I can find the folder with all the download stuff in it, but not the actuall product? Why? Where would it be? BTW this is a trial version I downloaded but i still need it ! And its happened before!

What operating system are you using?
Did you notice the installation process after the download was complete?
If you cannot locate the application in your programs list or applications folder, please look for "Adobe Download Assistant" and run it.
It should start installing if the download has been completed. Also, do you see a setup file in the folder which has the downloaded files?

Cannot download Photoshop Elements 13

I cannot download Photoshop Elements 13 - I purchased it through the Adobe store...when I check the order - I cannot download...there's a message - order pending check back in 24 hours. I ordered it 3 days ago. There's no telephone number to ask for help. I got on the Chat line with someone I allowed him to take over my computer and it still didn't download. It stopped after about 30 minutes....he was sending me a message did it download....but when I tried to reply...the chat line was not working. I have used the trial version of Photoshop Elements 12 before and had no problem downloading it. My suggestion to anyone wanting to purchase Photoshop 13 is to use the free version first - then when your 30 or 60 days runs out....order it then through Adobe's offer. This is my day off and I have worked for 3 hours trying to get help. Now all I want to do is get a refund - and I cannot even find a place to do that....Can someone please give me some advice?
