Sting Pre-Order Code for WWE 2K15 on PS4?

I just picked up my copy of WWE 2K15 for PS4 with in-store pickup but I did not receive my promo code for the Sting character. I also picked up copies of Far Cry 4 and LittleBigPlanet 3 and I received my promo codes immediately after pick up via email. Is there a reason why the Sting code did not get sent right away? I understand that you say it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours to receive them but I've always gotten the promo emails right after pickup.

Hi,
I preordered WWE 2K15 online and picked up in-store yesterday. It has been over 24 hours and I haven't received a code for Sting (preorder bonus). Junk mail and spam filters have been checked. In the past the code was always printed on the receipt, but I was told I'd receive this via email. I thought this was supposed to be "day 1" DLC for all preorders. Can someone please assist?

Pre ordered code for destiny expansion 2 not working

I just purchased destiny expansion 2 house of wolves digital for playstation 3 but the redeem code that was given to me isn't working. When I put in thr code on the playstation store it says that the code is either invalid or has been used already. Now I can't even download the expansion today. The day it is actuakky released because of this. Can I get some help please. Ive been trying to call best buy simce 6:00 a.ma.m about this problem but only the answering machine was talking.

It is possible that the content was not yet available on the PlayStation Network at the time you were attempting to use your code. As the game is now live I suspect it is now working. Please let me know if this is not the case.

If you still haven't received your $1,000,000 in-game currency code, then you'll want to to follow the instructions listed in the article nick08tnalpal linked above. Did not receive Dying Light Pre-order DLC for PS4

I have read the terms of the DLC and the delays to receiving it, but I am worried as some people seemed to have gotten their codes already whether it was via email or receipt without a problem if they did an in store pre-order with the Dying Light pre-order card or from the gaming kiosk. At my Best Buy stores, whenever I pre-order or do something for store pickup, I get the standard white sheet of paper that prints off a copier unlike a regular store purchase which has a receipt generated from the register. I normally never have to worry about DLC as the games I get don't tend to offer codes. However, this game offered DLC and I did not get an email yet and was worried that I won't receive my DLC. I can provide any account information to include order number to verify my explanation. Please expedite this so I can get a better understanding on what I need to do next as this has never happened to me before? Thank you.

Sorry...yes it was an online BBY order for store pickup and I thought I mentioned that but I guess I didn't elaborate. I went to the store to pick up my item and now I am past the 8 hour warning. I am referring to the PS4 DLC for Ninja and Secret Agent.

Didn't get pre order dlc for 3-4 of my games

I preordered grand theft auto five for Xbox one along with WWE and far cry 4 on the same day and never got my bonuses. And I also believe I didn't get assassins creed unity as well. I have made no contact with Best Buy themselves and was wondering if this has also happened to others or what I can do to get this resolved. I checked my emails where I usually get the pre ordered items. Thank you!

Pre-Order Codes Question

I had recently pre-ordered Mortal Kombat X for the Playstation 4 from Best Buy and got the Activation Code for Goro, which I haven't used yet.
I was considering going back to Best Buy and seeing if I could exchange it for the Xbox One version and was curious if the redemption code would work on the Xbox One version instead?

Thanks for pre-ordering Mortal Kombat X from us. You can certainly shuffle things around and exchange the PS4 version purchased for an Xbox One copy, but the code you received for pre-ordering would not cross over with you. Each code is generated for a specific platform redemption process.
I know this may not have been the information you were hoping to receive, but I do hope it helps inform your decision as you decide whether or not you want to exchange your copy.

Pre-order shipment for new IPhone 5 pushed back to 10/5. How can I go to store and pick up rather than wait?

I pre-ordered shipment of the IPhone 5's 9/14 like many others, and now it pushed back to 10/5. How can I go to store and pick up at upgrade rate rather than paying full price?

Thanks for the thought... ordered direct from Apple. I'm on AT&T, so I called them to work through their network. They said they couldn't help me until I cancelled my orders through Apple. Talked to an Apple store rep, and they said they had a customer that tried that - cancelled orders, then drove to store only to find they were not eligible for an upgrade. She called AT&T, and they had no solution, and said that sometimes it takes 48 to 72 hours for the system to reinstate upgrade eligibility.....I would have originally ordered from AT&T, but couldn't get into their website, so ordered through Apple - mistake.

Pre-order question for iPhone5/Verizon

I have a quick question...
My wife and son currently have the iPhone4 with AT&T and they are now out of contract. I'm currently on Verizon. I want to change their carrier and pre-order the iPhone5 for both of them from Verizon. I want to add those lines to my existing Verizon account and transfer their numbers as well. Would I be able to do this through this through the Apple Store's web-pre-order system? (or possibly Verizon's?) or will I have to speak with someone about doing this?

Missing "pre order points" for Shadow of Mordor.

I've recently received Shadow of Mordor, I had the game pre ordered, but I'm positive that I didn't receive the 500 bonus points for pre ordering. I can't tell if they're pending or what with the new system, and I can't report those points missing through the "report missing points" menu.
Can I get some help with that?

It can generally take up to 20 days for points to post to a member's My Best Buy™ and Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor was only released a few days ago (9/30/2014), so it might be a few more days before any points officially post to your account. As far as I can tell though, your pre-order should qualify for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus points. If you do not see 500 bonus points post to your account within 20 days, then please send me a private message and I will see what I can do. Just wanted to bring this to someones attention, I found it funny. The expected date for the pre-order of 300: Rise of and empire says November 30 2049. Thats a long time to wait for a movie!

Should apple introduce a pre order service for existing customers?

After buying a large number of apple products I as wondering if Apple should start letting us loyal customers get first option on new devices, with iPad 3 not a million miles away I don't think it's right that people can buy them and them sell them on eBay for a profit when we miss out.
New customers are always good but it's people who buy 3 or 4 producs that keep it all going
