Outbound delivery created

Hi,
In the MD04 screen when the outbound delivery has been PGI'd at the shipping plant the receiving plant will have an additional column showing up which holds the quantity that has been shipped.

  • STO - Extra Cost to be loaded on Receiving Plant - Urgent

    Dear All,
I am using STO through MM route.
Now while doing STO, based upon some calculations which are part of the procedure some amount needs to be loaded to the receiving plant.
Now when i am tryiing to use a delivery cost condition, it is creating an extra Accounting document for the same.
    What can i do to load some extra cost only to receiving plant... so that my accounting happens in the following manner;
    Supplying PLant Db : 2000
    Receiving Plant Cr: 5000
PLease help, this is an urgent issue.
    Regards,
    Jyotsna Loomba

    Hi,
Your question is not clear do you want to add freight cost on the receiving plant ?
if so have you created condition for your freight cost with delivery cost as condition
category and added to your STO shema?
    Please confirm

  • Goods Receive for Outbound Delivery Without Reference using MIGO

    Dear Colleague ...
We might need your insight on the case below related to Goods Receive of Outbound Delivery without Reference using MIGO:
    (1) In the current SAP Enjoy screen of MIGO, we are allowed to select the reference document (e.g. = PO, Material Document, Inbound Document, Outbound Document, etc.)
    (2) We did 3 (three) kind of test set: GR for Inbound Delivery, GR for Outbound Delivery with STO and GR for Outbound Delivery without reference.
    (3) The first 2 (two) cases work just find with MIGO.  We believe it is because the receiving plant is pretty much determined in the reference document, which is PO (case 1) or STO (case 3)
    (4) However, the last case came up with the error message "Goods receipt not possible for delivery 8000610236: error code 5".  We believe that this is the standard design of SAP, that the receiving plant is required and it is not defined explicitly in the delivery document.
    (5) Moreover, we also believe that that's the reason why SAP (via the Logistic Execution module) provide the Handling Unit and Shipment, which can be used to perform such receive function, which will imply the MM posting (goods issue and goods receive) IF there is stock transfer involved.
Appreciate for any thoughts or input on the above.  Many thanks,
    Alvon Sibarani

use transaction mb0a it will work for the scenario.

  • STO - outbound delivery partially do PGI in warehouse

Based on the STO, we are creating outbound delivery,  most of the outbound delivery has nearly more than  200 line items, out of 200,  nearly 120 line items TO created and  confirmed, now the user wants to save PGI for only  confirmed 120 line item, but system wouldn't allow us to confirm partial PGI, for these user have to delete the remaining 80 items  then only system allow to do the PGI.
Is there any possibilities to save the outbound delivery partially, then for the next time when we open the same outbound delivery remaining unconfirmed line item have to show, and it allow us to save the remaining items.
    Thanks in advance
    regards
    Shivani

    Hi,
Error message VL609 is designed to prevent PGI before picking was
complete. If not, posting cannot be carried out unless you
change delivery quantity. Partial postings are not possible!
Function 'copy picked quantity as delivery quantity' could be used.
To sum up, It is not be possible to goods issue a delivery that is not
fully picked and for that reason error message VL 609 is issued.

  • MIGO against Outbound Delivery, fully GR-booked items appear again

    Hello gurus,
I am totally confused with the MIGO behavior. Please help me out.
We have a user Movement Type 9xx, which is made as a copy of MvT 101. We use this MvT 9xx to support our intra company Stock Transfer Order process.
After STO is created, Outbound Delivery is made and Goods Issue is done we can do MIGO GR for the corresponding Outbound Delivery. (Well, I have to post GR again Outbound Delivery not STO because otherwise the outbound delivery document flow <in table VBFA> is not updated.)
Say I have two items (X and Y) in one outbound delivery.
If I post a GR 101 against outbound delivery item X and then I do MIGO GR against the same outbound delivery I only see item Y. This is perfectly correct.
But the strange thing is that if I post a GR 9xx against the outbound delivery item X and I try again to post GR 9xx against the same outbound delivery (at this time I want to do GR for item Y) the both items (X and Y) are displayed on the MIGO screen.
What can I do to let MIGO don't display the item X when a full qty GR 951 has taken place?
Because of some constrains we need to realize MIGO GR against outbound delivery on item level. Is this doable?
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
    Yongmei

    Dear Yongmei,
From your explanation, it appears that there is a difference in the attributes for the two Mvt types. I wld suggest you to compare the Quantity updation rules for both the Mvt types in OMJJ.
Also check all the settings have been made for 9xx in OMJJ.
    Hope this helps.

  • Urgent - STO Outbound delivery

    Hi friends,
Can anybody tell me in outbound delivery for STPO why the system is allowing to post GI more than STPO quantity ? is their setting customization.I have lots of STPO having GI  quantity in outbound delivery greater than STPO.
    Regards,
    Sachin.

    Hi
I think you have allowed Over delivery Tolerance to STO....
    In OLME -
    > PO -
    > Setup STO -
    > In Maintain One step method and Overdelivery tollerance......for your Supplying Plant and Receiving Plant combination, Dont allow any Over delivery Tollerance....
    Rewards if useful

  • STO Outbound delivery document not generated

    Hi all
I am creating outbound delivery VL10B with reference to PO(STO), when I exicute (F8) after giving PO no. and Source and supplying Plant, the list is emptey. N docs. is getting created.
what should I do to solve this problum?
    Help will be appericiated
    Pradeep

