Still no Encore after downloading Prem Pro Family... where has it gone?

I am a CC member and have followed the instructions to download the Premier Pro 6 Family in order to get Encore back.... however, after doing this I still have no Encore app available. The uninstall process offers no option for Encore.
Can anybody help?

Have reformatted MacBook pro. Where has iPhoto gone?

I recently formatted my MB Pro and noticed I no longer have iPhoto despite it being installed on the laptop when I purchased it.
How do I get iPhoto back? Is it on the second CD (applications disc)? If so, what other apps or on the disc?

That's what I thought but Photobooth, Front Row etc were on the laptop after formatting and reinstallation of the OS.
Those are core OS components.
Can anyone tell me exactly what apps are on the app CD?
iLife, and maybe the iWork trial. If you customized your Mac with additional software, that may be found on it as well.

Have lost muse file after constructing website...where has it gone?

Some weeks ago I constructed a website in Muse, saved files etc etc and now have some changes that need to be made to it.
I opened Muse, then went to Open Site, and nothing...have looked for an openable file in the MuseExport folder in My Documents and can't find anything...have searched for .muse files and can't find anything.
Any assistance appreciated!

The file must be on your machine, if you had saved it.
Kindly search the machine using the Spotlight search if you are on a Mac, or use the Windows search bar if you are using a PC.
Type in ".muse" to search for all Muse files on your machine.

Help! Ideas for displaying ~100-300 still images with After Effects / Premiere Pro

Hi, I am a cadet at a US Air Force detachment and am responsible for making this semester's end of the year video.
I have the Adobe creative cloud and am familiar with the basics of Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, and I am trying to also learn After Effects. I have a large amount of picture and video, and am at a loss for how to quickly make all these pictures into an interesting slideshow. Software such as Cyberlink Powerdirector had a "photo grid" which would allow me to create an automatic slideshow of images on a 3x3 grid, where each image flashed into place one at a time. I am looking for automated processes or tutorials to feed my images into and have a modern effect of displaying the images.
If anyone has any idea for a template or where to start on handling a large amount of still images in After Effects or Premiere Pro, I could definitely use a point in the right direction!

After downloading the 6version my iPad has no volume

After downloading version 6 to my iPad I have no volume. What can I do to correct this?

Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. Will not affect apps and data.
the the above still doesn't work, you may want to backup and do a restore with iTune.

Software Update stopped working after download of Pro Application 4.0.1

I'm reposting this since the subject was not clear.
After using Software Update to download "Pro Application support 4.0.1" the Software Update utility stopped working the next time I went to used it. It just sits at the "checking for new software" screen with only a 6th of the blue bar used. It cansels OK. I let it run for more than 30 minutes before canceling. I'm not sure if "Pro Application support 4.0.1" had anything to do with it. But it was the last thing done with the application.

Perhaps your Software Update prefs are corrupted. Do this:
Locate this file: com.apple.softwareupdate.plist
It's here: /Home/Library/Preferences. Open the Preferences folder, locate that file and drag it to the Trash. Empty the Trash and reboot.
Run Disk Utility located in your Applications folder and Repair Disk Permissions.
Also, make sure your hard drive has no less than 15% free hard drive space. To locate this information, open a Finder window. The information will be displayed at the bottom.

Slow and not responsive : start op , commands, it makes sonds like it is doing something, and I haven't toched it. I got so opset I banged on the keyboard, and I no longer have a letter between T and V.

FF is running much better now but Webkinz accounts are still loading slower than in IE. I am wondering if maybe I should totally remove all of FF including customizations and personal info and start over fresh with a clean install of ver 4. I am still using ver 3.6.16. Is it possible that this is reason for Webkinz (a flash, java and Unity game) not loading good? Also, are there some of the Plug-ins that I can remove? What Audio players do I need? Will my computer still be okay after downloading Mackeeper, then erasing it?

I thought I downloaded a virus, so I downloaded Mackeeper, not knowing that it was also considered a virus. I then uninstalled it by dragging it to the trash and choosing to secure erase it. Is my computer going to be ok?

After downloading the newest version, it has started freezing and then crashing.

This just started happening when I downloaded the new version. Firefox opens and then stops working. It says (not responding). Then the program will close.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Where has AME Gone after full Upgrade to CC

I finally updated all my apps to Creative Cloud versions and deleted to older CS6 versions. It seems that deleting the older versions has deleted AME. AME is not appearing as an option to download from Creative Cloud.
I realise that it normally comes with another application.
I have installed CC versions of:
Premiere
After Effects
Photoshop
Lightroom
Indesign
Iluustrator
Bridge
Acrobat
I attemtped to download a version from the adobe websirte, but it will not install and I receive and error message.

SO it seems the only stand alone version of AME is a patch or an update? If this is wrong can you pelase supply a link to the stand alone version?
Otherwise, as it's not in my CC list of available applications then where is it?

I purchased adobe lightroom years ago. I see the order and the serial number on my account. I need to download it again. When I try, it shows I have nothing to download. Where has it gone?

I've lost my Downloads icon. Its not even in Finder, so I'm baffled!! A little box shows up when I am actually downloading stuff, then disappears. Where has it gone?? CCinNZ

Not Lost, just leave a downloaded Application or pdf in it and it will stay on the safari tool bar..
Downloaded files e.g.from Mail stay in the downloads folder in your home account in finder although this can be changed in Safari preferences.
