Still no luck downloading Encore, please advise.

I am new to the cloud, noticed Encore is not available. I have a full year for all apps in the Cloud and not a trial version. After reseaching I learned about the solution. However, I don't have a drop down menu to choose between CC and CC6 as shown in the tutorials. It simple says "Features" without the drop down option. I'm logged in when I try this solution. I live in an area where everyone expects DVD copies, it's a big part of why I decided to go with the Cloud, yet, it's not easily available. Please help me resolve this issue.

Please use the below link to download CS6 Premiere Pro.

Once the file has been downloaded, double click on the file to install it. Enter your
Adobe Id and password to activate and uncheck CS6 Premiere Pro during installation.
Encore would be installed and activated.
Note: Encore cannot be downloaded seperately that is why you have to download Premiere Pro.

You can go under 'Control Panel > Programs' and click Change for Acrobat 5.0
From the Custom Setup dialog box that opens, select Languages and choose English as the desired language for the software.

FaceTime is not available on devices purchased or used in certain countries, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. This is by government decree. The FaceTime app can't be downloaded or installed on these iPads.

I can't follow your meaning. What does connect directly to your ISP mean?
Did you mean turning off WiFi but turning on Cellular Data on your iPhone?

What online service did you download the movie from? If it wasn't iTunes, you probably can't play it in iTunes (and iCloud doesn't store movies in either case).

Java version 7 update 9 update was installed, Computer Mac version 10.7.5 will not recognise the download. Please advise . Is there another link for a download that will work.

I downloaded the Java update version 7 update 9 as advised by computer - but the computer does not recognize the download - as instructed I pressed Command R and also tried Command Q
I downloaded the update twice - still the computer does not recognise the download.
In my serarch on the web there seems to be issues in this download.

I have downloaded the latest Java (JRE) and Java is checked enabled as well as JavaScipt and Web plug-ins are enabled.
I thought I would download once again from your link - MacOSX jre7u6 Macosx-x64 dmg.
On opening the package to install was advised that a higher version of the JRE is already installed on the system.
Still unable to open my Labs software as the advice is still to download the latest Java.
Checking the net again found another Java option for Mac Lion - so I downloaded and installed the version OS X2012 -006.
Still no joy, as my photo Lab software keeps givng me the same message that i to open " RGB Digital Direct" I need to download the Java Runtime Environment for Web Start Application.
I then went back into Java Website and it gave an option to detect whether I have the correct Java Software - report came back - Verified Java Version - " Congratulations You have the recommended Java installed ( Version 7 Update 9)"

Hi, sill no joy with my sound on my iPad .the sound only works on one app ( Annie ) and the ring volume and it works for about 5 seconds after I switch it on . Was talking to apple and they said the reset my iPad and this will fix it .done this and it is still not working only with earphone and Annie. Define hardcopy music album. If you have music on CD, DVD, vinyl record, you
must first import the music into iTunes on a computer using the appropriate player
and then sync from iTunes on the ocmputer into your iPad. I am not aware of
a device that will transfer music from CD or DVD or vinyl directly to an iPad without
first going through iTunes, but if there is such a device someone will certainly let us
know.

Sometimes simply restarting your iTunes, the computer and the iPad is all that it takes to correct an issue like this so try that. Quit iTunes, reboot your computer, and restart the iPad. Then try the sync again.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