    Dear Pradip
While creating STO itself in ME21N we will be mentioning the supplying plant and receiving plant and receiving storage location
So why do you search for this in VL10B?
In your purchase order if the shipping Tab is coming delivery will automatically created in VL10B provided your PO is saved without any error
Please check your shipping data settings
Hope this information will be useful to you
    Sales area 0003, 04, 21 plant is 1002
Sales area 0004, 05, 21 plant is ABCD
If you transport material from 1002 to ABCD plant then 1002 is supplying plant and ABCD is receiving plant
Now this ABCD plant should be made as a customer in XD01 mainly with shipping conditions in that data in sales area 0003, 04, 21 and this internal no has to be noted
In STO the receiving plant is being made as a customer in the supplying plants sales area and the internal customer no has to be assigned
in-img-mm-purchasing-purchase order-set up STO--define shipping data for plants
Now in that img activity that i mentioned above against plant 1002 you have to give sales area as 0003, 04, 21
Against plant ABCD you have mention sales area as 0004, 05, 21 and also this internal customer no in that internal customer tab
Then only STO can happen between these two assuming that all delivery types and other things are configured pakka
Assign delivery type and checking rule
assign document type one step procedure and under delivery tolerance

    Raja

  • CC STO- Outbound delivery to trigger GR(107)

    Hi all,
    I am building a scenario
Cross company STO - outbound delivery - should trigger Idoc to post the Goods receipt against the STO(PO)in the same box (client) for different company code /plant (receiving).
Is this possible in Standard , what is the message type or Idoc type
Please throw some light on the possibilities.
    Thank you.

Use Inbound delivery to receipt the goods through VL32N transaction. You told serial number is not copying  from outbound delivery. In that case check the program is there any custom logic you can use to copy outbound to inbound delivery serial number.

  • List of Outbound Delivery due for PGR at receving plant(Inter company STO)

    Dear All,
We are using intercompany STO process(between two diff ccodes) with billing, but both are under same client and controling area.
User want to have the report,List of outbound delivery which are due for GR( with MIGO) at receiving plant with PGI document and PO.
Please help me its an urgent requirement.
Thank you very much in Advance.
    Regards,
    Reddy

    Dear Sampally,
Please find your vendor with plant reference ( actually when in ME23N you can search vendor, then double click column plant and then you can see the list); And then try to check table EKKO, EKPO, maybe need EKET. You can try to narrow data by SAP Query.

  • STO Partner Copy Control to Outbound Delivery Document (NL)

    Hi -
Partner Schema CR for 0003 UB Type has been maintained in configuration, which allows CR (Freight Forwarder) partner function to be manually added to UB Document Types (Partner Determination Process u2013 0003 Stock Transfr PurOrd).
However, even with this configuration the CR partner does not copy to the Outbound Delivery Document.
After some analysis, I found the following:
In program SAPLMEPO (MM06EF0P_PARTNERS) FORM PARTNERS in line 97 u201Ccheck EKKO-BSAKZ equal to spaceu201D; if purchase orders have EKKO-BSAKZ = 'T' then never determine partners. I have checked the EKKO table for field BSAKZ and all STOu2019s have a T in that field. If the code is looking for <blank> in order to apply the partner it looks like the program will not attempt to retrieve the Partner Functions with BSAKZ = T.
All other partners are getting copied to the outbound Delivery, such as PI (Invoicing Party), DP (Delivering Plant), SH (Ship-To)etc.
Is there a way to have Freight Forwarder partner copy control to Outbound Delivery document at time of Delivery create from either Vendor Master or Customer Master for STO (UB Purchase Order type) / Delivery type NL?
    Thank you,
    Karen

remark: for me the check is in line 113 (SAPKH60407).
    Please read OSS note 842829:
    2. The system does not transfer the partner data from the STO to the replenishment delivery. This particularly applies to the forwarding agent. The replenishment delivery uses only the customer of the receiving plant (EKPO-WERKS) as a partner. In the replenishment delivery, this customer (EKPV-KUNNR) is the direct goods recipient. The customer is not the sold-to party or a general debtor, for whom the system would determine a (different) goods recipient using the customer master in the replenishment delivery. If the PO header contains a vendor, you can use a modification to transfer the vendor as a partner to the replenishment delivery, if required. However, this is not the standard system behavior. There is no known modification for transferring the forwarding agent.

  • Unable to create outbound delivery for STO??

    Hi All,
I am trying to create an outbound delivery for a cross company code stock transport order, but when I try to do so in Txn VL10B the system does not create any.
What I have observed is that in the STO I do not get any delivery creation date in the shipping tab. the system is not determining delivery creation date.
Does anyone have any idea why it is so? Why the system is not able to determine the dleivery creation date? I have tried by creating STOs for many materials, but none works!
    Regards,
    V S

    Hi
    Pl check the settings:
Below is the sto check list:
Check all your settings once again for creating inter-company billing:
    - Material should exist in both plants.
    - Stock will be maintained in D-Plant (Delivering).
    - Now Plant - R (Receiving) become the customer of Plant-D.  So create a dummy customer in Plant-D's company code and sales area.
    - Assign this customer number to Plant -R's details & its selling sales area.
    - Maintain the intercomapny billing type (IV) in ur sales doc type (OR).
    - Assign the Plant-D to selling sales org+ dbt channel.
    - Maintain relevant copy controls between documents.
by doing all this then create po and check wheather do u got the shipping tab in the purchase order, if yes then replenishment del will be created.

I'm trying to unpack a HU assigned to an outbound delivery created for a STO.
The material packed is WM managed.
I would like to know what are the steps to perform ?
    - I've created and confirmed a TO from 916 to 923 with LT09 transaction
    - What are the nexte steps ?
I've read what's mentioned in this link Repacking Unpacking of Handling unit material but I don't succeed with HU02 ? How am I suppose to use it to unpack ?

    Hi,
    In VL02N, go to Edit--->pack.
Select the HU and  "delete assignement" and save the delivery.
    Unpacking is done.
Later put the HU back in the original storage bin by creating the TO in LT09
please let me know if this is not what you are looking for
